Decent comfortable stay”

The staffs were the best things (persons) there. From the buggy driver that took us to the lobby from the parking, to the front desk staffs that helped us checked-in and the f&b staffs at the cafe during breakfast all are very polite, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was awesome too. All food was delicious and till today I can still remember the fresh from the oven croissant that was offerred to me by the staff. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

Noisy and bad service”

I won't recommend this hotel to anyone. The hotel so noisy. May be because of the wood plank floor..so whoever walk upstairs u can hear clearly. The only thing good is located beside ioi city mall.

The good things about this hotel:- Spacious room, 5-10 min drive to ioi city mall, surrounded by greenery, price per night reasonable. Things they can improve:- Furniture needs repair ie bathroom door broken, drawers stuck nothing major but the hotel looks ‘old’ n need refurbishment. Overall ok if u wan a reasonable priced hotel for short term stay

- but toilet pipe is broken - was ask to pay for the extra (3rd) pax, eventho I have book for 3 pax in agoda - check in at 5.30 but room is not ready - parking is spacious and free so it’s good

I booked a room for 4 adults with breakfast. During check-in, was told by the reception that only 2 breakfast was included and I need to pay for another 2. If I make booking for 4 adults, it's illogical to provide only 2 breakfast right? I hope Agoda can be more transparent in future.

Family room but only 2 breakfast”

Stayed 2 nights room with breakfast. 1st day breakfast only for 2 persons. I need to pay for my kids (RM60). 2nd day breakfast for 4 persons. The pax depend on the list at restaurant. They wrongly key in for 1 day and the guess need to pay. They should know that family room entitle for 4 pax. Room also not clean/make up during stay even pressed housekeeping sign in front of door.

Value for money”

Good location near to IOI Mall, very smooth trafic, nice view, but a bit slow for check in process, i need to wait about half an hour for my room.

Sadly we didn’t enjoyed our stay. The room we checked in to was dirty - from the bathroom to the bedroom (sheets has so much stains. We also didn’t receive any towels upon checking in. Had to request and received torn towels. Was glad it was only a night stay for convenience. Don’t think we’ll be back any time soon.

Praises to friendly and helpful staffs!”

Staffs are all very friendly and helpful. During check in, they will explain everything, even accommodate everything they can. However, the room we got was old and I can see the cleanliness is not satisfactory due to hassle and business of the crowds. There were cockroach and lizard in the room but the hotel staff managed to handle the problem and there were few utensils to be used. The bath tub has rusty stain in it and the shower was quite faulty. We wish the hotel maintenance system will be fixed. Overall really good staff services but maintenance should be enhanced and be fixed.

Great location near shopping mall”

Near to shopping mall. Have swimming pool. Well maintain. Breakfast is ok. However i give 4 star since there is a stain on the mattress.
