Way better than a Hotel!”

So huge, clean, new and beautiful. I cannot find a fault. Pictures don't give justice to the place. It is better in real life. We were at the 30th level and overlooking Singapore. Mr. King contacted me thru Whatsapp and provided details of checking in as we have arrived Johor Bahru almost midnight. He made sure everything are covered before he left. My children enjoyed the pool and the play area a lot. Clean and not crowded. Safety is also topnotch. Very very easy to get Grab car for 6 pax going to Legoland, Sanrio Hello Kitty and KSL mall. We also didn't encounter any problems with our private transfer to and from Changi airport. Check out is straightforward. Mr. King assisted us from start to checking out. I will definitely choose Pinnacle Tower again if ever I will be back to Johor Bahru.

Spacious and cozy”

We've rented a few apartments in Malaysia for our short-stays and Pinnacle Tower Johor Bahru is definitely value-for-money and beautifully decorated unit. The unit has almost perfect amenities with comfortable dining area, living area, bedding sets, clean fluffy towels which smell good and complete crockery sets. Made us feel at home instantly. Improvement areas would be installing drinking water system, cable channels and a main clock. We would definitely recommend this place and come back to stay here again whenever we are in JB.

I've planned a short trip to Johor 3 days 2 nights with my family of 5 and I never regret staying at this place at a affordable and reasonable price with amenities that is beyond your expectations. The cleanliness of the apartment is top-notch! From kitchen to the rooms, everything is well maintained and clean. Staff responsiveness to my email a week before my trip is very friendly and timely and easy to communicate with. Apartment is nearby to many attractions and restaurants, popular stop by Banafee Restaurant is just at 3mins walk from the apartment and you can chill whilst enjoying your shisha with live music band... Overall my family and I enjoyed our short trip and all thanks to our friendly staff Kiing who had been a good host and providing us a warmth hospitality that we will look forward to comeby again in the near future...

Pinnacle Tower is now my go-to for short staycations with my elderly parents. Pinnacle is on the same road as Hotel New York and a very short 5-7 minute drive from JB customs. Location: Pelangi, Sentosa, KSL/Holiday Plaza and downtown are just 5-10 mins drive (assuming no heavy traffic), which means good shopping and makan options. The property has a nice pool and gym for those needing exercise during their staycation. The apartment is fairly spacious, with a comfortable sofa, a dining table and kitchen.

Been to jb few times , but this time my choice pinnacle towers, quick responds, update me few times. Nice place to stay, 24hrs minimart near by, few other eating place. Me & My Wife like to thanx the person i alias with before i check in & out.. Will come back here again surely..

Top View from the 37 floors to the South Side of JB. ”

I love this place to the MAX. It is a 120 square meters Plus apartment. You got three bad rooms and a large living room. This is the best location to stay in JB as it is close to CIQ for traveling to SG and close to the city center. Foods and small restaurants can be accessed very easily from the nearby shops. KSL shopping Mall and Komtar Jbcc are all close to the property with Grab service in between RMY 5 to 7. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The Swimming pool is amazing and huge and the playground is well shaded from the hot sun. It is recommended not to eat Thai food next to the property.

Met up with Mr.King and straight away went up to the apartment. Was hassle free. Everything was perfect. Location, accessible to nearby eateries. The most important thing was cleanliness. It was super clean, comfy and cosy. To those who are contemplating to choose which apartment to choose from, i suggest u this pinnacle apartment by Mr King. You wont regret. Trust me. Thx King. Overall the accommodation is absolutely convenient, with breath taking view of the city as well as neighbouring country. Nearby to most malls and restaurant and food stall. What saddened me is that utensils in the kitchen not sufficient. There's microwave but for heating food you cannot use normal plastic plate also at least kitchen should have saucepan and rice cooker for making soup or cooking rice especially for those who travel with children. Why have kitchen that allows us to cook but only got frying pan.... I've been traveling with my family most of the time so I'm more less can say that there's more room to improve. Will come back again soon and hope improvement been made. Thank you.

+ The apartment was spacious, spotless, clean and comfy for my family of 10. We stayed at a 3-bedroom apartment for 2 nights. Hassle free dealing with Mr Kiing (the host). My family spend our free time at the spacious infinity pool and gym was nearby. It wasn’t crowded during our stay and we had the pool and gym to ourselves. The apt location is about 10 mins drive to KSL mall, 15 mins drive to Paradigm Mall. Near to the apartment there is Banafee Village (3 minutes walk) where you can have your supper (nice Nasi Goreng kampong & Ramli Burger) and do some foot reflexology. Minimarts are easily accessible at Banafee Village. My family had an amazing stay and will definitely come back again next school holiday. - Things to improve : Wifi is poor in the bedrooms. Totally not connecting. If you are not depending on wifi then your stay is Okay.

Located near to JB City Center, owner is so nice, easy check in process, apartment facilities is superb, comfort bed, good water pressure What can improve ; Side table for rooms, only master bedroom have side table, no mirror inside room as sometimes it quite difficult to groom yourself, need to go inside the toilet

Excellent service rendered by agent Kiing. Room was great - good view of the city from the balcony. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was good but the length of the water tubes connecting the shower heads were abit too short.

Negative: Tv sound was not working. Sleeping quality: Good.

Our first time staying in an apartment. Usually, we will book hotel rooms. For a change, why not as we are travelling in group of 5. We were happy with our 3d2n stay. Check in and check out was smooth. Will come back again. Maybe, we would like to recommend to have a hair dryer and full view mirror install in 1 room. This is because we all depend on the mirrors in the toilet and everyone would share that mirror or taking turn to use it.
