So easy to find this hotel whether arriving via train or bus. Hotel is within walking distance to the museum and castle. Many places to eat close by and shopping at your doorstep. Our room was clean with a nice size bathroom. It was good to have a hot shower after a day of sightseeing and after visiting Kamikochi. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Staff are friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect”
We can see the hotel when we leave the station so it is very close, but we don't hear any noise from outside so it is very great. All the staff were very nice. The room was just perfect, not too big, not too small and very clean. They let everything just as described (tea, coffee for the morning but also hairdryer, shampoo, hair conditionner, body wash etc.). I really recommend it!

Excellent location with beautiful view of the mountains at the reception and breakfast area ”
This hotel is directly opposite the train station where Starbucks is located. Excellent location with amenities like supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and bakeries nearby. You will enjoy a beautiful view of the Matsumoto city and the mountains at the breakfast area with coffe/tea making facilities. Will definitely come back to this hotel again in my next visit.

The location is very convenient”
The hotel is just opposite the Train Station. They even offer free coffee and drinks in the reception. This is a good base if doing the alpine route, you just need to take an additional train ride. The convenience will make up for the time. Restaurants, mall and convenience stores are all within reach. Highly recommended and definitely will come back given the chance.

Superb location ”
We took bus from Nagoya to Matsumoto, the hotel is just less than a min away from the terminal. And less than 3 mins away from the train station. Room is small, which is very typical japan hotel room size. Best restaurant view, Felt so good to start your day with a breakfast staring at the snow cap mountainssssss.

Prime Location, Superb Breakfast”
The bed was the only thing that we didn't like during our stay as it was too old that we can feel the spring inside the mattress. However, the hotel staff gave us an additional blanket to lay on the bed which fixed the problem somehow. For the rest of the things, it was perfect. We love how the train station is just across the street, the bus stop is in front of the hotel, the highway bus terminal is next to the place and there are a family mart and a cosmetic store on the first floor of the very same building. The breakfast was superb, wide selection and everything tastes good. The view from the dining room was also priceless. We will definitely stay here again.

Great value stay and friendly staff”
Nice clean but basic room which is all you need. Right next door to bus terminal and across the road from the station, the location is very convenient after a ~3hr bus ride to Matsumoto. Staff kindly allowed us to check in early when we arrived before the usual check in time and gave us a free room upgrade! The loung eon 10th floor has a lovely view of the mountain ranges, with the free beverage station (coffee from a machine and tea).

Great location, facilities but a bit small room”
The hotel location is just right opposite the JR station. The area is surrounded by shops and restaurants within very few minutes walking. The triple room is quite small that there is not enough space for opening 3 luggage at the same time. However, the room is comfortable and well-equipped. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel also provided the parking in the parking building which is separated from the hotel, about 2-3 minute walk (one-time parking).

We had the double bed room with a view of the mountains. The room had basic necessities with everything you need and the bed was acceptable. Recommend to head up to the top floor in the evening to admire an unblocked view of the mountains as the sun sets!

Hotel was centrally located and just directly opposite the Matsumoto station. There are restaurants around the hotel, and also a Family Mart just beneath it. Very convenient, and also close to car rental companies. Breakfast was sufficient and adequate. Room size is ok.

Staff service went above and beyond”
My little toddler was trying to adjust in his new environment and he was very cranky all the time. One of the lady staff members noticed that he wasn’t having the best day and she tried to cheer him up. I really felt the personal service. Thank you! Location is very good. We can see the property even from the train platform. Lovely Japanese bfreakfast buffet and helpful staff. Toilet & bath was tiny but it ks better thought of or planned than the ones I’ve had in Tokyo.
