Pullman Hotel - Value for money.”
Pullman Hotel staff were excellent and so friendly and polite. The rooms were fairly large, clean and comfortable. The wifi is a bit slow but okay. The dine-in options were all deliciously and well prepared but getting the food to your room may be a bit of a wait since the kitchen seem shorthanded during my stay as the hotel was almost fully booked and there were many dine-in requests. The reception staff, concierge & door men were all nice and friendly. The swimming pool, restaurants and gym all are clean and well-kept. I recommend staying here as it is at the heart of the Kuching Town Centre and the Waterfront, Old Courthouse, Main Bazaar, Hills Shopping Mall (adjoint to Pullman), Plaza Merdeka and many eateries are within walking distant ( anywhere between 15 min to 40 mins walk).

Restaurant team and Frontdesk team not communicating”
I've requested for breakfast for 2 pax. 1st day no issue at restaurant. 2nd day, I've been stop to enter restaurant for breakfast coz data at Restaurant only mentioned 1 pax. I've requested restaurant team to check with frontdesk on this confusion, but i'm the one that been requested by Restaurant to check with Frontdesk. this is purely not professional by the Restaurant personnel and I really disappointed as if i'm the one working at Pullman. This must be stop and the Restaurant personnel need to be given consequence management due to her poor service.

I would like to sincerely apologies for falling short on our services by our Reception team and F&B team. I will definitely bring up this matter urgently to our Front Office Manager and F&B Manager, so that he would be able to address this issue to our Front Office Welcomers and Waiter,Waitress. It is important for them to be more courteous, friendly and helpful towards our guests, and sadly we fell short on that. Wonder why is it quite difficult to open and close the door firmly. It needs a double check, and hard push and hard pull is required. Perhaps only for the room I stayed.
