The hotel is absolutely wonderful in a . beautiful green scenery. The area is really nice, the beach is beautiful and though there are restaurants and bars it’s much more quiet and less touristic than the main part of the island.

The spacious rooms are virtually right on the beach and the shady open air restaurant right on the beach is fantastic.

Perfect location on phi phi. Easy long boat ride from pier to resort with lots of long boats available for transportation around island . Free breakfast in the morning is a huge perk.

Nice stay near beach ”
Surprised that there was a free taxi boat arranged by Paradise Pearl Bungalow to pick us up from Ton Sai Pier. We enjoyed our stay and loved the breakfast spread very much!

Amazing friendly stuff! Next to the best beach in Phi Phi - long beach. Easy to get a swim in the morning :) The best restaurant next to the bungalows. Would recommend to anyone!

A beautiful location, very relaxing and quiet enough but still workin 20mins walk from the main hub”
We very much enjoyed our stayed and wished we could have stayed longer. Only downside was return boat transfer to Tonsai pier was not included. Highlight was eating meals on the beachside restaurant.

Great hotel and staff BUT.... ”
I loved the Paradise Pearl. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The small store has most of what you'll need and the resturant has very good food. My only complaint is that do to the location of the hotel, you have to take taxi boats to get to the hotel from Tonsai pier. It's a beautiful ride, but it can get expensive in a hurry. I was a single, solo traveler so although they usually charge 100 baht (100B) to bring you to town if you want to check out the bars and resturants, i needed to pay double since they base the prices off of a couple. So in the day time I was paying 200B to get to Tonsai pier and sometimes as much as 500B to get back if it was late at night. Keep in mind that this IS NOT THE HOTEL'S FAULT. The taxi boat drivers do not work for the hotel. But if you're a single traveler, or just know you'll plan on making the trip into town every day/night then you need to consider the cost of taxi boats. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Beautiful beach”
the beach is the reason to stay. the bungalow was big. old and tired. but clean and comfortable. the staff all seemed over worked and underpaid. perhaps they just don't care. the restaurant is terrible. the food is prepared without care of passion. the cocktail are even worse we couldn't finish them. the restaurant staff were not interested in taking orders, bringing food, clearing tables, bringing the bill. ... or the change.

Great location & staff, aging infrastructure”
Although initially apprehensive about the distance to town, the location turned out to be great for me. No noise disturbance from the crowded party places closer to Tonsai Pier, only soothing, rumbling swish of the waves. 20 min brisk walk to town. Long Beach itself great for ambling seaside walks. Easy entry to pathways for exploring northward, the jungle, or the viewpoints. Restaurant food was plentiful and good, although walking to town would give cheaper options. Only problem I had during my stay was aircon failing in S2. This was addressed immediately on my reporting it, and I was moved to another room without question when it happened again. Room interiors are clean and functional, although showing age in some places. Bathrooms were adequate, although water pressure not great (understandable given island's size and infrastructure). I'd recommend starting here, probably better oriented to couples or families.

not very qualified staff”
the place is nice, but I would rather recommend Paradise Resort, which is cheaper and offers more facilities than this one like free trip boat for when you arrive and for check out too and way better breakfast . besides, it is better situated and the food at the restaurant is much more tasty. the staff at paradise pearl it is not very qualified. the girl at the reception was rude , impolite, and very self-important.

Beautiful Atmosphere ”
If you want to stay away from crowds and party, and just relax by the beautiful, quiet beach then this place is perfect for you. The staff were very nice and helpful to us, I didn't think they are rude at all as other people say. We took a private boat tour for 3 hours but he fisnished little after 2 hours and still charged us 1500B, I spoke to other guest and they had the same experience. I suggest NOT to book a tour at this hotel. My only complain is food. I'm ok to eat Thai food for 3 days but not for my husband and young children. Their western food(pasta and burgers) was eatable but tasted very unique. Not a lot of choices at mini mart either, just instant noodles. If you plan to stay there more than 3 days, you might want to consider to take water taxi (100B per person, per way) and eat by Tonsai pier. FYI : Arrival pick up by long tail boat is complimentary, but they charge 100B per person for drop off in low season.

This place was a nightmare from the start. The rudest staff I have ever encountered in Thailand. Staff at the restaurant didn’t smile once, it felt like we were bothering them and everything was too much trouble. I felt so ashamed of the staff. Everything is overcharged in comparison to neighboring resorts. The mood is extremely somber and we felt very unwelcome. Not to mention the attitude received from everyone. Do yourself a favour and do not support this place, I wished someone had warned me.

Came here for a few days to attend the Full Moon party. AMAZING view and PRIME location. Although it was up on a hill, it was beautiful. The staff was very nice, the breakfast was decent, the pool wasn't overcrowded - the ONLY complaint I have was the amount of mosquitos - but we WERE in a Bungalow in the midst of multiple trees. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay - just not a very sociable place - if you're a solo traveler I don't recommend this location, nor would I go here if you're looking to meet people to go out with. During the 4 nights of our stay we didn't meet one person to hang out with.

Quiet, Clean, & Friendly”
The location is very nice if you want a relaxing and quiet time on Phi Phi but it is far from other restaurants and shops. There is a trail at one end of the beach though that you can follow and it will take you into Tonsai, it’s about a 15 minute or so walk, it’s unlit most of the way at night though so bring a light! They also offer longtail boat rides to Tonsai for 100-150 THB. The food was good, nothing fantastic but it was edible and didn’t make us sick. The only complaint is that the AC didn’t work very well so we were sweating a lot at night and ran out of water our first night there. By morning we were extremely thirsty but we couldn’t get any water for another couple hours (we were still getting used to the time difference so we’d be waking up super early) because the resort store and breakfast didn’t open til 7:30.

Good location, but not a good place to stay”
Location of this hotel is good, right on the Long Beach. But the bungalows (especially the M series) are in very bad condition. Can't even rate them as 2 star facility. We preferred to stay away from the hotel room, and came back only for sleep. Certainly not a value for money, you can get many better options at same rate. It was Phi Phi islands beauty which saved our holiday here.
