Amazing - Great Value - Awesome Staff”
Can't say anything negative about this gem of a place. The staff, the food and the accommodation were ideal for our 3 night getaway. There are two beautiful coral reefs just off the beach were you can see anything from turtles to small spotted sting rays to small black tip reef sharks. Thanks again for an amazing time Pulau Tiga Resort :)

Friendly and beautiful ”
This was a beautiful island we really enjoyed our time there. It was made even better by the friendly and accommodating staff. I'm a fan of the television series and would recommend you go here , they also offer trips to the sand spit ,

Awful managment”
Agoda messed up our booking and as a consequence we were refused boarding the boat, the Pulau Tiga Resort Manager told me "we are not allowed to enter the bay before paying". Ok so since when do I have to pay at a hotel before arriving at the actual site? We were treated as someone unable to pay, it was an awful experience and never will I stay there again. In addition the place has a serious problem with monkeys (Long-tailed Macaques) which are very aggressive - one entered our room for food whilst my son were inside. On the good side all staff are excellent.

Room condition is not good. Activities are a bit overpriced. But staff are nice and friendly. The sea view and natural environment are perfect

Staff were nice.
I will never go back to this resort unless they renovate the villas and significantly improve housekeeping. Facilities were in bad condition. Food is so-so.

only resort in the island - and it's good”
helpful staff, clean room, wifi available though not that good
the lead staff jenibell is very helpful, the guides also very friendly and helpful. the room is simple but clean. the mud pool is fun - no need to carry things there, just swim suit and camera. the guide will help to take care of your things when you are in the pool and when you are out of it with mud coated all over your body. should pay and snorkl in sand pit island - beautiful.

Average 'resort' ”
food, mud baths, helpful staff
My stay was fine, however, not worth. The accommodation is easily one star - this is a lodge not a resort. You can't lay on the beach as it is full of washed up rubbish and driftwood so the only purpose for going to this island is to do the volcano walks/nearby island tours/snorkelling if it isn't cloudy. The food was extremely good here, that was a definite positive and the mud baths were fun. But value for money is definitely lacking - they really should upgrade the rooms for the price you pay. Being a solo traveller, land transport was very difficult. Overall, I do not regret going and did enjoy my time but would not return as there are much nicer beaches to go to.

A nice 2 day stay”
Viewing wildlife, food, staff.
We really enjoyed our stay there. I wanted to see the sea snakes and other wild animals and we had that. The staff really did their best for us. The only down side was the wifi, which was very patchy.

A Must Stay!”
Beach. Night Hike. Sunset.
This is a fairly late review, however I need to put in my opinion on this place. I wont get into too much detail, but I am a seasoned traveler and this is probably the best (most unique) place I have EVER stayed. the beach is amazing. the water crystal clear. the staff very happy and cooperative. candle light dinner on the beach is a MUST! also, take a night hike to the other side of the island with a guide...once in a lifetime experience. enjoy!!!!

Great experience in Tiga Island Resort”
staff,The people who work there make you feel happy and confortable
It was great. We enjoyed all days, even when it was raining the whole morning. Many activities to do, many places to explorer. You can go alone or with some of the staff. It is a paradisiacal place, nice beaches, interesting jungle, perfect place for scuba diving, etc etc.

Natural island, interesting volcanic mud tour, relaxing hours on the island
The hotel staff helps a lot during our stays. He guided us to Volcanic Mud tour, and also accompanied with us to do snorkeling. We enjoyed all things there, walking through the woods, napping in the hammock, the sunset etc. I wish I could stay there for more days.

Close to a nice beach, with mud volcano to try
It takes a long speed boat transfer to the island, the food is good. The mud volcano is good for a try. Nice beach and good for swimming and snookling. Other than these, the island has no other to offer so just good to stay for one night or two.

near the sea, delicous food , nice staff
even it's far from the city, need take the car in 2 hours, than the boat at 20 min,but it's worth, near the sea to dive or kayak~ climbing the mountain and have volcano bath in the jungle. Delicious food, but the room's decoration is soso, but it's worth to stay there for whole one day

Very close to the beach, friendly staff, great food for this remote location even western food available.
We stayed for 3 nights and loved it. the bungalows are pretty basic, there is a air-con and van in the room. Even hot water to shower which i didn't expect on this island. the few hours snorkling trip was good even though snake island could be left out if you'd ask me.
