Exceptional”

Peaceful resort was perfect for our stay in Koh Lanta! there are plenty of restaurants around which are still open in Green season, the pool was perfect and we had it to ourselves every time. Just a few minutes walk to the beach which was a lot nicer and cleaner than khlong dao when we were there. Restaurants were about 10-15 minutes walk. Room was super spacious and clean! refreshed with drinking water and toilet paper every day, even if you don't want your room cleaned they will leave it at your door. We couldn't have wished for better for our time in koh lanta, we extended our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this spot - especially with green season rates!

great location 5 mins walk from the beach, but also close to other local shops and restaurants. doesn't hurt that its also next to the 5* and best hotel in town -layana. front of house staff are excellent, super friendly, equivalent to the service that I receive at 5* establishments who are always willing to go the extra mile to help. Rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is a good size and very well kept, its well worth the price. on my round trip to the nearby islands such as koh muk, returning back to lanta i had no hesitation rebooking Peaceful resort without a second thought.

Great place to stay. The staff was really friendly, upgraded us to a bungalow which was really spacious and clean. the swimming pool in nice and the beach is just about 200meters from Peaceful resort. It is a bit far from the ''center'' of Koh Lanta if we can call it like that! There is many restaurants around the hotel and by the beach (+ we realized when leaving that you can have breakfast just next door to the hotel) The garden is well maintained and you can have a massage on site, with the birds for background music. I would highly recommend to do a massage with Mister Doppadol.. this is pure bliss.

4 nights in Ko Lanta ”

Peaceful may not be accurate, as I found it to be very noisy (families with screaming kids, construction, slamming doors and loud music late at night). That being said, I enjoyed my stay here. Pros: location -- it's less than 5 mins to walk to Long Beach. You can walk, or take a tuk tuk to many restaurants, shops and bars. The pool is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. My room was large and clean. Very good value for money. Cons: the water pressure in my bathroom was weak, the lighting in my bathroom was very dim, the shower head does not stay up. The safe in my room did not work. The WiFi was not very solid. Overall, I enjoyed Peaceful Resort. I would recommend to others and stay again. Koh Lanta is a really cool place. If you visit, go train at Lanta Muay Thai!

Peaceful as if you are in the middle of forest”

The hotel was very clean especially when comparing to other hotels in Koh Lanta. The location was great , very close to the Long Beach. Our stay made me and my sister smile. The location is very peaceful as if we were sleeping in the jungle and the staff were helpful at all times. We could feel ourselves relaxed.

Perfect little oasis”

We enjoyed our stay at Peaceful Resort so much that we added an extra three nights. The pool is beautiful, sparkling and perfectly maintained - even in the off season. Beds were big and comfortable. Lots of extra pillows - which we appreciated. The room was beautiful and very clean. We particularly enjoyed sitting on our private veranda and watching the waterfall flow into the pool and staring up at the blue sky above the leafy palms. Quick walk to a gorgeous beach without any roads to cross. Tons of food options nearby. Staff was professional and friendly. Everyone smiled and said hello when they saw us. The young man in reception speaks excellent English. We will remember Peaceful Resort for a very long time. Wonderful.

Great value for money 5 min. from the beach.”

Peaceful Resort is situated 5 min. stroll from a great stretch of swimming beach in the middle of Long beach & is set in quiet grounds with a resident masseuse & a lovely, clean pool with sunbeds. The bungalows with a small balcony are very spacious & are equipped with a large fridge, a kettle & a toaster for those early morning wake up drinks & a slice! The aircons. also work very well, as does the water heater in the bathroom. We would highly recommend Peaceful for all types of travellers, as there is easy access to the beach & the main road for shops & restaurants.

Great relaxing place to stay!”

First of all Koh Lanta is the best island getaway and chill beach. This hotel takes it over the top. It's run by a very nice and accommodating family who go out of their way to help. The pool is great and it's set back from the road, surrounded by green and palm trees. It's only a short walk down a green path to the beach. Great place to stay and highly reccomend!

A little gem! ”

My 6th visit to Koh lanta and I was very happy to find peaceful resort. Simple and easy, small and personable! Staff were excellent and it enabled me to slow down the pace.

perfect stay”

we were with two small children and Peacefull resort was almost perfect for us to stay in Lanta. room including beds was spacious enough for four of us and balcony was big also that gives our kids enough space to play around. bathroom was clean too. pool with children swim area is sweet too, cleaned up every morning by the staff. beach is 5 or less mins walk which is very cozy to hung around a whole day with not so many people but enough restaurant to get breakfast or lunch. lastly, loved the garden of this hotel. flowers and plants are very well decorated.

