Amazing Hotel - Highly Recommended”

We stayed at the Prestige Hotel for 4 nights as our mini honeymoon before Christmas and I can only say what an amazing hotel it is with outstanding service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Service – before even getting to Budapest I’d emailed the Prestige concierge a number of times to ask about and book some activities (theatre, riverboat dinner cruise and spa tickets). Every time I emailed them, they were quick to respond and always happy to help, nothing was too much trouble. Then throughout our time with them, whenever we needed anything, the reception staff were on hand to sort it – amazing service all round. Location – the hotel is perfectly located just 2 mins walk from the Széchenyi Chain Bridge, on the Pest side, to allow for easy access to the various sights of Budapest, on both sides of the Danube. It is also only 5 mins walk away from St. Stephens Basilica in the heart of the restaurant and bar area. Thank you Prestige Hotel for making our stay so special.

Exceptional hotel in Budapest ”

Excellent stay which we self-booked prior to our Viking river cruise. The Prestige is a beautiful new hotel in a great city center location of Budapest. Reasonably priced, very friendly staff, comfortable and well appointed rooms made this a great start to our vacation. Upon check-in we were treated to an upgrade of an available suite.

Exceptional”

We had a wonderful stay at the Prestige Budapest. They took excellent car of us even before we arrived. Our flight arrived late night, the hotel arranged transport for us from the airport. The concierge provided us with gret reccomendations for bot sights and dining. The hotel resturant Coates Downtown has a Michelin Star and its easy to understand why the food was delicious and service excellent. I have a serious food allergy which they managed so well it allowed me to relax and enjoy a wonderful evening. We are frequent world travelers and wouldn't hesitate to reccomend the Prestige we will certaintly return in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Prestige Hotel very much. On check-in we got an upgrade without asking for one-which is always a plus. The place is beautifully decorated and pristine. Everything you need is thought of-including a special bag to take things to the gym and spa area! Breakfast was fresh and healthy. It is right in centre of Budapest so many of the sights and restaurants/ bars are walkable. all in all it was a good choice for a weekend trip!

Absolutely Perfect! ”

The staff here is friendly, helpful, and thoughtful. All of the staff that we encountered were well trained and very polished. The rooms were beautiful and spotless, as was the rest of the hotel. The extra little touches were very much appreciated as this was the final city of our very busy travels and we were becoming weary. The location was excellent. We walked everywhere. This hotel is not far from anything we wanted to see but down a side street that was very quiet. It is just around the corner from an area full of restaurants and cafes. My 18 and 22 year old daughters gave me a "gold star" for booking this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Budapest.

Very impressed and enjoyable stay”

We booked Prestige hotel for two nights as part of our honeymoon trip. We were very thankful hotel upgraded our room and arranged welcome present in our room. That's very good and impressive surprise. Hotel is definitely exceed its 4 star rating and the staff is professional. I love the pillow choice menu which a lot of hotels haven't had. Room is nicely decorated and clean. Very easy to get to everywhere, especially the riverside. Would definitely come again.

Great spot in Budapest”

We we're very happy with our choice of the Prestige Hotel in while in Budapest. It is located in a great location and allowed us to walk to all the recommended tourist locale's in the area. It exceeded our expectations.

Nice boutique hotel”

It's a nice boutique hotel and the best attribute is its location - just 5 minutes walking distance to the Chain Bridge., and also 5 minutes walking distance to the St. Stephen Church. There is a Michelin one star restaurant in the hotel, Costes Downtown. It serves the breakfast for the hotel guest but operating as an individual restaurant for dinner reservation. That's one of four Michelin restaurants in Budapest so you may want to try it when u travel to Budapest.

Wonderful Stay”

We had a Wonderful Stay and Prestige Hotel, Hotel staff are very welcoming and eager to help with anything (even wait for your driver on freezing cold), everything looks new and super clean, room service was on point, only downside is that the closest metro station is 10 minutes walk, other then that it's perfect.

Lovely hotel centrally located. ”

Modern hotel in centre of main areas of Budapest. 3min walk to river and hop on bus tours. Surrounded by lovely restraunts on streets either side. Hotel is quiet, modern and very spacious. Rooms come with large bed, mini bar, large bath / shower and tv though only one channel was in English. The hotel can organise transfers and are very accomadating. The hotel has it's own bar and restraunt but has a dress code. You are in a safe area and there are aĺways which has lots of tourist and police walking by.

A perfect vacation”

We have just completed a couple vacation in this amazing hotel. There are no words to describe the experience of service and the excellent standard of the hotel. Last minute surprise”

Upon our arrival in Budapest found ourselves in 40 degree heat and our Airbnb did not have AC. Got a last minute room at the Prestige and could not have been happier! Highly recommend.

A fantastic hotel for a trip to Budapest”

I have stayed at many hotels on business and pleasure over many years. In terms of value for money and the way the staff look after you, this hotel is number one. We had a five day break here and the staff really did treat us like Royalty from arrival to the day we left. The room we had was stunning because it was a special occasion we had been upgraded and met with a bottle of bubbly. Breakfast was great with a range of foods to suit all tastes. It is located in central Budapest and in walking distance of all the main attractions. You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Amazing professional service from every staff member we encountered. Outstanding customer service from a team who seemed to pre -empt any potential query/need we had. Friendly and very helpful staffs, worth for money ”

Before coming to Budapest, I have lots of email exchange with hotel staff asking about airport transfer, local trip , trip to Vienna info and restaurant reservation, and they always have prompt response to my email. The hotel location is good and only 2 mins walk to the chain bridge and major attractions.

Highly recommended ”

Although the hotel is rated as 4 star on Agoda, they deserve to get a 5 star. We feel like staying at a 5 star hotel. We are very happy with this hotel and would recommend the others to stay here. Hotel is 3 mins walk to the No.2 tram which is the one you will use the most for sightseeing in Budapest.

Brilliant hotel, great location, and really friendly staff. ”

Pros: Location was amazing, 1min walk to the river. The hotel was spotless, rooms were cleaned everyday, and staff would deliver weather forecasts and chocolates mid afternoon to keep you informed. The price per night was cheap as well. Con: The only con, the hotel doesn’t have a pool, but it has a hot tub, which was unfortunately out of service while we were there. Not a massive issue though as you’ve got natural spas all over the city. Great hotel overall and would happily go back

Wonderful Hotel”

Pure bliss, from the moment we walked into the lobby we knew this was good choice, the quietest most comfortable hotel room, the bed was sublime we slept peacefully each night. Spotlessly clean and a great location to walk and explore Budapest.

In the heart of Budapest city, high standard, proffesional service and very tasty food. We got upgrade because of my birthday, with champagne and chocolate. Dlicate room and kind personal. We will be back, for sure!

Nice hotel by the the river”

The staff at at Prestige were prompt. Reception assisted with the printing of tour vouchers and the concierge was always on hand to assist with the taxi arrangements. Hotel is also located amongst many restaurants.
