Spacious, clean and quality bed!”

We were really surprised to find with the high quality beds in Pinetree Marina! Most of the Service apartments comes with regular average beds that do not offer really comfortable sleep but the beds at Pinetree Marina are like those from 5-stars hotel! Really happy with our apartment - Clean, sleek, beautiful! The only complaints were a little stench that came from the sink cause I think it was quite clogged from previous usage and it was not draining well. The living room toilet had some stench as well which I believed could be related to the sewage system. Other than that, we were really satisifed and happy with the apartment. There's also a kid area including a library which is really nice, as well as a well equipped gym and a nice pool!

Super Huge Apartment!”

We r happy to stay at Pinetree Marina Resort as 1st of all we reached there at 1.30 pm and we they manage to get us the room early.Room was super spacious and clean!The staff are friendly & helpful as they helped us on booking a grab.10 mins walk to food cafe & 10 mins grab to Legoland.Overall is recommended!

An excellent short trip”

The service apartment is near Legoland and there are free shuttle buses to Legoland and a few other places. Apart from a grab-and-go food counter and restaurants from the neighbouring Fraser Place apartment, be prepared to walk at least 10 -15 minutes under the hot sun to the next nearest restaurant or supermarket. It takes 20 minutes by foot under the hot sun to get to a few other restaurants located at Puteri Harbour. It is quite out of the way and one of the Grab drivers tried to impose a surcharge on us. That said, Pinetree is an excellent facility with an awesome floor-to-ceiling seaview and all that you would need during the stay. It is exceptionally clean as it is a new apartment. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. We had a great holiday and my little ones are clamouring to stay there again in future!

Family w/ young childs must choose”

Super nearby the Hello kitty land where located overthere. Have a 24/7 catering at lobby. Can grab snacks n stuffs at hello kitty land side, hav supermarket, Japanese cuisine, cafe, nightlife Bar restaurant, Starbucks, pizza food, etc. Inside Pinetree, saluted on kids facilities as included outdoor slide, swimming pool n kids pool, a big library both for adults n kids, magazines, comics, story books, history records....very completely. However lobby without shoppers n blank is not too much good looking. 😅 Hope can have kiosks or more different kinds of restaurants can improve n upgraded the hotel famous.

Nice hotel ”

This is our 2nd time here as our children love this luxurious apartment. But this time we noticed that the apt has some wear and tear. The fuse to our 2nd bedroom kept tripping so the ceiling lights could not work. We have informed the front desk but no repairs were made. Luckily the aircond and bedside lamps still work. Then the aircond in the master bedroom leaks. I have informed this to front desk when we checked out, hoping they will do something to it as the water will damage the timber flooring. But overall we enjoyed our stay at Pinetree Marina Resort. Oh yes...the Danish pastries sold at the lobby are absolutely delicious.

Almost perfect”

Everything was beyond expectations. Almost feels like you can live there straightaway. Except for this MCO period, the swimming pool, gym and other facilities are not open which is quite upsetting since no notice given earlier prior to stay. However, you are allowed to use Fraserplace's swimming pool since it's next to Pinetree. Unfortunately, the pool was also closed for cleaning purposes during my stay (Monday). Breakfast rate is affordable however no buffet course. Overall, would definitely come again when MCO is over so that i could use all the facilities there 👍🏻

Highly recommend to family with children”

It’s been our second stay here. My children and I all love Pinetree a lot. The facilities is new and good; house size is big enough for family with 2-3 children. Their staff are all friendly. Beyond my expectations, during our 3-day stay, they do clean the room every day while most of the service apartments don’t bother to clean the room before guests check out. We will, for sure, come back here every time when we visit JB.

A bit disappointing caused by aircon leakage”

We are quite regular staying at Pinetree Marina. Usually, the stays were great. However, on February 2019, we booked 3 bedrooms for two nights, unfortunately, our first night was disappointing cos the aircon in the master bedroom was leaking. The water drips was terrible till part of the bed and the floor were flooded with the water drippings. The hotel admin shifted us to a new room on the next day. There was a hiccup in the new room too cos the floor surface of the master bedroom was not flat. the tiles were bloated which we need to be very careful walking in it to avoid stumbling. Definitely this experience interrupted our staycation cos we didn't get the chance to relax more as we need to pack and unpack again on the 2nd day.

