Brand new 4 stars hotel with perfect service”

I was staying for family holiday three nights at the hotel. Major point of hotel quality is 'service' not for pretending but sincere effort to make customer satisfy in every cases. In terms of the service of Park hotel Farrer park, let me say it was perfect. I could see all staffs and management were considering how make the customer comfortable with suitable level of satisfactory. I had a little problem with room status however hotel offer me the access of lounge that I was feeling it is not a deal to settle the problem but consideration for customer with full of good faith. Even though the hotel is not fully ready some of facilities but operating well within the condition. Location is very good, we went to little India and Haji lane by work and Mustafa centre is neighbor(3mins by walk). All other points like Ochard and Marina bay are able to reach within 10-15 mins by car and there is bus stop of hop-on& hop-off back just 100m behind hotel. All amenties and towels were so clean and provide enough in timely manner. Overall of hotel quality is much better than 4 stars grade with very new facilities but the room size is only 22 sqm. Facilities in the room is well organized and luxurious interior material with high-end grade and that could be cover up the size of the room. Consquenlty, if you want to have a great staying with family in Singapore, if you like to have a good service and brand new facilities, take this hotel. I am member of Accor, IHG and starwood but this hotel had me a sufficient satisfactory in Singapore.

Amazing Hotel above MRT in Little India”

Park Hotel Farrer Park is a lovely property, especially if you travelling from India. What stands out for the property is undoubtedly its location. The North East Line that connects to Harbour Front(Sentosa), China Town, Clarke Quay goes right below it, although I would suggest taking taxi, since most places can be reached at less than $15 from here(Take metered Taxi available at the Hotel drop-off, instead of UBER/GRAB since local taxis are generally cheaper in Singapore and provides the same comfort). For your daily needs, Mustafa provides you almost everything at fairly reasonable prices. You can also find excellent vegetarian food at Kailash Parbat(Lunch and Dinner) and Komala's (Breakfast) which are located at less than 200 meters from the hotel. The Pool is excellent and the GYM is well equipped. Although the rooms are bit small, but thats expected in an excellent location is a city like Singapore (you actually trade-off the room size for the locality here). The staff were all courteous and the room service prompt. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Park Hotel Farrer Park and recommend the same to my family and friends. Thank you for being a great host

Great location but room is slightly small”

This is our first time staying in Park Hotel in Farrer Park together with our 2yo son. Location was amazing, It's directly located above MRT station. Farrer Park station is very near to any tourism spots with few stations away. The room itself was clean, but slightly smaller than my expectation for the price I paid vs other hotel in Singapore but definitely bigger than budget hotel. The bed was a queen sized which I somehow didnt expect, so we need to fit 2 adults and 1 toddler in a queen bed. The room needs a little bit more sound proofing, as whatever happened in corridor can be clearly heard from inside the room. Continental breakfast option was definitely not a buffet, you need to add additional sgd 20++/person to upgrade to buffet. The choices of the breakfast was only scrambled eggs and few baguette sandwhiches that were gone very quickly and the seats were very limited. All in all i might came back to stay for the location.

Great value for money”

We were greeted warmly by the front desk staff, and check in was a breeze. The Sky Loft room was small but cozy enough for 2 adults. I had the club lounge access too, and was pampered with evening cocktail and breakfast. Regarding the food, it was nothing to shout but good enough for a quick bite. There's an outdoor dining area at the lounge that we didn't know about until the next day! Overall, the club lounge is quiet and intimate, so it was really relaxing to be there. There are also many eateries nearby, and City Square Mall is just less than 5 mins away through the MRT underpass connector. I have had a number of staycations in different hotels in Singapore, but Park Hotel Farrer Park have exceeded my expectations and I would definitely consider coming back here again!

Best choice in Little India area”

What can we say,  this hotel amazes us in each of their service points. Park Hotel location is spot on above Ferrer park MRT exit A. Its a perfect place to be in the centre of bustling little india yet once you enter the hotel we had  a luxury feeling. Its just  located outside mustafa and many eateries.  Hotel is still feels very new that have a clean, comfortable room.  Views are very beautiful.  Front desk, always set the initial impression whether we will have a good stay or no. In park hotel ferrer park, Rajini welcomes us with genuine smile and with her bubbly personality, immediately we feel glad that we choose this hotel for our next  03 days. We were assigned  a corner room with an excellent city view with glass to ceiling window which we loved so much. Paid a little extra to include the access to their Crystal club lounge, and off course we met with club lounge staffs Aniq and Sharmini who are very attentive, and always happy to chat with you

A very Comfy Room to Recharge and Rewind after a tiring day tour.”

