Amazing location”
The location was amazing - incredible beach and away from the hustle of some of the hotels nearby. The accommodation is basic with no air con, hot water and poor Wi-fi (which is probably a good way to switch off). Waking up to see the amazing beach and clear water was worth it. Not a cheap place and having to have all your meals ‘a la carte’ gets fairly expensive but the food was good and all the staff really friendly. We had our 4 yr old daughter with us and she spent the whole time on the beach or in the sea and the staff were lovely to her. This is an amazing place to relax and chill out but if you re looking for luxury and cocktails served to you on the beach, you may be disappointed. We will be going back and would definitely recommend

Excellent Stay”
The time I spent at the Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort was the best! The views, the food, the staff, everything was just amazing! I had issues the first night with bed bugs but honestly, a few bug bites were nothing compared to how amazing everything was about this place! I highly recommend getting a massage while you’re there ( I got 3!) and enjoying the snorkeling and diving in the area!

JUST ALRIGHT”
The staff were accomodating. Wifi wasn’t that okay. We got the room near the beach and the ambiance was great. It was a nice place for people who doesn’t want noise. It’s just that we got a fan room and the electricity was limited to consume from 6am till 6pm with the weather.

Back to the roots....”
This place is cut off from environment. The only way to leave this place is a boat taxi, what is not cheap at all. The other option is to go through the jungle/forest to the Phi Phi Islands Village Beach Resort, what I did in order to have WiFi and be able to work on the phone, without losing money. The Resort demands money on the guests for pick up and retour. It’s a shame, because there is no other way to get to the Resort. Once you are there, you realize that you are cut off the environment , because no electricity on daytime and if you have WiFi access you have no connection, also not with your provider. Nothing. Sometimes even the resort was cut off from the web, as happened to me. They were not even able to check my reservation. They already prepared a sign, so it’s a permanent problem. The stuff who take care of transportation and luggage are very friendly and kind. But not the managing stuff. Very unfriendly, no smile and chasing for money. I don’t recommend this place.

Couldn’t have had a better week Phi Phi Relax. The value for money is excellent. The beach front bungalow was everything we had hoped it would be, but even better. Paradise.

Beautiful resort ”
The small beach , clear water and very green was the things I liked most also our bungalow was with sea view right on the beach was so charming. Room is basic , I liked the interior just what I wanted all woods and bamboo. Toilet and shower had opening , I wished had a door to the room instead of curtain because I thought an animal can get in the room while we were sleep . Nothing happend . No hot water for shower . No ,electricity between 8’am to 6 pm. Only Restaurant was nice with good waiters and good food. The long boat passing by was noisy. I loved the beautiful surroundings natures .

Very nice and scenic environment, right on the beach. You should arrange the pickup by the hotel in advance, otherwise you'll pay a lot more than 150 BHT per person.

We really loved our stay!”
Getting to this hotel with the longtail boat took about 20-30mins from Tonsai pier. When we arrived, our luggage was carried all the way to the top hill bungalows, which are pretty hard to reach as the stairs are exhausting in the heat (if you are in good shape it still shouldn't be a problem :) The bungalows were nice and clean, and the food at the restaurant was excellent and not too expensive. Also you don't have to carry any money with you when you go to the beach, as you can order everything with your room number and pay when you leave. The staff is super friendly and helpful! By the way the beach looks soooo beautiful. This place has definitely earned its name "relax beach"!

Beautiful family oriented resort”
Very nice staff, the bungalows are very clean with nice ocean views. If you get one up the hill, be prepared for a workout, the walkway is quite steep. We took the half day boat tour which was great.

Very good”
this is a beautiful place perfect for a couple wanting to stay in a remote paradise, however I was sick with a chest infection while here so having no air conditioning or hot water, and no electricity in the daytime was too much for me.the staff however are exceptional and really seem like they have fun at work and are a tight team, and very helpful and kind.you need to take a 30 min longtail boat from ton Sai pier to get here.there are 2 regular times to go back and forth with the resort's longtail boat.the charge is 150 baht per person each way.the food was okay, but they had great whipping cream chocolate shakes

Lovely and beautiful place ”
We enjoyed five days at Phi Phi Relax Beach Resort. Beautiful surroundings next to the sea. Snorkeling is easy and with low tide even for kids. The staff is the best. Kind, helpful and funny. The massage is recommended!

Awful personnal”
The people working there were in majority absolutely not interested in the clients. The girls at the reception were the worst, never a smile, looking at you like you are an imbecile. In the restaurant even if they are many to serve you, they stay in one place, talking together or just doing nothing, everything except taking care of the clients. And when they finally do, it is very rarely with a smile.

Beautiful place! But isolated from koh phi phi life.”
We had 4 nights here, overall great experience! 3 nights in a hill bungalow and 1 night beach bungalow. Great place, and really nice bungalows. Food good but a bit pricy, and the staff isn't always friendly. The is one guy working in the restaurant that was really not having a good time working there. Luckily some other girls made it good by being extra nice. Still if you are here for relaxing its great, just isolated. it will coast you to go somewhere on the island braucse it's only possible to get there by boat.. (the boat from the hotel that coast 150 bath pp. only goes 2 times a day) other times are expensive.

Could be better for that money”
Too far from the Tong Sai Pier - 45 min walk (climbing) so you must be in a very good shape! The alternative? - longtail boat that will cost you at least 250 Bath/pers. The beach has only few meters on the flux time and the sun till 11,00 (location on sunshine). The staff is very disapointed. Very hard to take any info from them. We spent the New Year in this location and they charge us with 107 Euro for a dinner gala: open buffet with auful food and a one glass of wine. It starts at 7 PM and end at 9,30 PM. An auful show with Thai dancing till 12 - 01 AM and that was all. You must pay for all your drinks after all! The 107 Euro were for the food that all the staff and performers eat! :( The program of the gala was presented to us only one day before new year and when we ask to cancel because we don't want to participate they refuse to refund. In one word: circus!

Relax beach”
Great beach, lovely restaurant & friendly staff. However on arrival at Tonsai Pier due to winds we were told we had to walk to the resort which took nearly an hour. Baggage went by Longtail boat. When we left 2 days later water was still choppy so staff organised a speedboat for us which was an exciting ride. The guys who put your bags on the boats are so amazing, friendly & helpful. Would recomend it as a place to stay but make sure you dont have a plane to catch the next day
