Some rooms better than others”

Hopefully, you'll get a room with everything clean, working, and relatively pleasant aesthetically. This one was. It's the mobility accessible room, and it was in good condition. The bed was clean and comfortable, and there was a refrigerator and microwave. The TV was on the small side, but not unacceptable. There was only a sink mounted to the wall, and no counter for toiletries, but not a big deal. Overall, a fair value in this most profitable season for the hospitality industry in AZ.

For purpose worked but what a shady clientele. ”

Rooms are upgraded and spotless however check in was 3pm and at 5pm had to wait an hour for a room to be ready. Since I work in the industry, I get it but at 230 I had spoken to front desk and they knew we were in route from Chandler, one would think that would've been relayed to housekeeping manager or staff. Property is older but upgraded nicely. Other people who were staying there were questionable but we had no issues. We were there because of attending a concert at gila river arena which even though had to take city streets to get there, was only 20 minutes away. Decent place for price and I wish I was up in time for breakfast and maybe quick dip in the pool. Pool area and Jacuzzi on site as well and were sparkly clean and also updated. Liz at the front desk was great and our housekeeper both day of check in and morning of checking out were both very attention detailed and very nice.

better than the last stay”

The room I stayed in had a new floor, new paint, and what appeared to be a new shower stall. Even a modest investment in the rooms makes a huge difference, but some hotel owners are too cheap to realize that there are other choices even in the low price range, Improve or die.

Not a nice as the last”

Apparently, it just doesn't make fiscal sense to invest in a property in a distressed area, and this hotel is a symptom of that. Nestled in the increasingly decrepit Metrocenter ccomplex, this hotel caters to transients and the not-so-well-to-do. Unfortunately, they tear the place up. You'll get a clean bed, but don't expect much more.

Very low price, ok cleanliness but nothing works”

Cheap, cheap, cheap

The room was clean, but the carpet is stained, the arm-chair was falling apart, the shower drain was not draining at all, the sink has only cold water, the public hot-tub is inheated, the bed is so old and soft that you sink 8 inches (20 cm), etc. Cheap cheap, but don't expect much more than a bed and one shower.

Better room last time.”

I got a better room last time I was here. This one was disappointing. Blotchy paint, rough carpet, no tub plug, faulty switches, etc. If all you need is a clean bed, it's that, but this area is just bad. Make sure you lock your car. On the plus side, there's a few fast food choices and restaurants within walking distance.

Cons: Cigarette burns everywhere, carpet, floor and furniture stained, floors not vacuumed or swept. No trash can. No complimentary soap. Old CRT tv doesn’t work. Drug addicts and drug dealers all around the property despite the fact that they had a armed security guard. The room was absolutely disgusting. Pros: Shower had hot water DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Location of the hotel was kinda scary. The rooms themselves were clean, but run down. The doors didn’t seal properly so we could hear everything happening outside, including drunk people yelling at 3am. The outside lights lit up the room all night, even with the curtains closed.