Great place to unwind and relax... Do get a high floor and sea view room if you can so that you enjoy a breathtaking view of the Johor Straits and northern shores of Singapore... Lack of amenities and quiet location makes it somewhat inconvenient if you do not drive but otherwise as mentioned, the tranquility of the place make up for its shortcomings... As for staff, they are friendly, courteous and helpful... Facilities wise, I gave it a 3-star cause as many reviewers had earlier mentioned, the pool is really dirty. No doubt it is no fault of the hotel (dust carried by all the construction works taking place) but it definitely dampens the mood of guests when you have such a fantastic sea-facing pool but cannot use it. Hotel management should proactively work on coming up with a solution for this...

Exceptional and pleasant ”

The view from our room is astonishing and breathtaking! The room is really big, spacious and considered very clean. The beds are very comfortable too. We also did most of our laundry using the washing machine n dryer in the room. Except for some white stains on the sofa, limited channels on the TV, and LOTS of various sizes of fruit flies, we really liked the room very much. 😄 we also have no problem getting a Grabcar to our destination. The staffs were courteous. We did not get to use the facilities and nothing much around the hotel too. But we will definitely choose here again if we are going to Legoland, etc.

Strategic location nearby legoland and nice hotel”

Pinetree is just about 4-5 months in operation. The hotel is relatively new and everything is perfect so far. The location is good as its very nearby Legoland. So for those who wanna opt not to stay at legoland hotel can stay here.

Superb free upgrade to 2 exec deluxe apartment”

Booked for 1 bedroom apartment but got free upgrade to 2 exec deluxe apatment large apartment(around 1000sq feet).This opens to 2 bathrooms, 3 separate TVs(living,master & 2nd bedroom) with 2 queens and 1 single for my family of 4 pax. Very good customer service as per in my request of corner unit & partial seaview(can see a part of SG) frm room. This unit has own laundry room complete with washer-dryer machine and automated cloth hangers.Just need to improve on the rule of RM50 for kitchen utensils usage which I think is ridicoulous as another hotel apartment nearby giving all these for free as we stayed there for 1 night. It is a 8 minutes drive to Legoland as our main purpose to come here. Pool was spacious with wading pool for babies. Only hustle is parking lift shared with other twin hotel next door across 2 lobbies to enter room means no direct access frm indoor parking lot.

Very nice Svc Apts for guests with children. Pro: spacious, clean & well kept. Staff were friendly & efficient. Nice pool. Con: no dining facility within Pinetree, need to go next door to Frasier. My Mbr room is noisy due to the aircon compressor located just outside the window, can’t sleep well. Mbr Toilet was also emitting some odour. Having stayed Hotel Jen suite room (nearby), I would rate Pinetree’s Suite room more luxurious but without the full facilities (dining options & Mall nearby) Overall, my family had a very pleasant stay! Just a few minor teething issues which Pinetree can easily improve upon! I will surely choose them again if I am going to Puteri Harbour. :)

we stayed here for 1 night.. but we had a wonderful time.. the pool is nice and nice view of the marina.. eventhough there are construction of other hotels.. but its ok room is big and spacious.. we tried the sauna.. it was good.. everything is new and modern design.. i just love the super king bed.. so soft and cosy.. will come back again..

Very spacious and nice apartmeent with 3 bedroom ”

The location is near to Legoland - this can be one of the alternative options if you want to go to Legoland. Fully function kitchen, suitable for family with young children - I travelled with 16 months baby - and very comfortable - you can request the baby cot. Didn't try their breakfast as we can cook inside the apartement :)

New & Clean ”

Pros- Very new and clean, make up service is very clean. Washine machine and iron board come in good use, even provide washing powder. Kids club is a plus point and free shuttle bus to legoland too. Cons- internet speed can be improve..too slow to do office work Swimming pool is dirty thus we didnt use.

Lovely Family Apartment”

The place is spacious, beds are comfy after a long half day ride from home, channels are entertaining, the staff were welcoming and pleasing, a family travel to remember, really convenient as it is situated just 5-minute drive to the Legoland Malaysia. The only downside were the toilets come with an odd smell. All and all kudos to the property, will definitely come back if been given the chance!

I do love the hotels. It is clean and spacious. Great for family. Legoland were only nearby. Easy to find places like shopping centres and convenient shop.

A bit far from town but nice surrounding. Still new and well equipped resort. Will visit again . Good place to stay if you are visiting legoland
