"The suite and the hotel share the same lobby. The hotel lobby staff is good. But the carpark and letterbox area is scary. From Genting to The Suite, the only way is very dark, no streetlights, dangerous to drive at night. The roads are narrow. The Suite is quite disappointed when we enter the unit. Different from the photos. "

"It was a great stay! Prior to my trip, the fun manager send me all sorts of information I would need via WhatsApp. He/she also check in with us if all was good when we managed to check-in. There's no check-in counter but it wasn't that difficult to find the keys, just follow the instructions will do. My bf and I had quite a bit of fun trying to figure out where the keys were at. Everything was great except I would have wished that the pillows weren't that soft and if there's a smart TV. There were quite alot of channels to watch but we only ended up alternating between two channels. Would be great if there's a smart TV which we can use to watch movies online. I love that the WiFi speed is super fast, hence with the smart TV, it would definitely add to the whole experience. Thumbs up for sky d mont! Slightly pricier than other hotels, but I will definitely consider going back for my next genting trip! "
