hard to contact desk - since there's many pine cone the number in the agoda page is actually the other pine cone - how should i know? after checking my booking number is not there, then they transfer me to the other pine cone no clear direction on check in /out procedure. at a time she ask me to wait at reception, and the other time at exit gate - or sumthing like that other than that - its average

Not In Mid Valley”

Im looking for a hotel in Mid Valley.. and turn out tis hotel is not located in mid valley but near by mid valley.. we must get a grab or taxi to go to Mid Valley.. And the staff are very rude when i need an explanation about the location. THEY CAN JUST SAY SORRY.. They were asking for RM200 cash for deposit.. and of coz they will return in on the nxt day.. but i prefer to use my Credit Card.. but they dony have the CC facility... they should mentioned about this deposit in cash on the booking system.. not recommended for business traveler..

We had a great stay, the staff was friendly and easy to deal with. The place was very accessible. The place was magnificent and great for families. Would definitely choose the place again when we visit Malaysia in the future.

Pros: Value for money. Friendly staff. Spacious room more like an apartment. Awesome city views. Buffet had good selection and quality food. Cute restaurant, good room service menu. Mc D, Burger K, Pizza H and other eateries directly opposite. Hospital/clinic downstairs, convenience store down stairs. Cons: Pool was cold and cigarette butts and chips in pool. Very slow room service/maid service. Failure to greet at breakfast and no spoons! we had to ask for cereal and coffee spoons and barista coffee is super slow. Dirty towels time and time again, blood, brown stains. Dirty Linen. I don't think this hotel uses a laundry service they wash in house. Very small water bottles, we only got 4 per day even thought the room allowance was for 6. 1 tea bag, 1 sugar and 2 instant coffee satchels. no creamer or milk. No soaps or personal care products only liquid in a pump stuck on wall. overall good food, good property but service needs improve and TOWELS LINENS need to be bleached or Sanitised!

This property is a self catering one in a very good location, but you need to get grab car where ever you want to go, good facilities, had my own free car parking space, nice swimming pool, gym and they have a coffee bar, Japaneses restaurant and dessert cafe downstairs. Bedroom very comfortable. However management staff came over as a little too unfriendly, security staff good but too overbearing. Please note when you stay here bring a cash deposit of rm200 as they dont accept credit cards. also mentioned to staff about pool as there is no guide rails for young children and old age and i even slipped and misjudged steps going into pool which nearly caused me to have an accident. But over all nice place, excellent location.

I booked the 2 bedroom Deluxe. Lots of sunlight 👍, air circulation is great due to the large windows 👍, good wifi, plenty of channels on the cable TV, friendly & helpful owner (Ms.Alma), nice swimming pool. Adequate kitchen utensils, light cooking is feasible anytime. Bunk bed is especially a joy for my 9yo niece 😄 Bonus: there's a great ice cream place right next to the lobby (Inside Scoop). The place would've been perfect if there were two bathrooms instead of one. Also, the sink in the bathroom was a bit leaking.

Good place for a family, Good location!”

The appartment was clean and comfortable. The location was also good. However there were some essential items missing in the appartment. If such items were included (rice cooker, washing machine, toiletries etc) the appartment would have been perfect. (I woul also like to note that the management provided a way to wash the clothes, by a washer in the next appartment)

Everyone loves the apartment, very spacious, grab to midvalley cost around RM6-7 avg. provide 1 complientary carpark, provide enough towel & pillow for each of the guest.

Great quiet place , good place for a stopover sleep. Good swimming pool views , amazing gym.

Cleanliness should improve further. No blackout curtain. AC ok. No guide on using TV. Notice about the iflix on our second night only where we also departing the next day. Bed and pillow a bit soft to me. Bathroom lighting not enough. No where to place your clothes too inside bathroom. Swimming pool is great but no swim towel provided. There is gym room and playground at the same level. Parking is FOC. There are a cafe and a Japanese restaurant. Never tried the Japanese restaurant but had our brunch in the cafe when we departed. Food still acceptable. Location to the apartment can be confusing, we used waze or google map but still kept lossing the way.

We loved it... Only one downside was the cockroaches ... Little ones but I guess it can't be avoided due to the location... If the management can fumigate the place to reduce pests it would be great.

Value for money, but amenities not replenished”

The cleaners came the next day after we've checked in and cleaned the place as well as replaced towels. Unfortunately they only gave 1 clean towel after taking away 2 dirty ones. Following 5 days there was no cleaners, which was fine with us but the basic amenities ie toilet paper etc was running out. In any case, we've enjoyed the stay and the facilities (esp pool) were nice.

Staff is good and very helpful. She help me a lot cos my relative from China cannot understand english. But although she is a Indian girl, but she can speak good mandarin.
