Great hotel”
I booked a Deluxe Hot Deal room (no breakfast included), and it's definitely one of the best hotel I have ever stayed in Singapore. The room is very clean, spacious, it has kitchen and its equipment such as electric stove, glass and plate and water boiler, dining table, washing machine, sofa with big screen TV, king size bed with big screen TV also. Bathroom is nice with bathtub. Hairdryer, satefy box, ironing set, and tap water for you to drink anytime. Staffs were so helpful they helped me to print my concert ticket from email with no fee. The hotel is so close to Expo MRT and it is right next to Changi City Point mall with many factory outles so you can get best price for shopping. But if you want to go to the city centre, it is quite a distance (very close to Changi airport), but all in all, I really had a great stay at Park Avenue Changi hotel. Definitely recommend this property fo traveller who are coming to Singapore.

Ideal spot opposite Expo Station and best hotel to see aircraft landing and taking off ”
Park Avenue Changi Hotel is located just opposite Expo MRT Station. This hotel requires room-key deposit of 50 Singapore Dollars by cash or by credit card. Its roof top swimming pool is too small but the area surrounding the pool and the gymnasium are perfect spots to see aircraft landing and taking off at a far distance at Changi Airport. The in-room filtered water and the ideal location account for the exorbitant room rate. I will stay here again if the room is affordable.

Life at Park Avenue Changi Hotel Singapore”
Its was great time I have spent at Park Avenue Changi Hotel. Staff was nice and very polite for customers. It was just like home to me. Even the rooms are perfect and the clean it and arrange it perfectly. I was there for the Christmas and the Hotel was decorated very attractively. Since the MRT is in walking distance, i was manage my time to spent the day at Singapore. I highly recommend this calm and quite place for any traveler who is planning to visit Singapore.

Excellent Staff in a Convenient Location”
What impressed me the most was how helpful, professional, and corteous the staff is at Park Avenue Changi Hotel. Kumar always provided excellent service when I needed help. The convenient location very near the Singapore EXPO and only one train stop from the airport makes this hotel the place to stay for EXPO conventions. It is next to the Changi Point Mall for shopping and meals.

Good Hotel”
Park Avenue Changi Hotel is quite a nice transit hotel. I quite enjoyed staying in this hotel when I transit to Beijing and will absolutely stay at this hotel when I do either business or solo trip to Singapore. The service is good. Personally, I would very glad to recommend this hotel either for personal trip, business, couples,family trip as well as a transit hotel.

Good location, near MRT, small but comfortable”
I and my wife stayed Singapore July 4, 2015, just 1 night(transit), and I choose Park Avenue Changi Hotel because it's near from Airport. This hotel is near MRT Expo station, just next to Changi Airport station. And also hotel is close to MRT station, just 3-4 minutes away from station by walk. We stayed in Deluxe room, the room was small. But it was clean, and comfortable. The Staff at reception was really kind, and it maked us comfortable. We didn't choose breakfast, so I have no idea for meal. The most important problem is that there're no store, restaurant near hotel. Behind MRT station, there is mall, but I checked in late(10PM) so I'm not sure there're something inside. Highly recommended for passenger with early-time depature or late-time arrival at airport.

Very comfortable stay”
Our 3d/2n stay at Park Avenue Changi Hotel was very comfortable. It's closer to Changi Airport and is easy to locate since it's just across the Expo MRT station (green line). Highly recommended for those who need to be near Expo or the Changi Business Park (CBP). There's also a grocery (fairprice) and a mall (changi city point) nearby. Plus points for having good wifi connection and great room facilities (IPTV, ipod/iphone speaker system). Only downside is the ongoing construction across the street (it's the only view you'll see from the window) but overall, Park Avenue Changi Hotel provides good service and good facilities and I would likely recommend this to friends.

