Worst Hotel”

I would say, don't look at the location or the budget for this location. You will go no where if you book in this hotel. After booking and coming from hundreds of miles, did not even checked in after looking inside the hotel. Free top up of rude staff behaviour

I have checked on the 3rd floor...it was decent ...staff Srinu is also friendly. It's a 3 bedroom flat including Hall & Kitchen. Hall is very spacious Overall it is good

Good location with a few issues”

Pros: 1. Located along Waltair Main Road. Many shops just a few steps away. 2. There's an elevator 3. Room is spacious 4. Private bathroom 5. Housekeeper Chard was super helpful and nice. He even gave us food and filtered water when we arrived because all food places were already closed. :) 6. Staff were smiley and friendly Cons: 1. Room we originally booked was occupied when we arrived so they relocated us and made us move again early in the morning. 2. Wasn't able to sleep coz of the super loud banging of doors, loud voices and their staff kept knocking at our door. :( Hope there was a do not disturb sign. 3. Room was not that clean and sheets/pillowcases has stains and smelled bad so I had to remove and use my own. 4. Bathroom has no hot water. Had to ask the other room to turn switch on so we could have hot water.
