Very nice place to start our honeymoon!”

My husband and I had a really great experience at Park Village Serviced Suites. The staff was very pleasant. Our room was HUGE. We had a junior suite, so it had a kitchen, washer/dryer, large bathroom, good sized closet, nice sized bedroom and a balcony. We really enjoyed our time at Park Village!

Excellent stay in a home-from-home”

My daughter and I from South Africa visited my son, who has been living in Bangkok for over two yrs now.Park Village allowed us to accomodate him and his girlfriend to spend time with us as if we were in our own home. The suite is spacious and well equipped. Altough homely, it is also quite upmarket with very good quality finishes in the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen as well as in the livingroom. Strongly recommended if you want some space, style and the freedom to do your own thing!Breakfast variety is limited, but the view and ambiance of the breakfast area made up for it !

Best Choice at Rama II”

We booked the hotel for business. At Rama II road there of course not that many hotels like downtown Bangkok. Nevertheless, the Park Village offers great value for money. It is located only 500 m from CENTRAL RAMA II Shopping mall and only approx 100 m from the entry to Rama II Express Way. Staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the W-LAN works, swimming pool on the roof.... all o.k.

Magnificent service”

Park village is very new and part of a complex with many specialty shops. It's going to become a very popular destination. The service was absolutely superb. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast on the top floor was very special and tasteful. The pool is also located here. The Central Plaza Centre is within walking distance.

7 mins walking distance to big shopping mall”

The hotel was near to the big n huge shopping mall. I booked a junior suite. Clean room. Can wash and cook by yourself. I stayed there for 9 days due to some business trips nearby. The only cons was: aircon of the room was noisy, but it was okay to me, didn't complain much. Staff were friendly. Showed me the direction to some Bangkok attractions. Overall it was a great stay. If I have nearby business trips, I would stay here again.

Park Village!!!”

Our stay at park village was nice. It is about 20km away from the cbd so its very quite. Central Plaza shopping centre is within walking distance which has many of good restaurants. The swimming pool is very nice on the roof and the staff are very helpful.

Good location on Rama 2 road, surrounded by everything you need but too far from the inner city area. This is the only place in this area that offers family suites. If you plan to choose a standard room there are many budget hotels around which offer the same quality of service.

Good Stay”

We stayed here when we attended a family wedding and took up more than 15 rooms. The staff at the reception spoke good English and attended to our queries efficiently. The rooms and bathrooms are clean. There is a small fridge provided. I did wish they had more lights in the room and a mirror. The room is a tad dark and since there isn't a mirror in the bedroom, getting dressed and wearing make-up was inconvenient. There is a 7-11 (24 hours convenience store) near the reception area which is a plus point. There is also a small morning "market" on the street adjacent to the hotel selling clothes, fashion accessories and small knick-knacks. There is a shopping mall and a night market walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the suites.

Good, Rama II area”

Everything was good. You have to know, that the Rama II area where Park Village is located at, is a bit far from the Center of BKK.

The rooftop breakfast and pool alone should sell you on this place. ”

Seriously, the rooftop is awesome. It’s got an infinity pool and a great view of Bangkok. They put together a delicious breakfast. The rooms are clean, bathroom is modern with good sinks and shower. Bed is comfortable. Spacious rooms. Attentive and professional staff. Convenience store right downstairs and a shopping mall is a 10 minute walk away. I recommend this place, would stay here again.

Convenient spot for work travel if need to be in the area”

The location is convenient for food and shopping, with a morning market across the street and Central Rama 2 about 15 min walk away (quick drive & back way return available). Very clean, with excellent staff. Has massage in next tower over. Junior suite has kitchenette and washing machine. But no sponge/dish soap for washing up & not laundry detergent provided. Settings (dish/bowl/utensils) for 2 people only. Bedding was odd. We had 2 double beds, but the supporting bases were single-bed sized. This made the beds uncomfortable, as you could only sleep safely on the part supported by the base. If the mattress wasn't centered, you would either flip the matttress or roll off! Not sure if a King-sized bed would have similar problem. Water pressure a bit low in the shower, but good hot water availability.

smooth stay except a booking problem”

pros: free parking (need to stamp everytime), location close to central rama 2 for vans, buses, convenience shopping etc, clean room, quiet (got a room in tower C), daily maid service, nearby markets cons : i wanted to change the dates of my stay and check out one day earlier. this was not possible, hotel said agoda did not allow it and agoda said hotel did not allow it. Even if staff at the front desk is very polite, and speaks perfect english, i felt like my request was being ignored by both residence manager and agoda manager, which both did not contact me..

Facilities are clean and staff in the reception was very nice and accommodating. We chose this hotel because we just wanted a weekend break without driving very far so location is good for us. But if you are a tourist, I am not sure if the location will be convenient for you except if you are purposely staying for a meeting nearby. It is not a big serviced apartment hotel however. We were placed in the other building so it was quite inconvenient to move back and forth from one building to another. Overall, it was a good value for money. Breakfast was good and pool view was beautiful.

This is the only decent hotel in that part of town. It is well worth the room price. The lobby is hard to find from the road as it is tucked away in what looks like a shopping center. Worth the hunt in the end.

Very pleasant after finding the front door.”

Stay was fine but after a hard day it was frustrating not being able to find the front door. We parked in the garage, got in the elevator and there was no indication where the hotel was. I walked for 20 minutes around the plaza in the dark looking for an entrance. Also, there are some clubs in the area but almost all regular late dining shuts down after 2200. I wanted some thing delivered and everywhere I called said I was too far away. Staff was very helpful in the ways they could be.

Non helpful staffs, management sub standard”

Price of a hotel but without services, on arrival, you have to struggle with the heavy luggages up the staircase, no bell boys and staffs just watching. On check in, counger staffs behave as if the whole world owe her money, the typical poker face. Room is big and cozy, but ventilation creates noise whole night, then the property has no guard, outsiders can simply go ij and use the pool, staffs never check if those who come in are actually property guests. Then, the location is nezt to a hospital, very jam in the morning, the nesrby markets offer some conveniences, but overall speaking, thisnproperty is overvalue, bit providing sub standard services, the only posaibility for mw to come back again, is either improved services and security, or much much lower price.
