Nice place, interesting decoration”
A nice cozy property with bungalows in front of the beach (Long beach). Clean and big rooms with nice layout and interesting thai decoration. Very nice garden. Great location if you want to stay out of the chaos in the center of Phi Phi Don. A way to relax and enjoy the beach. Good wifi. Average breakfast. Free transfer upon arrival from the pier. Nice staff. It was a pleasant stay in total. It’s a good choice for a nice 3-4 days stay if you want to avoid the dirty overpriced hotels in the center of the island.

Bungalow deluxe on the beach ”
I can say I've been in better hotels, but this one was the most relaxing room I've ever been. The room was big also the bathroom, the decoration wasn't fancy very Thai but super clean. The place, well it was almost on the beach. I woke up every day listening to the sea and opened my curtains to see the view from my bed. A dream. The room had everything you need. The breakfast is average. You don't have a pool but why having a pool in Long Beach. Another part I really enjoyed was the masseuses they were the best I had in the last few years. Certificates everithing I did it every day. The price is pretty much the same everywhere so do it. You didn't have the crapy music going on night and day just the sound of the waves. So so nice. Will book it again for sure. If you're not a party people this is the place. The long boat taxi isn't expensive if you want to go to center of koh phi phi and it is very nice and fast.

Beautiful beach ”
After 3 days at another hotel at Ton Sai bay, we decided to move to Long Beach. Was initially given room M1 which was a disappointment. Was very old with loads of insects, toilet was dark - couldn't even see my own face in the mirror. requested for a change of room, staff was helpful and was given a new room (V2) the next day. New room was great, total difference from M1. Room was spacious and clean. Overall a great place with great views for a quieter beach. Just stay away from M series rooms.

Beutiful view and amazing beach. Comfortable rooms and nice area. Unfortunately, this year beach beds disappeared from the beach. Also 3% comission while paying with plastic card in restaurant making us sad, but restaurant in the hotel nearby had no such feature so we had dinners there.

mixed feelings”
the location is the best. awesome beach in front of the hotel. second stay here. first room i was given was a1, right in front of the beach, maybe too near as it sometimes gets little crowded. i had to change becuse the aircon was no good, and im not a fan of excesive heat, the room was also very rundown, maintance was needed badly. second room was P3, nice sea view, more private feeling, room seem a bir newer and fresher than a1 but again aircon was no good. after asking for a fan i was graciously move to an awesome room! k3! felt like it was different hotel. great room, aircon was great, mosquito net, nice terrace with seaview you name it. we had an awesome stay in this room, but i would have been a lot diferent i the other rooms, big time staff is whatever, beside couple of kids that were more attentive and cordial it seemts like in the whole island. service people is indiferent to their job. breakfast is good, and the breakfast place is a dream. internet is ok, we actually were able to see an online movie from the room after all we had a great stay in paradise pearl

Nice Phi Phi Island bungalows in Long Beach”
Stayed in the K-* bungalows which were very nice. Very near beach (100 feet) and quite large with their own front porches. The facilities were some of the nicer ones on Long Beach in my opinion. A beautiful and nice place to stay on Phi Phi. Long boats only took 10 minutes to Tonsai town.

Quiet hotel on lovely beach”
Doesn't feel like you're on a party/touristy island - really quiet and pretty secluded. This overall felt quite rustic - lots of bugs and frogs etc around, and some pretty strenuous walks if you want to go to different beaches or the main Phi Phi town (involves pulling yourself up a verge on a rope), though you can also get a longtail (plenty available, costs about 100 baht). However, the beach is lovely and pretty quiet. There weren't any extra facilities such as kayaks to rent etc that we experienced on other islands, and the communal toilet wasn't nice at all (but you're close enough to your room that you can walk back). We asked to use the phone at reception two nights in a row (to call to check whether trips were going ahead owing to bad weather), and the first night we were charged 20 baht per minute to use someone's mobile and the second night different staff allowed us to do so for free. Felt a bit ripped off by this. Food in the restaurant was fine + free pickup from ferry.