Upon arrivals, staffs were delightful and friendly with warm greetings and fast check in. The room was clean and comfortable. For a solo traveller, the size of the room was perfect for me but if you were to stay with kids, it might be slightly small, but the bed and pillows are so comfortable for a relaxing good night sleep. The bathroom is not huge but at least the shower heads, shower rain, hot water, sinks and toilet bowls are working properly. Cleanliness..? You can sleep in the bathroom with no worries. Location was good, near to Little India, City Square Center, restaurants and food stalls, and just 1 door away from the MRT. So moving about is no problem. Pool was great and splendid. The breakfast buffet was ok, could have had more varities. Theme was leaning towards Indian food, but omeletes station, breads, fruits, baked beans, sausages, and nasi lemak were still available. Juices station were plentiful. Overall, if you come to Singapore for touring and sight seeing, walking from one point to another, taking MRTs to get to your destination, Park Hotel is the perfect hotel for you, to recharge and get a good night sleep.

GREAT STAY.. VALUE FOR EVERY DOLLAR..”

We are frequent travellers to Singapore, stayed at many hotels, but this time at Park Hotel totally knocked us out fantastic. Stayed in the loft room, good practical design, amazing views of the Singapore skyline all the way to Eye of Singapore. Room facility and amenities were top notch. But the best part of all with this hotel was the good old customer service.. Park Hotel Group must have one of the best customer service training.. the genuine warmth and care from the bell man, to to the CSO (Aishah) at reception, to the housekeepers cleaning the room to the Restaurant Mgr / Supervisor (Haridass).. they were all genuinely nice and kind.. Everyone working at the Park Hotel seems to be earnestly happy to be serving each and all of its customers.. Congrats to the management for having train all your staff so well.. my family and i are now converts of Park Hotel, we'll sure be looking at another of your hotel on our next trip. Great2 stay and thank you.

BEST HOTEL in Singapore”

Dear Park Hotel Farrer Park, It was really a nice staying in this hotel during the last weekend! My boyfriend really love the entire hotel atmosphere as it is very clean and new. It makes us feel like staying longer. The city view was great too! I believed during festive season if guest were to stay in this hotel , you can see the fireworks very clearly. On a side note, the hotel provide complimentary cake and simple decoration for couples that celebrate birthday and anniversary. The hotel staff also gave us a hand-written card too! In this era, there is still hand-written card from the staff to the guest is really very effort. Much appreciated. Thank you, Park hotel for giving us the unique experience during our stay :)

Great staff and awesome Thai food at Blue Jasmine restaurant”

Booked a last minute staycation for our anniversary celebration. A first for us stayg in the Sky Loft! The room was clean and cosy. The hotel is very accessible as it is just beside Farrer Park mrt station and is near City Square shoppg mall and Mustafa Centre as well. You wont get hungry at anytume of the day coz there are many eating establishments nearby. We were exceptionally impressed by the guest services staff durg check in, and the restaurant asst mgr Mr Haridas, as well as his staff who treated us to the mango sticky rice after our meal at Blue Jasmine, and a cake after our bfast the next day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great location, good facilities, room felt a little cramped for 2”

Stayed here for the first time. Rates were excellent for its location. A new hotel, it is clean and well-appointed. Location is fantastic as it is right above the Farrer Park MRT and just a short walk to the shopping mall and Little India eateries and shops. They gave us a free upgrade and in spite of this, for two people with a large suitcase each and a couple of carry-ons, the room felt cramped. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

Where to begin?... We booked this place to conveniently attend a 3-day music festival and to soak up the festivities of Diwali. Service was attentive, the bed was super comfortable and the shower was strong and good. We didn't bother to book the hotel’s breakfast because we're in Little India with many breakfast choices right at our door. Like 24 hours shopping? The famous Mustafa Centre is just across the street! Also love it that the hotel is right above the Farrer Park MRT station - can't get more convenient with public transport. In fact, we like it so much that didn't want to leave... so we extended our stay!

