Relaxed comfortable stay”
At entrance we were warm welcomed by the doorman. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The whole check in procedure was done in minutes and off we went to our room. Serenity and the room was clean, bedding was good, the bathroom clean. Shower working very good. The amenities in the room were sufficient. Later we met with the front desk manager, a very warm and friendly lady/ I can't knock the hotel down for a little thing. Even now, during the covid pandemic the buffet breakfast was still in place, instead going on a cheap to serve table side. Highly recommended to stay at the Pullman when you are in Khon Kaen.

Always my favorite hotel in Khonkaen”
Only this time I don’t like the lobby bar staff (short blond hair one) , I only asked for a glass of water as I need to take pills . But she just asked me to go to drink in the buffet restaurant (but I just check in?!) I went there as bellman telling me to get water there, why it’s really hard to get a glass of water at the lobby bar which serve welcome drink? Luckily, another older lady helped me with this and still the short hair not really willing to help me. You can check CCTV if you want to know how it was. ....Thinking about it and it still makes me a little bit upset with this second stay here. However, I still like the hotel itself . Thanks for other staff such as reception team and housekeeping team they are friendly and nice as always.

My wife and me were back to Pullman Khon Kaen Raja Oechid in Khon Kaen for a 1 night stay. ,It was, as every time, a very nice and comfortable stay for our wdding day! The only sad thing is, that the Brewery and the very good restaurants still not already open due to Covid-19 :-) We will see each other again when everything is open again!!

This definitely a 5-star hotel IMHO. The staff were very attentive and seemed to understand English which was good for me. The room was appointed with the best stuff and was extremely clean and well maintained. It is within a stone's throw of a 7-11, bars and restaurants, and across the street from a shopping mall complex. I certainly make a return visit.

I couldn’t find any cons about this property. However, the quality of the western breakfast could be enhanced. Very well maintained and clean hotel in Khon Kaen. I’d certainly recommend this hotel to travellers seeking a nice place to relax and enjoy their holidays!

Always a pleasant stay at the Pullman. The staff are gracious and helpful. The property although getting a little long in the tooth is grandiose and well kept. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed.

Great refuge in challenging times”
Because of social shutdown of Khon Kaen, the Hotel Pullman was a great oasis. The staff was very welcoming and made me feel welcome. Yet, the hotel was very secure and safe in light of the Covid pandemic. I will go back everyone I am in KK.

Excellent In everything. The decor is the traditional wood and carpets, so if you like that you can’t do better in Khon Kaen than this hotel. Big, well-furnished, quiet rooms. Great lobby, with an excellent bar and cafe. Great restaurant with excellent food.. The best buffet breakfast in Khon Kaen. The only thing I would change is new carpets for the rooms - something modern and fresh looking. But this is still my favorite hotel in ALL of Isaan, and I know my Isaan hotels ( I’m looking at you, Centara Khon Kaen ) !
