Very nice hotel”
Very nice hotel. Everything is new. Staffs are very friendly and polite. Nice breakfast with good selection of food. Located just beside a shopping mall. Spacious room. Nice swimming pool for adults and kids. They even have the inflatable floats for rent at the swimming pool. However, for those who bring their car, please be advised that you must check in first before you can get the parking card. Just park the car in from of the lobby, check in, and they will give you the parking card. Only after that you may enter the parking bay, which is located at level six. But don't worry. You just need to do this once :)

Hassle to park”
This is my second stay here. Overall, - Wifi is good for everyday Internet but still a bit lag to play FIFA online - Room is spacious, my 2 years old really loves to roam around, watching the city view by the window - Toilet amenities & room facilities are complete and so extra! - The receptionist is really friendly - Parking is a hassle. I arrive early at 11 am, can't check in yet as the check-in time is at 3 pm. So have to stop in front of the lobby, place RM50 deposit for parking card, go parking, roam around wait until 2 pm, come back at the lobby to check-in, go to parking level 6 to take belonging, then check into the room. Fuh. Plan to enjoy the breakfast and swimming pool the next morning but too tired until overslept. Will come again next time if there's promotion. I pay RM154 for a night, the usual I check is RM190-RM210

It's well worth the money ”
Everything was good, good location, nice view, friendly staff, clean, air-con enough cold, warm environment, and easy to find the restaurant and 7-11 at next door and opposite of the hotel, but the worse thing was inside room got smoking smell even though I booked a non-smoking room,its quite uncomfortable for us. Hopefully they can fix the problem and become the best hotel in Kuala Terengganu in the future !! Sure l will be back to it for my next travel

worth your money”
all things is superb, the staff also very helpful. you can walk by yourself around & find foods easily as the hotel located next / on top / same building to a mall. just be aware that you need to check in first then you can go up to park your car ( i go up first,then have to drive back down.only checked in guest will get the access card for parking) for future improvement, 1.the listing should state that guest have to check in before go up for parking bay since the location is quite busy with surrounding in a main city. 2. the breakfast is good, but i was expecting a signature food of terengganu like satar or otak-otak. but the laksa terengganu served there is delicious 👍👍👍

Attached with mall with many shops, eateries are close by, near to Shahbandar jetty, pasar payang and other attractions. Room is not spacious but comfortable enough for 2 people with complete amenities. The only thing I don’t like about this hotel is the parking as it located at level 6 with steep climb up and sharp turns, and we have to stamp the ticket at the lobby every time we’re going out but understandable as it shares with the mall car park.

Standard room with twin bed for my kids. The room is also clean & nice. Clean bathroom with good water pressure even i stayed at level 16. Just the sound of aircond is quite noisy but cooling enough. Staff are friendly too. Very near to PB Square & Pasar Payang also. Overall is good. Will come back to stay here again.

Excellent for staycation”
Dropped by for a night for pleasure with a close friend and made full use of all amenities and surrounding attractions offered. Caution for drivers with big cars, the hotel parking is on the 6th floor and the winding way up is quite narrow. Room is exactly as per my expectation and comfortable. Kinda wish my stay/holiday is longer. Until next time!

Got upgraded room to executive suite which is so big. The room is also clean & complete with ironing facilities. The bathroom is also big without bath tub. Water pressure is also good even i stayed at level 16. Just the sound of aircond is quite noisy but cooling enough. Staff are friendly too. Overall is good. Will come back to stay here again.

Beyond expectation”
Extremely surprise when my room was upgraded to Executive Suite with spectacular view of whole KT. Hotel with syariah compliance, room complete with Quran, telekung, sejadah and kain pelikat for men. Room conditions super duper clean. Beakfast was moderate. Friendly and helpful staff. Location wise very strategic, walking distance to mall, restaurant etc. Really recommended

First dulu Feb 2020, Second Nov 2021.. Next blh repeat pegi lagi.. Dulu book bilik ad tgkap blh bkk.. Yg second ni tersalah book bilik xd tgkap, Ya Allah Rimas, Lemas, Bosan, mcm duduk dlm Kotak 😭💔 My Miastake.. Call reseption Mntk bilik lain, kalau kena + duit pun xp, tp apakan daya 27/11/21 ( Sabtu ) semua bilik full.. Terpksa duduk bilik tu jgk.. Korang sebelum book blik tgk betul2 dlu ok.. Tanpa tgkap ni faham2 la, tgk tv n main fon je.. Staf, kemudahan, keperluan d bilik semua okay, mantap.. Tqsm Paya Bunga Square for all Services.. Lov it ❤️

Clean and great location”
It's a new hotel so everything is clean and the location is beside the bus station. Its near to pasar payang around 1km, therefore, better take a Grab to go there. The mattress is quiet hard so need to get used to it. Staff is nice and friendly.

Accessible to mall but unfortunately the mall doesn't offer much. Provided Islamic prayer amenities in the room for those who need and good room service. Room is very clean and breakfast was good (with good view of city).

Location : center of town Facilities : for a 3-star hotel, I consider this hotel has good facilities i.e. gym, swimming pool, ample parking space Room : decent size for a deluxe, I booked 3 rooms and 2 were connecting rooms. Comfortable and clean. Another room is superior with no window. Amenities : Basic but sufficient. Each room is provided with hairdryer, kettle, iron and ironing board. Staff : friendly and helpful. Perhaps communication and customer service can be improved. Breakfast buffet : Not much of a choice. Maybe because we are still in the post MCO period. Even so, food taste is nice. Overall I recommend any travellers or tourists to consider this hotel in your list. Thanks.

Due to the government encourage Malaysian to travel and enjoy the holiday in our own country, why not to try this hotel that located at the centre of Kuala Terengganu. Easy to go anywhere such as shopping at Pasar Payang, enjoy the beautiful seaview at the drawbridge and of course foods! Please gives a try and sure you will come again :)

Exceptional”
We had our honeymoon stay here. It was such a great experience. There is a mall at the ground and as we arrived a little bit late so we can just have a dinner down there, no need to go out to find our dinner. Room was spacious, tv channel works well, room services was really great. Definitely will stay here again if we come to kuala terengganu next time.We love it!

A great escape with family”
Its been a great escape here with y family after the MCO end. The hotel great and have a nice view. Quite dissapoint as i been waiting for the buffet breakfast but unavailable during my time here. Anyway will consider the hotel again next time. *should have fan in the bathroom to avoid bad smell
