Near JPO and Senai Airport”

Booked this hotel because it’s new and near JPO and Senai Airport. Not far from legoland too, just a 30 minutes drive. Aeon and IOI mall are also just about 3 minutes away by car. Hotel is clean and staffs are friendly. Room comes with all basic things that are new and function well. We had our dinner in a nice Japanese restaurant, which is just behind the hotel. This hotel also provides on-site transport to nearby shopping mall and airport at reasonable charges, which is very convenient to those who doesn’t have transport. Overall, a very pleasant stay and will definitely recommend to my family and other friends.

Convenient location”

A great place to await flights out of Senai/Johor Bahru. Plenty of low cost eateries or decent bakery/coffee coffee shops and bars within 10-50 metres. A mall with immaculate supermarket, fair moneychanger and fast fried food outlets is accessible by footbridge over highway approx 100 metres away!

Value for money”

The hotel is value for money, they provided the shampoo, tooth kit set, towels. The room with TV installed, nice bed, free drinking waters. It's also located at good location. near to airport. 10 mins driving to Kulai's main street, 20 mins to Johor premium outlets. IOI mall just opposite the hotel. There are few restaurant, mamak, bistro nearby. Also plenty car parking. The hotel is very clean. The receptionist is very polite and friendly. They have security guard during night time. House keeping auntie also very friendly. The only cons is the sound proof is poor. We can heard someone talking next room and when someone passing by your room. Overall, is a good hotel. Definitely will book this hotel again if visit Kulai again. :)

Great stay, superb customer service”

Our stay at this hotel is great...they really know the meaning of 100% customer satisfaction. The owners are very nice,they would do small chitchats with guests. The staff are very well mannered and knows what to do or handle a situation. The hotel is situated near the IOI mall and another mall (can't remember the name though :) ). Its also near the Johor outlet mall (the reason why we went there). The hotel is very clean. The room we got has the right size with the basic amenities needed for your stay with comfy beds. I personally love the wall paper in our room and how the bathroom was set up. I would definitely stay again in this hotel if I visit Johor Baru in the future.

Highly recommend to all. Definitely a good location for a night stop for those who has a early flight @ senai airport. Driving only takes you less than 15 mins early in the morning. I think you have a great receptionist that night when I checked in. He's cheerful, warmth & very helpful!!! Hotel is clean & well maintened. Definitely will stay there again given a chance.

This Hotel Should Be Rate More Than That!”

A very clean hotel that it should be rate higher. Hotel ideally place an hot and cold water cooler on every floor. (Fresh water everyday!) Love the rain shower in the toilet :) Approx 10 mins drive to Senai airport. Opp is IOI neighbourhood shopping mall. All staff is very friendly and helpful.

Plesant stay”

Me and my partner is a frequent stay in palazzo hotel, the staff here is very friendly and nice. 10 mins drive to johor international airport. 5 mins to Aeon supermarket, value for money, best budget hotel around the area.

Clean Room/Hotel with Friendly Staff”

Hotel was clean as was the room. While the rooms were smaller, they had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay with my family. Location was close to Senai Airport and 2 shopping malls along with a wide selection of restaurants which would cater to most types of food. Overall a good hotel with good value for money.

Delightful and wonderful stay at Palazzo Hotel.. Nearby to IOI Mall (10mins walk) and AEON (20mins walk) - we did that and it was fun. 15mins drive to JPO 20mins+ drive to Putuo Village

One word - GREAT!! It's really over my expectation. I took Deluxe Triple Room, initially I still worry if my friends don't like (I book it before I told them). But once arrived at the lobby, it's clean and staffs are friendly. Water can easily get at the corridor. Room was fantastic for this price. Shower room was big and modern. Although there's no hairdryer & dresser, but it doesn't affect our good impression at all. Worth to stay! Near to many malls and airport. Good location and etc etc... Everything just nice~ Well done!=)

Quintessential stay”

It was nothing short than just great. The room was small but my wife and I didn't mind as long as the room was clean, spick and span. It was near to the place we were going - a wedding reception at a local community hall. As we had a few hours to spare before the wedding reception, we went to Johor Premium Outlet which was 10 minutes' drive. It was just dandy and fancy!

Palazzo Review”

Although I read the reviews on this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised that the reviews were quite accurate and that the comments were spot on. I heartily recommend this hotel if you have business nearby or just want a quiet place to hide away with all the amenities within walking and driving distance.

Utilitarian”

No frills place whose main purpose would be as a layover for an early flight at nearby Senai airport. They provide a taxi service to the airport. It is also quite near to IOI mall, walking distance although take note that the roads dont seem catered to pedestrians, which has a Giant supermarket and a few shops and restaurants.

Clean Hotel”

We booked this hotel as it takes us 11 mins to JPO that's about 7.3 km. The hotel is clean. The receptionist is very pretty and very accommodating. The room that we booked is small, nicely decorated with beautiful wallpaper, with LED screen (I think it was 32 inch) and wooden flooring. Both beds are very comfortable, soft pillows, towels are a little bit small, and kind of thin. There is no coffee making facility but if you want some water to drink then you need to go out of your room and take the drinking water from the water cooler located in the alley. The bathroom has a square rain shower, big mirror, very nice tile. I can see that the management is taking extra effort in making the room and the bathroom looks and feel nice. we haven't tried the breakfast as we left at 5.30 am back to KL. The only setback is that there are not enough parking spot provided by the hotel. If you are returning to the hotel quite late say after 10 pm, there are no longer any parking space available in front of the hotel and you have to park quite far from the main entrance. All in all, if we plan to go to JPO again, we might stay in this hotel again. And of course, the price per night is also reasonable.

small hotel in masai, unexpectedly very comfy triple room, but small double room but still ok for the price, bathroom is clean, staff is very friendly, parking is abundant, lots of restaurants nearby and shopping malls too

Not for the Hotel Experience”

Okay for the price and it's very affordable too. I take Superior Queen Room, and the space is really small. If you're Muslim, the space left beside the bed can only pray for one person. Hotel Staff are very friendly and useful. Bed is clean and smells really good. I just hope that they can have cafe or breakfast since business travellers are sometimes very busy to find other establishment nearby so it really helps to have breakfast at hotel.

Greeted by a nice staff at reception. Check in was swift since booking done through Agoda(never had problem with Agoda). The triple room was spacious. However double room was small. No fridge or kettle. What impress me most is the cleanliness of the hotel. Lots of restaurants around. JPO is just 10 minutes away. Will definitely stay here again.