Near new relaxing hotel a few mins walk from the beach”

Awesome swimming pool: check Huge room: check (double deluxe on level 2 facing pool) Great staff / Cheap tour prices: check Awesome massage onsite: check Currently there's no restaurant on site (coming next year I believe) but the staff will order takeaway for you from a nearby resort for a small fee of 50B. I stayed right at the start of high season, and what I paid was the same as quoted for Ocean View resort which is quite old, much smaller and pool cannot even compare - the hotels are in different worlds so this is a bargain. Only downside is the closest 7/11's & more built up restauarant areas are around a 15-20 min walk in either direction, although tuk tuks are easy enough to come by, and there's a convenience store slightly closer along the beach (& no issue if you are hiring a scooter) 100% would stay again

Best hotel I’ve stayed in for the money ”

The pool was amazing, lovely area surrounding it. Everyone so friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Five minute walk to the beach, we hired the motorbikes here too- no problem. If Im back in Koh Lanta would 100% stay here again :)

Simple, but great”

It's a new hotel, just 3 min walk from the long beach. Meanwhile, the toad to the beach is quite bad with a lot of construction garbage on it. In night time it's no light on this road at all, so it can be tricky to get back to the hotel in darkness. Overall the hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant at the hotel, but every morning staff took us to The Palm beach resort by car for the breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for not expensive but good quality accompdation.

Great Pool”

Peaceful was great. The staff were friendly & helpful. Big clean rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The pool was super. Location wise we didn't get much chance to explore due to bad weather but you definitely need a bike if you want to explore Lanta. I would say this is essential wherever you stay on the island.

A calm oasis.”

This small resort is operated by delightful, helpful and competent staff. The off-road setting is genuinely peaceful, the rooms are fine and the pool is delightful. It's about a five minute walk down a quiet lane to the beach and less than 10 minutes by vehicle to Saladan. Loved it!

Exceptional”

I would highly recommend this hotel. We loved the room, location and pool. The staff were welcoming, friendly and always there to help. The restaurant on site was amazing and there was a family who chopped fresh fruit and hammocks on the way to the beach which was also useful. We were taken by tuk tuk to another hotel for breakfast which was fine, but we didn't rate the food there, hopefully when they have the breakfast area sorted there will be more variety. Thank you Peaceful.

Few flaws but ok”

Being told your room is overbooked isn't what you wanna hear after 10 hours of travelling but they organized a room in a beach resort for us with a free breakfast so not to bad. Rooms are a good size, big bathroom and comfortable bed. Sliding doors to the balcony are a pain as they won't 'slide', at some point one door even came out and almost dropped down the balcony. People are friendly though and make you feel welcome. Motorbikes for rent at 200Bht a day and tours can be booked at the reception. Don't take the minibus to Krabi though as that was quite laughable, 14 people with luggage in a small bus just doesn't fit and is dangerous. Resort is just out of the centre so you will need transport. All in all a good experience.

5 th time at Peaceful”

As always this resort lives by its name. Quiet, calm and relaxing. The rooms are spacious, large fridge, good balcony especially upstairs overlooking pool. Pool itself is great, short walk down quiet lane to best section of long beach in 3 mins, staff very helpful and cleaning ladies exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. Several local restaurants close by on main road and beach . ‘Tiw Lay on the beach, uncle O’s on the road are great. Will return again on the next trip when we will see on site restaurant operational.

Just a Peaceful paradise ”

The resort is well named as it is the peaceful location in the world close to the sea and all accomodations needed. The people are really friendly and always at your disposition to help. I will be back with pleasure.

Most helpful”

I couldn't be happier for our stay at Peaceful House. After I left in a rush to get to another island, the staff helped with the transfer to the ferry. While on the ferry, the captain came to me and handed me his phone. To my horror, I was told I had left my passport at Peaceful House. I had a long trip ahead of me from Long Beach but was assured that peaceful House would get the passport to me the next day. My passport arrived and I couldn't thank everyone enough in getting it to me 8 hours away on a remote island. Thank you Peaceful House for your kindness and service.
