I would give 5 stars for the space of the studio room. But, as for the hygiene of the bedsheet and pillow, it had stain on it. The owner should change the bedsheet and pillow into the new one. I though the owner will take action when guest already comment about this but no action taken. Also, the rubbish should be throw away right after the guest check out. I saw there are few bag of rubbish outside of the bathroom (balcony). Lucky me the rubbish did not smell. In term of space, I would give 5 stars but as for hygiene, no

Adequate for a short stay”
The room and stay was adequate. As expected. But the owner did not contact me prior to the booked date. I asked Agoda Helpdesk but they also did nothing. When i went to checkin we had to wait for the details and how to. Althought the security and conceirge are very helpful.

Pillow, blanket and towels need to change because looks to old and not clean. Provide more facilities like iron, brush teeth and soap. In the room, need to add a few decorations thing for looks more exclusive and interesting.

Not cleaned at all”
Feels like the room is not cleaned at all. The bedsheets are dirty with visible stains. The room is not well clean as well with dust visible on the table and desk. Feeling uncomfortable staying in the room. Will not recommend. It's ironic since the title they put is WeSanitise while in reality not only they do not sanitise, they didn't clean thoroughly as well.

One of the worst place I have stayed”
The room was clean but smell stuffy.Sink was dirty and bathroom dirty .Not equipped with proper blankets.Such a big room only with one air-cond which feels so warm.There is no ceiling fan as well.For malaysia weather u will feel like a roasted duck inside the room

Easy to check in. Location wise, very near to Paradigm Mall, easy to look for food even at night, there’s mamak, food truck, kfc and many shops nearby. Park at the street. Just remember to use apps to pay for MBPJ parking. Parking at no parking (no box) area, will kena kompaun when the officer go around checking in the morning. I kena ready. Found hair on the bedsheet when I checked in, so I wonder whether the cleaner changed the sheet or not. Other facilities are good. There are iron and iron board, electric kettle, hair dryer and TV. There’s another room in the same house. But toilet is in the room and both rooms have door lock (knob). The one living in another room did not make noise at night, so I was comfortable during my stay. For me, I will stay here for the location and easy to park.
