We were delighted to find out that everything looks even better than in the photos. It's the full package, location, price, service, and infinity pool to view the best KL skyline. One of the best hotel experience during my travels. Noel was extremely kind and helpful during our 3 nights with Pine Cone. Will definitely visit again!

Top notch”

This suite was really great value for money. It is the residential side of "The Face" hotel and it is every bit just as deluxe~for a fraction of the price. I spoke with many of the "hotel" guests while soaking in the gorgeous views of the twin towers from the awesome pool and found that they were paying nearly double what I was paying. The only small negative is that the air conditioners in the room seemed to be working on their own accord. ~sometimes worked, sometimes did not. But...really....this is simply a 1st world problem.

Great price, could improve on service”

It was exactly like a room at the Face Suites (same building, same rooms). But it was hard to obtain the room key which I feel you should receive instructions from the provider at time of purchase. I did finally get in touch with Tim and he was very helpful. I recommend this over the Face Suites for the price any day.

The expensive view”

Totally worth it!!! The pool side with is fantastic facing klcc and kl tower!!! The room is the best is easily fit in 4 couples or family's! Totally recommended to stay and worth it!!!

Living without hexitation”

You can live here with a view of the klcc opposite from the pool.

Last year great this year poor ”

Great location stayed here last year under faces suits but this year under pinecone@platinum and room was very untidy lots of floor boards missing with a matt over top creating very uneven area water was turned off with out notification and cutting holes in roof in multiple spots was noisy as were the workers pool was closed during the day on our 1st day.

Wonderful place to stay but worst service”

The place is absolutely wonderful, but kind of disappointed service provided. It it very hard to request for to car park, additional 2nd Entrance key and pass will be charge for double up security deposit. Check in hour at 3pm while on 11 am their house cleaning staff will come to your room to collect the key and chase you out. I was shocked as i never been told to leave the room by the house cleaning staff in any hotel around the world. The housecleaning staff can simply speak to you telling if you want to check out late you have to pay. The heck!! Then the pool says it opens at 7 but we went there at 9 its still close. Perhaps i can consider my period of stay/time was too limited and the operator / staff is hard to negotiate.

We had a great stay during our staycation, the unit was clean, just toilet in the master bedroom the door was broken. and there is some "chinese sticker" there, it was suppose to remove because its not appropriate to other guest whom staying, but overall it as okay. ;)

Worth of price”

Nice and comfy place to stay.Location wise is good..The most interesting looks is when up to 51 floor where gym and pool is there..The view of K.L is wow.. You feel secure where concierge is there..Would recommend and will be back again.

Checking in is complicated ”

Have a hard time to check in as you need to call them. Than they bring you to 18 floor to check in and after checking out. They didn't told us that the parking is free if we enter using their card. So mean we have to pay, not helpful at all.

Staffs attitude problem! Bad services!”

Firstly, after we made the booking via Agoda, the staff Ai Nee contacted me via email for the special requirements confirmation yet the reply from her is stopped halfway and the conversation was not complete. On the day of check in, i was told to pay security deposit RM600 but unfortunately due to i was not being informed earlier, i have not much cash with me just around RM150 that time. I trying to bargain with the PIC Alex that my friend is OTW and he can make full payment upon his arrival. I was being rejected and he even replied me that even the access card itself is more expensive than what i have on hand. This is definitely offending me to the max. Furthermore he says that the deposit requirements is stated on Agoda website, too bad I couldn't find it and he says will come back to me with proof but he also failed it! Upon check out also late with bad attitude too. This is worse experience i ever had with Agoda booking. Hope Agoda will look into this problem and revert me. TQVM.

Have a very bad experience in this hotel room, dirty bathtub dirty bedsheets, I will not visit this hotel anymore.
