Enjoyable stay”
Staff are very friendly and helpful. Room is big and clean with full of amenities.. Breakfast is good. There is a convenience store just across the street. The room service menu has got interesting choices and the food is very delicious and nice. Thumbs up for this hotel!!

Excellent hotel and location in the city is perfect. The staff are very friendly and always willing to assist. Food is 10/10 whether you dine in or room service. Pan Pacific Perth will always be my home away from home. Rooms are very spacious and the views are fantastic. We had the Priemier lounge and this was a big bonus. Really enjoyed the company of all those we met in the lounge. Reception were exceptional with care and consideration to ensure the guest (me) had the best stay possible. Enjoyable stay”
Stayed one night with family, all staff very helpful, one of the bar lady’s particularly excellent, I didn’t catch her name. Room good standard and good view out to the Swan river. Due to covid 19 breakfast was not buffet and service was very slow and attention to detail poor. Breakfast arrived no cutlery, no table water asked for this and it never came, but hopefully they will Improve this service as it’s all new to them. Thanks for a great stay, we also loved the bar area and the pool table.

I stay here fairly regularly and it is always excellent. This stay it was ridiculously busy when I checked in, and the staff handled the volumes very well. I stayed in a club room which was well appointed and very comfortable. I don't have a bad word to say about this hotel.

Good rooms and friendly staff”
We had a weekend in Perth and selected the Pan Pacific. I've visited the hotel many times in the past but never stayed. The staff were extremely friendly and the room appeared to have been renovated recently - we had an Executive King room. The hotel is close to the shops and the river. We didn't use many of the facilities so can;t really comment on those. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Excellent customer service & friendly staff”
Staff offer to assist from the moment you reach the doors of the hotel. They'll help you load your luggage onto the trolley and drop it to your room. Attended a function here - wait staff were excellent as well. Food was good too. Rooms were better than expected - very spacious. Outdoor pool is heated so it's still very pleasant on a cooler day (16 deg). Only fault was that a previous occupant's bathers?? were lodged between the gap between the wall and beside table - indicating that the rooms could be more thoroughly cleaned. Room was essentially dust-free otherwise as my allergies weren't triggered.

We have stayed at the Pan Pacific twice in the last year and both my son and I have loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are lovely and the staff are always amazingly helpful and very accomodating. Our booking included breakfast which was HUGE and the in-room dining was also good value for money. I love this hotel and we will definitely be back again!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at the pan pacific on Australia Day. Staff were amazing room was fabulous and the food on the new pub area was superb. Only draw back was we couldn’t get anywhere near the pool for all the kids which wasn’t their fault. They were super helpful and accomadating. Would stay again for sure.

Good hotel but not 5 star”
Hotel was ok, rooms were a bit noisy, at at least on that night but it was a Saturday night. The hotel was listed as a 5 star but with the size of the rooms I doubt if it deserves that title, maybe a 3.5 star. I have stayed in plenty of hotels with a far bigger rooms that were only a 2 star (motel 6 etc). But no complaints I didn't pay a 5 star price.

An excellent hotel to stay when in Perth”
Had enjoyed my first night stay so much I cancelled 2 other hotels that are on the outskirt and chose to stay with them despite having to travel longer to reach those places :) The hotel managed to check in early for us which we are extremely grateful after an almost 6 hours flight without much sleep on the plane. Highly recommended hotel . 5* throughout.

At this pandemic time! The Hotel is doing a good job for everyone worker and people's staying there. Like provide room service for breakfast and have a small take away hamburger store right outside the Hotel. Selling take away coffee, tea, cake and muffins store in the lobby. Amazing all round”
Great service all round. I was hungry and the restaurant had just closed yet very politely and professionally they smiled and said "were open Sir. Sit down and relax and enjoy the dinner." I ordered and had dinner for 1 hour past their closing time. That's service. That's customer service. That's just amazing.

Had a one night stay here for business. Got upgraded to a club suite and the room was amazing. I do prefer the club lounge at this hotel to others in Perth, and preference this hotel mainly for that reason. Will be staying again.

Very nice Hotel stayed here a few years ago and it was very nice then and still is now. In room dining is great big meals . Staff are all happy and helpful. Sadly buffet breakfast was closed because of covid but still had a good choice for in room breakfast as well.
