A little bit of luxury”
We stayed for our wedding anniversary and would definitely recommend this as great place for a couple to have a night away. We took up an offer at check in for an upgraded room and breakfast, which was great value for money, but unfortunately we could not take advantage of the drink and canapes included in the package as we had early dinner reservations, so it would be nice to start these earlier in the afternoon for guests who may have plans to go out. All the staff were very professional and accommodating. The mini bar was missing a few items, but we were trusted on check out and only charged for the items we actually used. Would happily stay again.

Staff were very helpful. We had a faulty tv and were offered a room change straight away followed up with a personal apology in the morning from the duty manager. The breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from. Would definitely stay again.

AN UNBELIEVABLE LET DOWN.”
It started with my partner not being permitted to check in before I arrived, meaning I had to leave work early. The reception gentleman sadly was not blessed with good hygiene practices and was offensive to our sense of smell as well as not possessing an ounce of empathy.... The line to check in eventually was unacceptable and not at all well managed. Hence my partner wanting to check in earlier. After wanting far too long in line like cattle I spoke with the Duty Manager who expedited our check in, while apologising for the smelly receptionist. It would be nice if these check in problems was solved for all guests. We received an upgrade that we did not ask for as I had already booked a suite. Our first impressions were disgusting and we would never ever stay in this property again, regardless of price, regardless of location. You should accept responsibility for ruining our couples romantic weekend away. Your non empathetic receptionist turned hospitality into hostility..

Pleasant welcome by the concierge on our arrival. Food selection and prices are worth it for non Muslim travelers. Front desk crew shouldnt suggest the all day club lounge for Muslims since what they can eat was basically pastries and indulgence of caffeine. By right Muslims can't even enjoy the pastries as their kitchen are not halal certified and 80%of the menu from in room dining contain pork, which turned me off and made me cancel the 4 days of club lounge deal. Security deposit made via cards aren't promptly released. I am still waiting for mine.

Lovely hotel with excellent executive lounge”
We had a lovely stay here in an executive room with lounge access..if you can, upgrade to one of these, it made a huge difference to our enjoyment of this hotel. It compared well against other executive lounges we have used. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean.. the check in staff were delightful, the man who checked us in took the time to explain about the city and changed a reservation in the restaurant for us. The breakfast was lovely especially in the exec lounge. The only downside of our stay here was a disappointing meal in the lobby bar, but this was rectified beyond our expectations. The hotel is on a bus route with bus stop very close by. Taxis were readily available too.. the hotel is situated outside of the city centre but this is not a problem, it’s an easy walk. The staff at the hotel were great, (with the exception of the lounge bar waitresses), especially the front desk, housekeeping and the doormen. I’d certainly stay here again on my next trip o Perth.

We checked in late, around 6+pm, as it’s my sister’s birthday and I needed a cake, asked Jeremy (staff), he helped ensure that I would get something from the kitchen. And it was indeed a surprise. All staffs were helpful and friendly. Advice us on how to get to our destinations too. I will definitely stay here again.
