Value hotel with good staff and owner”

I had a business trip in town and was looking for accommodation nearest to AICC (Austin International Convention Center). Prince 33 Hotel is the best hotel with most strategic location, it took me only 1 minute to walk over to the convention center (it’s right opposite). Not to mention there are many eateries / restaurant shop-lots nearby too. Other than the location, the rooms provided are value for money too, I had a very spacious room for two and enjoy my stay with good room cleanliness. Another plus point is the first day when I arrived I was actually planning to pay my car parking (MPJ B) with downloaded app. Somehow the owner of Prince 33 hotel came out and offer us a free parking in front of the hotel with special pass. Truly gratitude and thanks to him, the owner of the hotel for being so thoughtful and go the extra mile to serve the hotel guest. If u are looking for value for money stay in Austin town, this is the hotel u looking for.

Honest cleaners, great staff!”

The stay was very pleasant. The service was superb as the staff was very accommodating and helpful. The staff went to extreme effort of looking for two flat pillows for us as I had problems sleeping. After checking out, my daughter discovered that she had lost her wallet. Shortly, we received a call from the hotel staff that they had found a wallet, and that we can collect from them anytime. We were so relieved. Thank you, everyone in Prince 33 Hotel!

Better than Expectation”

I stayed at another hotel in the same region before and did not have high expectation for Prince 33. To my surprise. This is much better than my expectation. The staff are nice and helpful. No trouble checking in. We asked for extra pillows and immediately they are able to accommodate.

Clean and Convenient”

Value for money, convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby. Less than 2km to Jusco Tebrau City.Do not expect too much like nice view for windows room as there is no much view even.with windows. Most importantly comfortable for a good night sleep . By the way this is my third time staying here. Will definitely recommend to friends and will come back again.

Super recommended”

Cosy room, Super nice hotel staff as I left my wallet in the room after I checked out, and realised it after two hours I left the hotel, was panic and thought it was impossible to get back my wallet , but still tried to call the customer service, fortunately the hotel staff told me they able to find my wallet and return it to me! Super thanks to the hotel staff as all my important id , my cash, credit card and atm card are in the wallet👍👍👍

Good for a 1 night stay in JB”

Right smack of all the Austin Height food and 5 min drive to AEON Tebrau. What you pay is what you get so I will say is fairly decent and good. Old Town just opposite for breakfast or late night supper.

50 meters away from water park”

This is the place to stay if you Austin Highs, also have many restaurants around here you can escape from the Halal madness of Johor. Staff is very polite, helpful and can speak many languages. Very happy with this booking

Strategic Location & Friendly Staffs”

This is probably my third or 4th visit to this hotel. Staff is very friendly and did reserve the room as per my request. Rooms are clean and water pressure for the bathroom is strong. Air-con is cold, Tv signal is good with fox movie channel. Walking distance to many eateries surrounding Mount Austin. Would definitely opt to return back to this hotel next time round.

Very satisfy with strong water pressure at 2nd floor which I can’t get the same at sg apartment high floor. Digi coverage in this hotel and this area is condolence... Floor is sticky after room cleaning. I guess is due to the floor cleansing liquid. Please work something out from here. Overall room cleanliness is still considered satisfied. If every room can have at least one hair dryer will be good. Overall, value for money.

pros - best location for food (opens till after midnight yay!) - safe area (even when late) - convenient (convenience stall right under) - fuss free check in & out - good showerhead water pressure - good price cons - room v small (King room fyi) - v basic amenities things to note/to improve upon - no extra pillows - hair dryers only upon request - short showerhead cord length makes showering a bit troublesome - no separate doors/curtains for shower area so the whole bathroom can get wet after shower - floor tiles rather slippery in shower area easier for slipping accidents ok for the fuss free traveller and a bed and plave comfortable enough for a couple nights ' stay. I will recommend for an easy stay! most importantly the location is excellent. can't stress how important it is for this area so u can eat and eat and eat within a stone's throw away!

Clean and safe”

This hotel is quite new,all furnitures and interior still in good condition and clean. This hotel also provide all neccessary toiletteries including tooth brush. High level security provided as only guest with security card can access the main door to the lift and hotel room. Location also good,near shops,restaurant etc.

Best in Mount Austin”

Super value for money. Near to play area for kids, numerous dining option, near to Tebrau mall, free parking and WiFi is good!

Surrounded by restaurants and tons of BBT shops”

Second visit to this hotel. Check-in & check-out was fast and easy. However, i make a remark to ensure not to provide me with a room facing the bar. Unfortunately they may have forgotten about it during check-in timing. Room was clean and neat. But when the night fall, the sound created from the pubs opposite, was quite horrible.. The sound lasted till 3+am, and i was too lazy to change the room as well. Hope they improve on the sound proofing for those unit facing the pubs.

Exceeded my expectations given how cheap this hotel is. Just don't get a room facing the pubs as it can get noisy and because I was given that advice from a friend, my sleep was uninterrupted as I chose a different room. Otherwise...all good! :)

Great hotel! ”

This is my second time to stay in this hotel. After first time I stayed, I never browse other hotel and only seek for this hotel.I like this hotel coz he security is good, stuffs are nice, cleanliness are good. Venue is quite convenience to me coz have a lot of shops which for meals, massages and etc. call grab or Uber also easy.

Room soundproof not good”

Location, staff, cleanliness overall good. Is recommended from my friend. But the floor tiles inside the room were too smooth? Oily? Footprints everywhere even we wore socks. Feel uncomfortable. The room soundproof really bad. Sound transfer between room. I booked KingSize bed room which a connected room to other room. The two nights of staying we were awake by a couple that stay beside our room they are talking and singing in the early morning. Maybe for those who plan to stay here can ask for a quiet room i guess. I will definitely stay again if they do have a better soundproof room :)

Clean room, good locays, smells like laundry”

The location is good, easily accessible to mt Austin shops. The rooms r clean and smells good. Was expecting it to smell of ciggs like most JB hotels but I'm pleasantly surprised it actually smells good and clean! Will stay again.

Excellent”

It was walking dist to the Austin Heights park!. parking was free outside the hotel. the room is huge with 2 double beds=, we sleep very comfortably with young kids 2Adults and 2 kids. The walkway is narrow and cramp but other wise ok. there is a lift to allow you to push luggage up. there is an oldtown coffeeshop next to the hotel. eating is v convenient.
