Above average
Stay here if you're gonna party or don't want to sleep before 0200. Bring lots of mozzie spray. Staff were friendly

Suit for tourists who love party.
Great customer services. 20 meters to the beach. The room is next to the pub (20 meters also), informed after booking and check in. Suit for tourists who love party and loud music. Mosquitos Beware.

Great, but.
So. The bungalow was very cute, and it's location was really great in terms of being right on the beach and close to everything in town, BUT at night, it is right behind Slinky Bar, which throws parties with blaring music from 10-2am every night. We failed to read reviews before booking and missed this detail. It was fine the nights we partied, but when we just wanted to relax, and our bed was vibrating from the bass, it wasn't so awesome. Just be aware of this.

Small Room great location
The room was small. Basically just a bed. And I am sure you know by now, they have no hot water. But it is so hot in Phi Phi that you won't really miss the hot water. They have the combination shower, toilet, sink for a bathroom. The bathroom was actually a good size. You can't run the a/c when you aren't in the room so when you get back in the room it is HOT. There is also a major beach party until about 2 am. So if you aren't a sound sleeper or a beach partier, this isn't the hotel for you. But it is steps from the beach and super affordable. I would stay here again.

Don't!
The pictures online are way better than reality. The bungalow smells horribly. The restroom was not clean. But the worse part is that it's right behind one of the most famous beach clubs on the beach. This means than from 8pm-2am your bungalow will be vibrating with the super loud music from the bar. The party is IN your bungalow. I stayed in wonderful places in Thailand and cheaper. Really bad.

Listen to reviews
Ok... so when I heard that this place had some noise problems I thought it couldnt be that bad- I used to live across the road from a pub and didn't mind it. I should have listened to the other reviews... I cannot describe how crazy it was. The walls were literally vibrating and it was so loud that it was like we were in the club. We got no sleep until the music switched off at 2am and I had a piercing earache and headache the next day. The last few nights we just stayed up until 2am to avoid this issue, which isnt hard, because this is when Phi Phi is most vibrant (albeit, a bit trashy). I believe this was one of the only places I could afford when I booked and I also did know it was going to be loud, so I can't complain too much, but just keep this in mind when you book. Also- staff were pretty average. We gave them our laundry which they said was 60 BAHT per kg. Our luggage itself only weighed 10kg each and we only gave them a few items out of it but it came back as 10kg and we were charged 600 BAHT which was pretty crappy. A huge rip off. Also when I asked for a towel for the beach the receptionist just stared at me angrily and went, "DONT HAVE!" which was a bit rude. Every other place I stayed in Thailand provided beach towels.
