Pico de loro beach and country club is a membership type resort but was opened to public and the unit owners had their units rented out. On My advertisement you will find different photos of different unit so the booking here will be for a random unit which will be assigned to you after your booking! It will depend on the available unit, we will only be able to give you unit upon your booking as we need to see our calendar for every different bookings. You may also contact us first!
Our place is at the newest and nearest building from the country club. Fully furnished and equipped with kitchen stuff. Cooking is allowed. You can bring foods and store it in a refrigerator and you may use the stove inside the unit. Please bring extra cooking stuff if you plan to cook more. Utensils are available but you could bring yours. Towels are available at the beach club for a minimum rental fee. Check in time: 2:00 pm Check out: 12 noon all guest names shall be sent to me ahead of time (At least 2days before check in date) We will be processing your authorization for you to access beach and country club. I will send you your authorization and you need to print it and save a soft copy on your mobile phone. (You need to present it upon arrival at Pico gate and at the reception area of the building) Early check in and late check out is possible if there will be no guest before or after your travel date. (You need to coordinate with me about your arrival time) I am always available to answer all your inquiries through out your stay. We also have care taker to assist you with your needs. Key is ready upon arrival and meeting with the care taker. No security deposit fee! But we hold guest check out until our care taker is done with unit checking. Note** You break it! You pay for it! Lost key is 6,000 (We need to change the entire door lock) We don't have duplicates for security purposes! IMPORTANT: All our 1br unit has no closed room. Beds and living area are at the same part, but it spacious.

Pico de Loro is a Private Membership Resort that's why there are special privileges for members. The Beach Club is entitled only for members and accompanied guests but everybody has the access to the Pico beach. Guests could enjoy the Country Club wherein there is infinity pool, Olympic size pool, locker rooms and some sport activities area to enjoy such us the gym, basketball court, badminton court, billiards, bowling, etc.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON OUR UNITS.
DUE TO THE PANDEMIC OUR HOTEL AND TOURISM SECTOR HAS BEEN DEALING WITH A LOT OF CHANGES. WE AT PICO DE LORO CONDOMINIUM ALSO HAS TO IMPLEMENT STRICT RULES THAT THE GUESTS MUST COMPLY WITH. IF YOU ARE BOOKED IN ONE OF OUR PROPERTIES PLS FOLLOW AND OBSERVE THE REGULATIONS OF THE RESORT AND COOPERATE WITH THE EMPLOYEES INSIDE. WE CAN MINIMIZE THE CHANCES OF SPREADING THE VIRUS BY SIMPLY RESPECTING EACH OTHER AND THE REGULATIONS SET BY THE RESORTS MANAGEMENT.
The facilities in the room is disappointing and the coordinator misled our group about the guest fee”
We want to complain to Agoda due to the coordinator as well as one of the rooms that we booked in Pico De Loro. We booked 2 rooms for May 25 overnight stay. To clarify details of the booking 10 days before booking date, I inquired from Ms. Gertrude Manuel if there are additional charges to enter Pico De Loro and she confirmed there are no charges. And then she sent the details of the additional charges and how to enter Pico De Loro the same day as the booking date. This seems to show that she had intended to mislead the guests who booked the rooms regarding guest fees. Moreover, one of the rooms is really disappointing. The facilities such as cabinets, dining table and chair are broken and utensils, pots and pans have rust. One of our group almost had an accident due to the broken chair that they tried to cover up with a cushion. The room is not worth P13,000 we paid and is very disappointing. We want to know how we can file a claim for all the inconvenience our group experienced.

We were not assisted by the caretaker, she just told us to go straight to our room bec it’s open, we had other concerns but she did not attend to it, the unit has busted lights making it darker, The bedsheets/comforters have too many stains and not sure if it’s clean, we did not see the value for our money, there was also 2 TV where 1 TV cannot be used because there was no cable channel (it cannonly be used if you brought a DVD), there was also no hot water in the showers (we have 2 kids who have coughs and cold and cold shower is not good for them, we brought them to the clubhouse tomtake a bath, imagine the hassle we had to go through bringing the kids stuff). I will send an email for a more detailed info. We want a refund for this.

Unless you want to pay $250 per night and get a dusty old apartment with appliances that barely work . - avoid this property ! The resort has nice amenities and it's cleanthe and well maintained.. beach is beautiful but it's really feels like a ripoff.. You pay entrance ($25 per person) and from that point on you pay for EVERYTHING.. even beach chairs! Overpriced water sports, overpriced restaurantes (low quality food too...) , and there are not many options it's a closed syndicated facility.