Convenient for airport, but needs work”
Full disclosure - the Park Avenue Changi Hotel is a business hotel but we travelled there as a family with a 9-month old child for convenience sake as a quick overnight stay near the airport before departing Singapore early the next day. Our viewpoint may differ greatly to that of a business traveller. The good points: - ten minute drive to airport, two minute walk to MRT - very new hotel, so very clean - decent price for proximity to airport - cheerful customer service who try to please (though not always successfully) - lots of restaurants within five minute walk of hotel; they are geared to the business park clients, but serve well for a decent lunch or good breakfast - free Internet The bad points: - taxi drivers aren't familiar with it because it's so new; twice we had to direct our drivers ourselves, and construction near MRT means one of the ways to get there is currently blocked - call ahead and ask the hotel for the best route - the washroom fixtures are poorly chosen and tend to splash water on the floor if you aren't careful - no bedside power outlets other than those hidden behind bedside table; I find this very silly for a hotel attracting business clients with cell phones to charge at night - had to request an ironing board and iron; I realize some may see this as normal, but I travel a great deal (2-3 times weekly) in the US and Canada and even at lower-star hotels it's rare to need to request them, your experience may differ I wouldn't recommend this hotel to leisure travellers other than perhaps a convenient one-night stopover on the way to the airport as we did. For business travellers I'd say the only real reason I'd choose this hotel is its location in the business park. If you are doing your work elsewhere, then I'd look elsewhere as well. Although the price of the hotel is good, I've stayed at far better hotels in Singapore, and been happy to spend the extra money. I felt that even with the lower cost here, I didn't get my

Singapore expo”
If your purpose is to go to Singapore Expo, then this hotel is perfect. It is very close to the Expo. It's only 1 stop by MRT from Changi Airport. Hotel is quite new. Room size is OK but single bed is quite small. Checking in and out was very fast. Front desk staff very efficient. Breakfast buffet was Ok but their dining is not air conditioned. Singapore is a tropical country and I didn't like eating in hot/ humid temperature. Lots of places to eat just outside the hotel. There's also a supermarket just outside the hotel. Very Accommodating Staff”
We went to SG for a weekend trip with our daughter, what I love about the hotel is they are accommodating for all our requests during our stay. They are breastfeeding friendly hotel/staff and allowed us to freeze ice packs to make sure that it is frozen before we fly out back to Manila. We claimed the ice packs few minutes before we left the hotel, and they hotel staff were really accommodating and helpful. This is the 2nd time we stayed in this hotel, and it didnt disappoint. Kudos, Park Avenue Changi! :)

I was just in Singapore for a 8 hour transit, and Park Avenue is a great choice as it's nearby Changi and still surrounded by supermarkets, hawker stalls and amenities in neighbouring buildings. Hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well.. it's Singapore. Expect the perfection.

Park Avenue Changi Hotel is really a great place to relax yourself with this busy working life. I was staying at 1 bedroom suit. after staying there for just 2days and i extend another 1 more night. i felt really worth it. Just beside this hotel is Singapore expo and changi point shopping mall. Changi point shopping mall is having warehouse sales. So you can relax yourself and have a shopping spree. if there is another chance i will visit this hotel again.

We chose to stay in Park Avenue Changi Hotel because we were hosting a wedding at the UE convention center hence it was very convenient. We booked the 2 bedroom suite and 4 other standard rooms. The suite is not as big as I imagined it to be.The additional room was actually quite small. The standard rooms was comfortable. The staffs was very helpful. Upon booking, I made a request to the hotel explaining to them that the suite will be the bridal suite. They were helpful to offer to put up decorations if we could leave the decor at their reception. They accommodated to multiple request such as printing services, issuance of more car park coupons and arranged for all booked rooms to be on the same level. I also requested even to leave things at the reception a couple of days prior to check in and they kindly acceded to the request. They were also prompt with their email replies. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

My stay at the Park Avenue Changi Hotel was very enjoyable, I was able to make an early check-in after leaving another hotel in the city to be nearer to the airport. The Deluxe King room was nicely presented with complementary bottled water and tea & coffee as well as bathroom amenities. Given a choice I would not have chosen a bathroom with a big glass window in it but there was a blind for privacy ( I am not sure if the water from the shower might damage the blind which seemed fragile so I raised it when having shower). The room was extremely quiet for the two days I was there and the staff were pleasant and helpful. I visited the Changi Point shopping mall several times during my stay and found it very convenient. Other shops, restaurants and cafes are also available in the same complex as the hotel so it was possible to find what I needed during my time there.
