Staying for 3 days and 3 nights. Stay at 5th floor and was told that entire floor water heating system is faulty. So, been only using cold water during my entire stay. 2 out of 4 lift undergone maintenance.

Water is not hot enough, shower is a nightmare. Sharing carpark and lifts with the shopping mall below the hotel, crowded and be ready to wait the lift for more than 10 mins

Two-night stay was arranged ; checked in on 2 Nov, checked out on 4 Nov. Room assigned was 524. The hotel is located just behind Hilton Kuching and within walking distance to riverbank where there are plenty of eateries & shops. Good location ! Dissatisfaction is about the housekeeping service. I left hotel room at 8am on 3 Nov. Was rather surprised that the room was not tidied up when I returned at 3pm. After informing front desk, 2 housekeeping staff came within 15 min. Noticed that they only changed pillow cases, tidied up the bed, replenished toiletries & towels. The whole process took less than 15 min. Used glasses were not cleaned or replaced. Rather strange experience in the male onsen/hot jacuzzi area. There is a signage indicating no nudity. Few guys wearing briefs and swimming trunks soaking in the hot jacuzzi. This doesn't make sense. Connecting mall building is undergoing renovation. Noisy in common area. But it would be convenient for patrons when renovation over

Good location but need improvement”
Hotel location is good, nice room but a few areas need improvement: 1) Staff Breakfast staff is grumpy, I had problem with the coffee machine n she blamed me for not using it correctly when the content overflowed, maybe put instructions there if I need to stop the milk n coffee manually? Or change the coffee machine to one that stops automatically when coffee is made? 2) Lifts 4 lifts but only 2 working ones for the 4 days we were there. On Sat many checked in after a wedding but only 2 working lifts causing long waiting time. Informed the reception but nothing was done except a sign put up. 5 star hotel n couldn't even improved on this? Many family with kids with strollers and only a few can occupy a lift at a time. 3) Hotel gym Nice spacious gym but facilities aren't well maintained. Machines have stain, weights are not put back after use and there are signs of wear and tear. Pity. So much potential for this place to be better, pls improve!

really not a good hotel for an international chain”
Rooms are rather big and the staff are friendly, however the bed and pillows are substandard and the finishing of the hotel is rather more like a 3 star. Also there are not enough plug points for charging. I brought a young baby along for my business trip and purposely booked a better hotel, however this is really not as good as my regular hotel in kuching. The facilities do not look well kept. Requested the front desk staff to assist to help store baby's milk in the freezer, and after three days of continuous storing, the milk wasnt even frozen at all. Complained that the room next door is smoking (bear in mind this is a non smoking floor/hotel) and I do not think anything was done as the smell of smoke was conitnuously present in my room. For the price, its better to go to another hotel in Kuching unless they improve

The frontdesk office was so rude, impolite and not so helpful. They didn't return my deposit because I used debit master card. If from the very first start using debit card will be more complicated why you still acepeted my card anyway? Why don't you just asked me some cash for deposit?
