Pros supersede cons. Free wifi - superfast, speedtest came to 17/18 mbps down/upload, excellent speed for a budget hotel. Not 100% soundproof, can hear cars/bikes zooming by-our room facing main road . Also, if unlucky you get noisy neighbours late night. Walls too thin so can hear people talking. But if you can put up with these, overall, all basic needs covered - room reasonable price, clean, decent, toilet, new, water pressure ok, soap, hairdryer, towels, hangers provided, a/c power points adequate on both sides of bed for charging devices. Has free Fox Movies Premium Cable channel too. Free parking in front of hotel. Very close to the Curve and Ikea.

We both were amazed for this budget hotel room was really spacious as per the pictures in web, bathroom was not narrow as well. Worth the price and the additional discount we got. Room and hallway were well painted so look brand new and fresh. Just 2 things were kinda old which one of it was the bath towels they provided are slight torn at the ends and quite thin. Last was the blanket have yellow stains on the outside. Hope the housekeeping could fix these. Overall was a great stay, thank you.

Good value, simple and clean”

We have stayed here twice now. The rooms are clean, simply appointed but comfortable. The bed was great, though there is only one powerpoint near the bed. I had to uplug the TV to charge my phone! The airconditioner water outlet drips onto the bathroom floor, so the bathroom floor is always wet. It's a wet-style bathroom anyway, so it was'nt a big deal, though I do prefer to keep my feet dry at night when I use the toilet.

Good location to stay, ignore the bad sound proof”

Stayed twice just to go to ikea damansara, only place to sleep if u can ignore the bad sound proof, but a great location with OneU nearby, and quite a number of restaurants and cafes at ard Dataran Sunway. Basement car park provided but required urself to get the scan card from hotel staff.

Front staff need to be more friendly, not super friendly but atleast put a smile on their face. They need to do something with toilet floor because when take shower water flow so slow even after few hours(8hrs to be exact) there still have stagnant water on the floor. Other than that, everything is ok & the price is quite reasonable because its near mrt station & other public transport & shopping mall. I have no problem with noise from other rooms or from outside.

2 star Hotel.. Wallpaper not nice.. Wall not paint.. Room service have to inform.. No water bottle but have water Dispenser on each floor No toiletries provided.. Only tissue and towels are there. No mug, cup or plates. Rm88 still expensive for 1 night , can consider if it's below rm70 with service charge. Got free parking. Next 2 or 3 door is Liquor shop. 1 Indian restaurant, 1 Malay restaurant and 1 Chinese restaurant is nearby.

this is nice hotel in PJ area. It was near to my work place. I book this for y overseas guest. It is value for money. The rooms are clean. Staff are friendly.

Dirty toilet bowl.. dust mite mattress. Very near to one utama and the curve. Have free parking. By summary short stay is just ok.

Value for money budget hotel with friendly staff”

Pleasant stay in the hotel. Bed is comfortable and water shower pressure is high. However, window sound proof system could be better, as noise from the traffic can be heard during night time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Dedicated parking space provided, which is a bonus considered the cheap rate of the hotel.

Quite good budget hotel”

The staff is very polite and services is very good bcoz i check in late at 12am in the midninght, they still willing to open the carpark for me to park my car. Besides that, the room that i get air cond got problem, when i tell them, on the spot they help me check and change the last room(they mentioned). The bed is very comfortable as i have read in the review before.

New budget hotel”

Reception friendly, helpful and responsive. Family room small but acceptable for asians. Found life cockroach in room and loads of cigarette butts on many aircond compressors outside only window alcove. Facing busy road with MRT construction. Glass only single pane. Security on level 5 to enter with key card good. Room was warm and took a while to cool as only provide 1 key card aircond off while out so cannot cool room to return to. No tel in room to contact reception. It would be good to have a wall light above small mirror in room. It would be great to have more channels on tv since only 5 and only 2 in English.

This is my 4th stay in this hotel. All I can said, this is a budget hotel that value for money. Overall for this hotel is ok, and this is a basic hotel, dun expect too much. As usual, what you pay, what you get.
