Fantastic Onsen!”
I stayed there for 1 night, there're dinner and breakfast included. I booked 2 rooms. Staff are really good hospitality! *Reminder there's no air-conditioner in the room and it quite hard to breath because the room need to be closed even the outside temperature was cold enough. Everything was very nice, I appreciated to stay there. Seafood buffet for dinner, still good. In my point of view Japanese Breakfast not that delicious but we were ok with it (The breakfast time is just till 9am only) so need to prepare well. Unfortunately, I didn't get enough sleep here. Both 2 rooms need to open the window to get air inside our room and can't sleep because the sulfur from there is very very strong, we can't sleep all night because of that. My rooms were on the highest floor which there's no non smoking room left, but they prepared air-refresher for us, no smoking smell in the room at all, but the SULFUR SMELL was really bad for us otherwise, this will be good for us.

Great location walking distance to shopping street and hell valley. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Quality of the onsen / hot spring is absolutely wonderful, soothe my joint problems which I had for years. Quality of hotel buffet is simply amazing, free flow of giant crab legs, sashimi, fish roe etc. Great value compared to the sister brand "Hana" next door. Will stay here again

Room is comfortable and spacious, onsen is great also accessible almost 24 hours also, a plus point they even have outdoor onsen. Walking distance to Jigukudani valley,shops and restaurant.

Great hotel with great location. Onsen is superb and buffet dinner is awesome. Best feeling to eat to your hearts' content after a lovely dip in their onsen. Hotel has got a rustic feel and we love it.

Exceptional”
Place is pretty old looking but it's has this onsen at the basement. You take a staircase from the dressing room to the onsen and it just looked magical because it's like filled with mist all over :'D You can get a booked shuttle bus down to this place from the sapporo station and back. There's also a JR bus stop outside that goes directly to the airport.

The dinner was great. Located in front of the Donan bus stop to JR Noboribetsu station. If go to Noboribetsu Marine Park Nixe, there is a free shutter from the marine park to hotel. Look for more information at the visitor counter of the marine park.

Room was a little old but well maintained and very clean. Dinner spread was very good. But the crowd at dinner time was a little rowdy. Don't expect a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. But to be fair it is probably the same for the other hotels neaby. Onsen was nice, especially the outdoor one late at night when there is no crowd. Location was pretty good. Short walk to the shops and Hell Valley. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and would visit again.

Glad I picked this hotel”
This is a bit pricey to me but I didn't regret to stay with this hotel. One good thing is they provide shuttle bus to and from Sapporo TV Tower with only 500 yen each way, which is much cheaper than taking JR then bus. Saved me lots of money & trouble. The front desk receptionists speak English and helpful! They called for the free shuttle bus to come to hotel to take us to the Bear Park. Then the bus took us to the Jigokudani (Hell Valley). Actually the hotel is only 10-15 walk from the Hell Valley. They always answered my questions promptly when I wrote to them. Buffet breakfast & dinner are included. Many choices of food and staffs there are extremely friendly. We stayed in a western room with 2 twin beds. The beds are very comfortable. Shower with good pressure. We were welcomed by a pot of hot water. tea bags, snacks :) There are 5 onsen inside the hotel. I like the outdoor one the most. Although this hotel is a bit outdated, it's kept clean and neat.
