Everything is near and convenient. Some eateries are just nearby: On the right about 10m from the hotel, there is "Four You Cafe" . Good ambience, good food with reasonable price without tax or tips. Go further about another 10m there is another eatery serving western and local dishes. All the famous historical attractions of Ayutthaya are just nearby. You can ask the receptionist to arrange tuktuk for you to visit all the 7 attractions in and out the old castle. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable, air-cons functioning well, water heaters too provide hot water continuously. You can get drinking water for free too at the reception. Breakfast can be compared to 3-star hotel. Staff are friendly and polite. Very satisfied stay here. Will definitely recommend to anyone who want a stay at Ayutthaya to see the ruins.

Good for short business trip in Ayutthaya”

Phromsuk Place is located in the old Ayutthaya Island but not far from the historical park and others famous spot. Easily get lifted by local Tuk-Tuk or Motocycle taxi. 10 minutes from Ayutthaya Railway station. Minimart near by and some local shop around to grab quick meal. Standard room is at another building so pick your choice.

Good location for a short stay”

This hotel offers easy access to various attractions in Ayutthaya like the floating market, museum, historical park, elephant village, etc. and is also in close proximity to various dining outlets and the river. However the hotel feels more like an apartment and does not have most facilities like swimming pool or fitness center so it's ideal for business trips but not family vacation.

I enjoyed my stay there. The room was clean and included a tv, fridge and a decent batthroom. The Hotel is a little far from the centre of Ayutthaya so have to use a tuk tuk or bike for transportation, though its not too expensive. Overall it's a nice hotel.

We stayed in a triple room with two kids. The service was nice; the staff was so friendly. However, the hotel was located very far away from conveniece stores (that's the only weak point we found). If you are looking for a three-star hotel, this is the place.

Reasonable accommodation.”

Stayed here for a few days, had 3 kids with me, could not get an additional bed as they had no space in the room, no additional pillows available. On the plus side, rooms are fairly comfortable, spacious and shower facilities good. I would book this hotel again in particular because of its reasonable price/value relationship.

Exceptional”

It's a great place for quietness and close to the airport. Very expensive if you want to take a Taxi Its in the outskirts of the City. Due to our late arrivale we didn't get to use their beautiful pool. Very clean and even had a blow dryer. This was a first. The grounds were nicely done.

Convenient for a couple of nights”

Fine, I was driving my own car and the staff helped find parking for me. The room was clean and comfortable. The catering facilities were non-existent and I regretted the lack of even a simple continental breakfast. It was possible to drive to get a breakfast cooked but it wasn't until after my second night that I managed to find a suitable venue. I would stay there again now that I know a bit more about the area.

Spent the night here. Location is easy to find but surrounding area and parking spaces is pretty busy. There are many buildings for students and parents to park cars. the best choice is booking the room from Agoda! Don’t walk in here on holiday or weekend! I heard the staff said many times “NO ROOMS AVAILABLE” hehehehe

Hotel for professional”

The hotel is good enough for people who are working and traveling a lot but it is not well adapted for a family and children. Staff was helpful and indicated us another place where to stay with our children.

Location terrible”

The hotel itself is satisfactory....but its location is not near anything significant. It is like in a dead zone anywhere near the hotel. No problem if you have a car but otherwise if on foot it is dangerous just to cross the major road in front of the hotel.
