Excellent nature oriented resort.”

During our 2 night stay here, my wife and I were treated to stunning vistas of rolling mountains and cypress trees. I think Pak Chong province near Khao Yai National Park has an italian theme to it because most new developments are Italian Themed. This hotel is no exception. Food at the hotel was excellent and most vegetables in the menu are grown in the resort so it is very fresh. The rooms were nice and everything was clean and in working order. All rooms had a outdoor deck so you can wine and dine under the stars. The resort was a bit isolated but perfect if you want some peace and quiet. Paz our driver/guide was an excellent staff as he took us around Pak Chong and National Park and was truly accomodating.

Amazing Resort Experience”

Phukumhom provided my girlfriend and me with an amazing weekend getaway from Bangkok. The staff were so helpful the scenery is gorgeous, the archery is fun, the pool is clean, the paddle boats are romantic, and the rooms offer so much more than initially expected. 10 times out of 10 we will return to Phukumhom when visiting Khao Yai again. To all the Phukumhom staff, thank you for your service.

Great rooms, great view”

We were the first-ever internet customers for the Phukumhom Resort. After an unpromising start (the resort is very difficult to find at night), things rapidly improved. The rooms are excellent - a large bed, very nice bathroom. But the real plus is the roof terrace: as the resort is on a hill top, this gives you panoramic views over the countryside. Breakfast is simple but good, and the service is first rate (bearing in mind the hotel is new and we were the only customers!), the staff really went out of their way to show us all the resort and make our stay special. The is a great weekend retreat. Take your own supplies to make cocktails on the terrace, and settle in for a really excellent time. 100% recommended, and great value for money.

Very good”

The hotel is located pretty far from Khao Yai National Park. (30 min drive) You need to have your own car, of course and the road before the hotel is pretty rough. The staff are really nice. The room is also reasonable for the price we paid for. There're many things to do there. The bad point of the hotel is that they have bunnies for you to feed but they don't know how to raise bunnies at all. They are left quite hungry most of the time because the staff thought that it would be fine to feed them only once or twice a day.

Very Great Hotel 5-stars service”

I must say that Phukumhom Resort is one of the best hotel I've ever stayed.It will be my first choice if I have a chance to stay in Khaoyai again.With 5-stars services from ALL STAFFS and awesome delicious fresh food.The romantic mountain view from the rooftop of the room is also great too.The weather is so good and a little bit cold even in the summer.Everything is just perfectly fine about this hotel,However the hotel is a bit too far from city center and It is hard to find the hotel at night.

Jacuzzi with a View”

Phukumhom was a pleasant surprise for us. Even though it was the pricey side, I feel that everything in Phukumhom was worth for the money. Location might be a bit far from the attractions in Khaoyai but we rented a car so it wasn't an issue. The Jacuzzi was excellent, we loved relaxing in it and the view from the balcony was nice. Beds were comfortable and toilets were clean. Staff were amazing, they always go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. Kayaking and bicycle riding was available but we didn't try it. The room was nice enough for us to spend a lot of time in it. Definitely recommend this place if you're visiting Khaoyai.

Very nice hotel with careful service”

Spent a romantic weekend with my wife. Enjoyed the nature and visited the Khao Yai National Park. A bit distant from anything else but, and for this, very relaxing. Beautiful views and clean air.

Not a nice view, but surrounded with trees and nature and Khao Yai breath. Very good facilites and clean room. Except the shower is not flow properly, but not a problem.Staffs are very welcome. Choices & made to order breakfast is good.

Relaxing Holiday”

I and my wife visited Khao yai as we needed some time to relax after busy schedule. We had a very relaxing time at the resort. The staff was very courteous and spoke in English and was very helpful for preparation of vegetarian food etc. However, bed was a bit uncomfortable with two single bed mattresses (even in executive suite). I would recommend to replace it with king size double bed mattresses. Also a bit more international channels on television would help.

Suitable hotel for kids”

The hotel offers a good and comfortable stay for young kids as there are plenty of activities and animal feeding. Location is a bit far off the rest of Khao Yai attractions and restaurants. Friendly staff but cleanliness can be improved. (Found used teabag in the bathroom and a cockroach during the night.)

Exceptional”

Good and clean room. Breakfast was a la card with European and Asian choice. The whirlpool was a bit old. After a short introduction from friendly staff it was easy to use. The view in the early morning out of the window was outstanding. We spend there one night as a couple and over at all it was ok. The whirlpool suite is very big and the bed is totally comfortable. We haven't used any other things like out door activities or the pool. To avoid some European people from disappointment: please notice that this hotel is in wilderness in national park. So if you have any fears about snakes, frogs, ants or whatever this is not a place for you. Inside the house there were only ants, but if you keep the food in refrigerator or closed box nothing happens.

Huge place and excellent facilities ”

This place is huge! We were here for our pre wedding photoshoot and this resort offer plenty of beautiful places for great photo taking! Mini bar is good and adequate. Breakfast is scrumptious. Free bicycle usage is definitely a plus. Great service to any part of the resort by the free buggy ride. Room is huge and the balcony roof is great for chilling and relaxing. Despite the location it is definitely a great resort for family fun.

A small 14-rooms-resort with great environment!”

great service from the resort staffs. they try very hard to please, have easy smiles and very helpful in suggestions regarding things to do around the hotel. the rooms are moderate sized, well doorated with a lot of room to relax (there is a balcony on the 2nd floor and a terrace just outside the room for every room there). they also seem focused on quality in all aspects. the furnitures, the bathrooms, every bit was well made. the food at their restaurant was also excellent. we literally ate everything on the plate! when we offered our opinion regards one of the dishes, the manager instantly took that plate out of the bill! they really pay attention to guess wants and needs. the only downside of the resort is the location which was a bit hard to find the first time around.

Calm and Relaxed Atmosphere with Super Friendly Staff - Highly Recommended”

The location of this place may seem a little remote from other Khao Yai's popular destinations, but this is what is great about this place. It offers you privacy and quieter atmosphere. The accommodation is clean and relaxing. The number of rooms is not too many thus the place will not be crowded by other tourists.

Great resort in peaceful surrounding”

Perfect resort, in a very peaceful area. The rooms are spacious and private. There is the outside shower and we stayed in the room with outside bathtub, very nice. We really enjoyed our stay in this natural and rural environment. If you like to explore the surroundings, or prefer have dinner somewhere else than the hotel, make sure you bring transportation (e.g. car or motorbike), since the location is quite remote.

Beautiful area - nice resort”

I booked only one night with Agoda at a reasonable price for this resort but needed a second night, which Agoda had no quota for. However the resort had the same room available. They upped the price 30% for the second night. That price was less reasonable for the accommodation. The resort staff was efficient but not as friendly as one would expect in Thailand. Still the location in Khao Yai is truly beautiful and quiet.

Family-oriented resort ”

It is hidden away from the main road and about 50 mins away from the Pak Chong city. Once you checked into the resort, you park your car and either walk or bike. Bicycles are available next to the car park. In terms of our room/villa, it is cosy with nostalgic setting. The toilet is good while the bath is semi-outdoor which is to my liking. The bed is comfy and room clean overall. The villa has a rooftop where you can chill during the evening and watch the sun set. You have almost everything in the resort and I strongly recommend families with children as they also have a farm across the road.
