A paradise in paradise.”
It's just breathtaking, only 18 months old. Only 11 chalets so very private.

Secluded Paradise.... ”
If you are looking for a secluded romantic getaway, Phi Phi Phu Chalet is for you. A 30 minute long boat ride from Tongsai Pier, the Phi Phi Phu Chalet is nestled in a secluded part of the island. The service is impeccable, the rooms are beautiful, the food and drinks are very good and reasonably priced and the swimming pool is great. If you are looking for a buzzing party scene and a variety of restaurants to try then this place is not for you. If you are looking for peace and serenity where you really feel like you are away from it all, then go.

Beautiful views but wouldn’t visit again”
We are two friends traveling and were a little bit disappointed with this booking. - The hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere with only a 20-30 minute taxi boat acces from the main pier only twice a day. Any other time of travel they overcharge you (more then 1000 baht op). For us it was too quiet. + The views however from the restaurant and you room (even from the bed) are breathtaking! - We felt staff weren’t super friendly or helpful. We ended up finding a local village down the hill which we enjoyed and had our meals there. Also booked day trip from the village. Amazing massage parlour (First one on the left) when you get to the village + Great hotel if you are looking for a quiet escape but be aware that there is no pristine sandy beach by the hotel. - The long tail boats passing by in the morning do make a lot of noise unfortunately. - Taxi boat back to ferry is not included (250 baht pp). + Very comfy beds and cute private cottages.

A must visit resort.”
If you are going to Phi Phi this is a must visit resort. The resort is the most beautiful thing i've ever seen and the most beautiful and friendly staff I haver ever met. If you have any questions about my stay there feel free to message me. Both my family and I would never stay at no other resort on Phi Phi than this one.

secluded paradise”
This place is so quiet and serene, the staff is wonderful. :) You might even see Leonardo (not really but the staff call themselves by characters from the Beach sometimes, they think its funny) :) The chalets are gorgeous and super peaceful. You're a short water taxi from the madness of Phi Phi Don's party side if you wish.

Beautiful resort style chalets. Felt like we were the only ones there with ample staff to accommodate. Rooms were gorgeous, very spacious and charming. We enjoyed snorkeling and venturing to the market close by. Found a local 'captain' in the little town by the beach to take us for a 4-5hrs tour around the island for 1000baht.

Best location for tranquility”
Excellent visit, this is the place to come to if you want to experience the quiet and serene side of PhiPhi. If you want to escape the craziness of Tonsai pier, this is the place! It is only accessibly by boat but you have access to two excellent beaches on either side of the hotel! We had such a great time getting to meet the staff here as well. One of our favorite parts of our honeymoon that we stayed longer than planned

Nice staff, but hotel is very isolated and tucked into the jungle - we had two snake encounters from our hut to the reception. Getting to and from the hotel is rather difficult.

Lovely quiet hotel with amazing service”
We loved our time here. Location is good but quiet. We went outside of touristy season, but the centre of Phi Phi was so busy and loud, we were happy not to be staying there. Hotel is located on a private beach. Because of the rocks you can't swim when tide is low, but there is always the beautiful infinity pool! Walking distance from little town with restaurants, bars and massage places. Service was incredible and food delicious!

Great scenery view, for nature lovers and aiming to relax”
Very nice for couple holidays, just take in mind that it is not located near Phi-phi "downtown" so you might take/pay boat transportation. very nice pool and chalet-style rooms and very kindly staff.

WORST STAY SO FAR”
Worst stay we had during our month in Thailand, the staff were rude and they became increasingly aggressive if we had any complaints (which we did), the shuttle service is a rip off and they charge you to get out of the hotel. If you book a tour in main phi phi pier and you arrive back they will not wait 5/10mins until you get back on to the shuttle. The staff seemed to be the only people at the hotel and the customer service was shockingly bad. Upon leaving we were hit with a bill of 2000baht which is not much but still unexpected for a £100+ a night hotel for a service that was unreliable. The staff became aggressive and would not let us ring a manager of the hotel and we were told that 'the manager does not want to speak to you' also refused us to speak to agoda customer service. I would reccommend not staying here at all if you value your life.

Excellent spot for quiet relaxation”
This place is gorgeous, and very secluded and quiet. Little village about 10-15minute walk has a few fun bars, food, massage, shops. Beautiful infinity pool, and was like our own private resort because apparently, people just kind of stay in their cottages a lot. Did an island-hopping and snorkeling tour, which was fun. Only drawback, they say in their description that there is a private beach. That isn't really true, and was a bit disappointing. There is a tiny strip of land that is very rocky when the tide is out, and completely under water when the tide comes in. Also, not an issue for me, but could be for some - there are a ton of stairs. The entire staff is incredibly nice. One caution regarding travel within SE Asia - AirAsia is frequently quite late, both arriving and departing (was traveling from Kuala Lumpur). I arrived too late to catch the last boat out to Koh Phi Phi the afternoon I arrived, so I missed the first night of my booking. The hotel won't do refunds, period.

A great secluded little getaway”
The hotel and rooms were amazing. New, clean and nice. The staff was so kind and friendly, we loved them! The drawback is that there really isn't beach off the premise. The pool was great, though. The town nearby is cute. It's definitely on the quiet side of the island. Would recommend for a short stay.

Nice clean resort, wonderful 1 day trip”
Located in a remote place of Phi Phi island, without private beach. Room is clean with nice sea view, pity affected by the cables in front. The 1 day Phi Phi trip booked from the resort was wonderful. The long-tail boat captain is super nice, brought us to many places for snorkelling and swim in front of us to find the baby shark, nemo and many sea creatures we want to see. The breakfast set is simple.

Great pool beautiful view awesome staff”
Small hotel so felt like we had the place to ourselves. The staff could not be any friendlier. Breakfast menu a little lacking. A bit isolated from any night life or tours, but that can be a plus. The pool area and view was amazing. The rooms were very nice but need more lighting in the bath and shower area. Realize it's a new place so things will improve as they get more people going there.

There were bugs everywhere in our room and we got eaten alive nightly by mosquitos. Also the resort is very secluded difficult to get to any part of the island and there is no real beach where you can swim surrounding the hotel.

Terrible experience: Abusive practices worst experience ever”
at check in I told the reception manager that I booked the hotel because it was advertised with a private Beach. This place is remotely located with no private beach and no free transportation (they charge you 200 or more bath pp). The receptionist (only person in charge), said:"they were going to charge me full price for the 3 nights-no cancellation allowed. There is no phone reception at the location and receptionist denied me access to the phone for more than an hour, so I could call agoda customer service to solve the problem. In addition, there is no transportation except the one provided by the hotel. I felt restrained and restricted, receptionist kept on saying give me your passport sign here. I ended up saying one night forcing the hotel through agoda to cancelled the other nights. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Abusive practices for customers to stay and force stayed, plus transport is not available unless you pay 1000 baths. They tried to charge me more money for everything.
