Very good”
Cheap and not so bad place to stay. Slightly far from the main attraction, but if you are in decent shape it’s only 8 min walk. Many reviews said there were bed bugs, I purposely checked my mattress before sleeping, everything was clean.

Very nice hutt to stay, think that it's agood walk up the hill but at least you can sleep well, far away from the party sounds! We loved it!

Very bad”
First off, after staying there for one night I had 57 mosquito bites just on my legs and feet. They provided a "net" over the bed to stop bugs, but it didn't shut and contained numerous holes all throughout it. It was also very hot. There was a fan on the roof, but you couldn't even slightly feel it from where you were sleeping. It was very dirty and the light in there was so dim you could barely see anything when it was on. Huge waste of money. It was worth 200 baht a night maybe. It was extremely overpriced and I considered leaving my stuff in there and paying to stay else where because of how aweful the sleeping arrangements were but we only stayed two nights. Would not recommend to anybody

Dirty place but for travellers on budget good”
The rooms were really dirty and sheets were not washed. But the bungalows themselves are nice. There can be animals in the room, but what do you expect, its in the jungle. The hill wasnt that bad, it was a cool location. Great plus was the pool with oceanview we could use from another hotel. It’s cheap but really dirty, just make sure to bring your own sleeping bag. If you’re travelling with a tight budget its alright.

Awesome! ”
My friend and aunt loved phutawan! Everything was clean, the staff was super helpful, and the wifi was decent. The only thing we weren't crazy about was having to walk up the hill to get to the bungalows. All in all though it was a great place to stay!

Not a place to relax”
We could not stay more than 1 night because of the loud music (we could not believe how loud it was). Although it is not the hotel's fault at all. Rooms are very very rustic and basic. The garden and balconies are nice.

Awful experience ”
+ when we arrived in Koh Phi Phi there was a guy with hotels sign and he took us to our place. - dirty sheets (bloodstains etc) - cockroaches - bedbugs We booked for two nights and couldn't stay there. Wouldn't recommend this place, you can find a lot cheaper and nicer places.

Nice place to stay ”
This is a bamboo bungalow, so you have to expect a bamboo bungalow. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The location is 10 mim walk from center, what is good because it's far from the night noise (and you still can hear) I recommend this place.

worst place i've been in ”
Paid too much for too little. The beds were just two thick matresses on the floor. The room was full of mosquitos and the mosquito net didn't help much. There was no hot water but it's ok since its so hot in the bungalow, the fan is pretty weak. The worse thing was the noise from the clubs on the beach, the music sounded like it's right outside the room. Also, the room is on a steep heal, so you practically climb every time you come back to it.

Nice owner, but otherwise not worth it”
+nice owner +free coffee and tea +close to beach bars -in the middle of jungle, so A LOT of moskitos -not very nice, just two matrasses on the floor, moskito net with holes and blood on it, nothing else -noisy -up the hill, so you get really sweaty just going there -not a swimming beach close by Overall not in good condition

An experience. Basic but comfortable ”
Pros- European girl that worked there friendly and helpful -large wet room -pick up from the ferry and guide to get to the accommodation - an experience staying in a hut like this and it felt real Cons- although there is a mosquito net, lots of mosies and hut had lots of gaps in - very loud at night even though you are up a hill and feel far from the party beach. - we would have expected a cheaper price for what you get. Perfectly acceptable accommodation but the price we paid for another night in a hotel was the same As this accommodation.

perfect place to stay”
Very nice bungalow in bamboo, people very helpful telling you about the island what to do and giving nice tips without being pushy. Speak english and french perfectly. Small inconvenient is the noise until 1:30am as if a disco was right next to us. Not the fault of the place just the sound from the party beach that is more than exagerate and that sounds over kilometers. We still recommend it warmly!

Its ok”
Located on the hill. 10 minutes walk to the center. No rubbish around the place. Really friendly stuff. Small rooms with only two mattresses and fly screen. Own bathroom with enough space for a toilett, sink and (cold water) shower. Many moscitos! Ok for a stay, if you dont want to stay in the center.

Great stay! ”
The staff were so accommodating, it really made our stay special! The main man was full of tips about the island and helped us with our bags! Location is pretty far up the hill and the room didn't have air-con so we had a lot of mosquitos but they do provide nets! Would definitely recommend a short stay in the bungalows as the setting in beautiful and not to be missed!

You get what you pay, Bring your sport shoe!”
It's might be the cheapest Bungalow in Phiphi island. At least 30 mins walk from the pier, 10 mins walk to the nearest beach Loh dalum, 3 mins walk to the nearest mini mart. Make sure you bring everything with you, or you have to go downhill to buy it. The way uphill to the hotel is very dangerous and steep. You better wear your sport shoe. They have nothing to sell at the lobby, only free coffee. You may need the mosquito spray too. Still can hear the party sounds at night.

A bit out of the way ”
Location is up a very big hill and then 15 minute walk to the pier. Rooms were basic but we didn't need anything else, it had a bed with a mosquito net, a bathroom with toilet and cold shower. Staff organised tours and further travel for us. Had no issue with noise.

Best and cheapest bungalows on phi phi”
Price started at 600 and later down to 500. including free water refills and tea/coffee. The staff are amazing and location is good its one of the quietest places on the island I think u would find
Best choice to stay here. It is at the top of a big hill but they take all your bags and give you a lift when you arrive. Afterwards they give you a lot of lifts but its not that bad, you get used to it. The location is much quieter than the main town Staff are incredible, so kind and helpful. Genuinely nice people. Free water tea and coffee :) Bungalows are basic but you can't complain for the price. You get all you need plus I found the beds really comfortable. Cold shower but I was to hot for anything other than that! The bungalows don't look like much but the place is safe, the people lovely and the price is cheap... was perfect for us. Was supposed to stay 3 nights and stayed 8! Check out reggae bar at night :) so funny and best place we found to eat was called tom yam - cheap but great food