Great hotel and staff BUT.... ”
I loved the Paradise Pearl. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The small store has most of what you'll need and the resturant has very good food. My only complaint is that do to the location of the hotel, you have to take taxi boats to get to the hotel from Tonsai pier. It's a beautiful ride, but it can get expensive in a hurry. I was a single, solo traveler so although they usually charge 100 baht (100B) to bring you to town if you want to check out the bars and resturants, i needed to pay double since they base the prices off of a couple. So in the day time I was paying 200B to get to Tonsai pier and sometimes as much as 500B to get back if it was late at night. Keep in mind that this IS NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT. The taxi boat drivers do not work for the hotel. But if you're a single traveler, or just know you'll plan on making the trip into town every day/night then you need to consider the cost of taxi boats. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Beautiful beach”
the beach is the reason to stay. the bungalow was big. old and tired. but clean and comfortable. the staff all seemed over worked and underpaid. perhaps they just don't care. the restaurant is terrible. the food is prepared without care of passion. the cocktail are even worse we couldn't finish them. the restaurant staff were not interested in taking orders, bringing food, clearing tables, bringing the bill. ... or the change.

Great location & staff, aging infrastructure”
Although initially apprehensive about the distance to town, the location turned out to be great for me. No noise disturbance from the crowded party places closer to Tonsai Pier, only soothing, rumbling swish of the waves. 20 min brisk walk to town. Long Beach itself great for ambling seaside walks. Easy entry to pathways for exploring northward, the jungle, or the viewpoints. Restaurant food was plentiful and good, although walking to town would give cheaper options. Only problem I had during my stay was aircon failing in S2. This was addressed immediately on my reporting it, and I was moved to another room without question when it happened again. Room interiors are clean and functional, although showing age in some places. Bathrooms were adequate, although water pressure not great (understandable given island's size and infrastructure). I'd recommend starting here, probably better oriented to couples or families.

the place is nice, but I would rather recommend Paradise Resort, which is cheaper and offers more facilities than this one like free trip boat for when you arrive and for check out too and way better breakfast . besides, it is better situated and the food at the restaurant is much more tasty. the staff at paradise pearl it is not very qualified. the girl at the reception was rude , impolite, and very self-important.

Beautiful Atmosphere ”
If you want to stay away from crowds and party, and just relax by the beautiful, quiet beach then this place is perfect for you. The staff were very nice and helpful to us, I didn't think they are rude at all as other people say. We took a private boat tour for 3 hours but he fisnished little after 2 hours and still charged us 1500B, I spoke to other guest and they had the same experience. I suggest NOT to book a tour at this hotel. My only complain is food. I'm ok to eat Thai food for 3 days but not for my husband and young children. Their western food(pasta and burgers) was eatable but tasted very unique. Not a lot of choices at mini mart either, just instant noodles. If you plan to stay there more than 3 days, you might want to consider to take water taxi (100B per person, per way) and eat by Tonsai pier. FYI : Arrival pick up by long tail boat is complimentary, but they charge 100B per person for drop off in low season.

Pretty good budget hotel”
Lovely place with an almost private beach and really friendly and helpful staff. Upon my checking in, the receptionist saw my mosquito bites and immediately offered some ointment to relieve the pain and it was really effective. The room was clean - not 5 stars for sure but very good for a budget hotel. We enjoyed the homely feel of the place, made even better with some very friendly kittens. If you're looking to spend most of your time away from the town center, this would be an ideal place. Otherwise, a boat trip to/from the town center costs about 200 THB if I remember correctly. You can also walk along the beach to get there, which takes about 15-20 minutes. We enjoyed everything about this hotel except for the fact that the route between the town center and the hotel went past a mosquito-infested area. It was a small part on the hill where as long as you stop moving even just for half a second you'll be covered in mosquitoes. I'm not exaggerating when I say after 10 seconds stopping to look for my mosquito repellent (LOL) I got bitten more than 30 times. It's still a haunting experience after 4 months.

Awesome stay!! Great Location! We have stayed here before, like always it nvr disappoints. Although its out of the main town they have recently improved the path which makes the walk not as long and a lot easier. At the resort itself they have added more to the the convenience store and put in a ATM..

Clean hotel, friendly staff and nice dining restaurant
A great place to stay on Phi Phi Island. The staff are friendly and are always ready to assist you with bookings of tours and trips. The rooms are spacious and clean. Dining restaurant is excellent and cost friendly. The only downside is that mosquitos are around here. So do bring a mosquito spray. Try the restaurants Fried Squid and Grilled Fish. Delicious :)

Peace an dQuiet, beach, and food.
Excellent overall considering that this resort is located in Long Beach which is the quiet part of the island. Much nicer set up than the main center. The beach was clean and well kept. The food, not the breakfast, is excellent and very tasty. Somewhat expensive but has a lot to offer in terms of views, cleanliness and nice crowds. It doesn't attract the back paker type. I would recimmend it anytime.
