Extremely exceptional !”

When we booked the hotel, we thought it was pricey especially when judging the book by its cover. We were blown away by the genuine customer service provided by Khun Soi and the staff. They humbly impressed us since 1st minute we set feet in the hotel. Their hospitality and service mind were gold and exceptional. Our high praise went o Khun Soi, who incredibly displayed her extra mile mindset. She offered the service and advices that made every money spent here worth. We loved how the hotel preserved its history, charm and the Lanna architecture & feel instead of modernizing it.! We felt homie and comfy during our stay. The hotel was kept spotless, clean and tidy. We highly recommend this hotel. Everything here reflects the down-to-earth Nan and it’s pride. Thank you so much to all staff and Khun Soi for making our trip in Nan so remarkable and turning this passing town to a heaven on earth destination.

Always decent”

A classic hotel with an interesting background. Once an old hotel, renovated to today's comfort, but still keep the old style feeling which is perfect for Nan city. I always stay at this hotel every time I go to Nan. Staff are friendly and helpful. Good location. A little pricey but understandable as it is a quiet place. Breakfast is adequate; for the price it could have been better though.

Beautiful wooden hotel in the center of Nan”

We stayed three nights to do day trips around Nan province. The hotel is really beautiful and the bed comfortable. Breakfast choices are limited, but there are plenty of other places close to the hotel. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Fabulous Traditional Hotel”

This hotel is a wonderful place for any stay in nan. It is sparkling clean, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The service is excellent, helpful and very friendly. We will be a returning customer this next year.

Great location, but small rooms and high price”

Great location, nice traditional designs, good food, but small rooms and high price. Rest room is very tiny, esp the shower area; you can hardly move around. Service in the restaurant is very good, but at the front desk is so-so, not impressive at all compared to the price I paid. Receptionists didn't even come out to say good bye to me at my car which was parked right in front of the lobby when I checked out even my family and I stayed there for 4 nights, occupying 2 rooms. There are many other nice hotels in the city centre where you can pay much less! No need to pay more to stay at this hotel unless you are really fond of traditional designs!

Fabulous hotel”

We enjoyed a return visit to the hotel and the charming town and region of Nan. The staff at the hotel and the accommodations are amongst the best Thailand has to offer.

Awesome architecture hotel”

I stay here for 1 night and this hotel is amazing with unique Japanese architecture. Highly recommended in the city of Nan.

Nice Local Hotel in City Centre”

this is the most expensive hotel in nan at the moment. the service is very good and almost everyone speaks good english. the rooms are very small but comfortable. the air-condition works well and is quiet. the hotel is all built of teakwood and has a nice atmosphere. beds are western soft and the room amenities are of a good quality. the hotel staff are interested in their guests and do everything they can to help. this hotel only serves breakfast and no roomservice is available. we had a pleasant stay here.

Warm welcome”

Although the proper restroom in Nan was not easy to find, dropping by the hotel whenever you wish was a great benefit. Moreover, spare some times in the mini-library - lots of books and novel are waiting for you!

Modern Hotel in ncient and well renovated house”

15 years ago we had last been to Nan and to this hotel. What a change! It has been renovated throughout, keeping the lovely atmosphere of the old times. We had all we needed, the rooms were clean and well appointed. And we were well taken care off by the staff who recommended restaurants, spas etc. All together it was a delightful break and we will be back.

Very charming hotel with smiling service”

Being in Nan for a few day stay, this hotel was a real surprise. Totally made of wood, the building is exceptionnally well maintained and clean. The breakfast is generous , with a wonderful service Parking is easy , in front or in a large parking on the backyard.

Nice hotel with Thai Traditional decorations”

The location is perfect, city center but peaceful. The hotel itself has a traditional Thai decoration.

If you like to stay in wood house I will recommend this hotel. Feel Lanna style here. My room is small and compact but it has everything that I want. There has a lot of good books in library room. You can order a la carte breakfast from staff. Delicious one. The morning market just across the road! Borrow bicycle from hotel to explore this town is a good option too.

Very nice hotel in central Nan”

The rooms were nice, although the only ones offered were twin beds, do they have a shortage of double beds? It was a bit expensive for Nan, and considering everything, but not too out of line.

Good Hotel in Nan”

Everything was fine with this hotel but it was not as close to some temples as wished for and as it seemed on the local map. But, all was OK and it was good value for money and the staff were very helpful. Nan is a very nice place with many interesting temples. The people are generally lovely, being warm and kind (Thai country people - the best)

Perfect Location”

Right opposite the local market. Beautiful hotel with good breakfast. It is perfect hotel for the travellers who want to ride bicycle around the city.