Awesome Location!”

Park Hotel Farrer Park is one of the most convenient hotel that can be found in Singapore. It's located just above Farrer Park MRT Station and next to it is City Square Mall which can be reached via the underground tunnel as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room is well maintained and relatively clean. Overall, we had a good and pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

Exceptional”

Fantastic location in Little India with direct access to MRT station, Farrer Park. Underground access to City Square Mall. Across the road from Mustafa Centre, a 24 hour Emporium where you can buy anything. Dozens of Indian restaurants around. Cleanliness is excellent. Staff extremely helpful. Hotel has a Coffee Shop which coffee snobs will like. The only fault I can up with is that our room was a little on the small side. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Satisfying staycay! ”

We are Singaporeans and it's our first time having staycation at our homeland! This time round was for my boyfriend's birthday surprise and really surprised that the hotel gave us a mini upgrade to the Loft room as a surprise for the birthday boy :) though the room was slightly squeezy due to the small passage way but overall experience was great! Thank you Park Hotel Farrer Park that made it extraordinary ☺️

A place ”

We are regulars to this Park Hotel Farrer Park whenever we are in Singapore. We always greeted by staffs and some of them do remember us. Thats made us feel good. The only things is their housekeeping, which they need to look into. This time when we back in the night, the rubbish and towel being kept and replace but however they didnt change our bed sheet. We was upset but because we were so tired. We tried to overlook that. We still come back as we enjoy staying there and hope improvements taken into consideration.

Good location”

Right next to Farrer Park MTR exit A, super convenience! Staffs in reception are with smile and polite. The tall guy in concierge is very good service! While I ask the possibility of nearby 24/7 supermarket, he guides me by walking down to the next road and point me the direction. Super nice! Hotel room is clean, with sunshine. My room look out with swimming pool view. Comfortable bed. Daily cleaning doing well. Lift is a bit slow speed. By last day I want a quick shower in gym/swimming pool before rushing to airport, but only have restroom facility. 5/F coffee shop buffet breakfast without quality. Staffs are with smile and quick work. However, shortage of manpower, refill slowly and food not hot enough. I didn't enjoy the breakfast in the lobby place. Too many people crowded in a small area for pastry, croissant and coffee tea. I'd rather escape to the nearby shopping mall (walkable in 5 mins) for local food and milk tea. Recommend Park Hotel Farrer Park!

Enjoyable Stay”

The hotel is situated at a nice location particularly for Indian travelers with many Indian restaurants within very short walking distance. Mustafa Center which has a variety of items at a very reasonable price and is open 24 hours is also a block or two away. The hotel itself is perched on top of the Farrer Park Metro station and hence is well connected to the different places through the MTR. The rooms are nice and the size is fine as per the Singapore standards. The staff are courteous and professional. We had a nice stay overall and would come again to this hotel for the location advantage.

Fantastic Location and friendly front desk”

The location of the hotel is splendid, just at Farrer Park MRT station. The staff is polite and friendly with a smile on their young and beautiful faces. Hotel is very clean. Only set back is local food could not be found nearby but need to go over to Little India. But is still ok since can take a ride by MRT to wherever you wanted.

We really enjoyed our stayed at Park Hotel Farrer Park. The hotel was really easy to get to, right near MRT station. The hotel was very clean, beds very comfortable with quality sheets. The bathroom was a little small but very clean with a good shower. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was really good with a great selection to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant and fuss free stay ”

Hotel is easily accessible as it is right above Farrer Park MRT (transit) station. Nearby amenities and food options are aplenty, with City Square shopping centre and Mustafa located just a short walk away. Checking in and out was very fast and fuss free. The complimentary parking was also a pleasant gesture. The room was very clean and spacious. The deco was felt very modern and well done up. Biggest positive was the friendly and helpful staff, whom attended to most issues efficiently and with a warm positive attitude. The only disappointment was the "continental breakfast" that came along with the room. It is really just coffee or tea with a small selection of maybe 5 or 6 types of pastries. Not worth it if you would have to pay extra for it.
