Great location and Great Resort”

Located inbetween two sections of a national park, with direct access to the beach, the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naithon Beach Resort is a gem on Phuket's least developed beach. Very close to the airport (10 minutes!) but totally secluded and surrounded by nature, the resort sits next to one of the least populated beaches on Phuket. There were two bars, two open restaurants: Vero (Italian, night only) and Elements (all-day dining and breakfast and dinner buffet). Vero was delicious with spectacular ocean views. The room we had was great with subdued and tasteful decor, large bath tub, large walk-in shower, and a nicely stocked mini bar. The gym had an ocen view, as did both of the pools; the gym also offered daily classes. There was even a kids club with scheduled activities. The Spa was great - nice therapists and a great selection of treatments. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone that wants a low-key, relaxing vacation with easy beach access and a luxury feel.

Awesome resort, loved every bit!”

We loved every bit of our stay. We stayed in a Deluxe room which was spacious and very private. Always love the rain-style shower heads. We had our own balcony where we could enjoy a view of nearby Naithon beach and the sounds of the waves. Everything was very well thought of, like having power plugs on both sides of the bed, and a beach bag ready-stocked with two thick beach towels. Our only gripe was some issues encountered with the TV signal while watching HBO. The resort itself is HUGE, but immaculately maintained and spotless. Loved the design of the open-air lobby. There are two pools - one next to the fitness centre, high up on the hill and with a jacuzzi; but we preferred the main pool which had a great view of Naithon beach and perfect for watching the sun set over the blue Andaman sea. Naithon beach itself was highly enjoyable, with crystal clear water and "squeaky" sand. Definitely try the fresh coconuts sold on the roadside, and a thai massage from one of the many offerings just across the road from the beach - we highly enjoyed the one attached to the Phuket Naithon Resort. The service from hotel staff was exceptional. At one point, we were caught in a heavy storm, and as soon as we reached the resort, someone immediately came with toasty warm towels for us. The food offerings from the two restaurants were very solid, but the feature-point is the amazing selection of food at the breakfast buffet - simply amazing. We will definitely come back to the Pullman.

The best experience in Phuket”

We came in from another resort which was so so. Nothing special. Then for our final 2 nights we stayed at Pullman Arcadia Naithon. We wished it could have been longer! The staff are friendly. The place is beautiful. Our room came with an Ocean View and it was a splendid scene. Relaxing with the sound of the waves hitting the shore makes the room a bargain. You'd forget all the problems at home. Our room was huge and very very comfortable. Our large bed could fit in 4 people so my wife and i weren't complaining. The gym is accesible 24/7 and since im an early riser, i had the whole place to myself at 5am (regardless of the fact that we stayed during the low season). The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. We had our breakfast sitting outdoor facing the sea (again). It was a beautiful sight. Before sunset we would take a stroll by the beach which was less crowded vs Patong and then took a dip at the resort pool afterwards. We plan to return here again next year. The best!

Pullman Phuket Arcadia is a beautiful resort overlooking Naithon Beach in Phuket. From the moment we were greeted at the airport until we were dropped off at the airport the service was superb. Water and cold towels in the car, nice touch.Lovely for people who love to chill & get away from the buzzing city life.

Superb views in a modern stylish location”

The Pullman Arcadia NaiThon Beach Resort is without question the most superior accomodation at NaiThon. The proximity to the airport makes it an ideal place to spend a few days at the end of your holiday, without having a long journey from the more popular southern end of Phuket.

Beautiful hotel wif a great view + excellent staff”

I had a wonderful stay in Pullman Phuket Arcadia. The room was clean and spacious, the buffet breakfast had a good spread, the ocean view was incredible and the team of service staff was one of the best I have ever met. The kids club was great and my son truly enjoyed himself with the games and made friends with the staff. However, there were a few minor things that could be improved. Firstly, the bath tub had a drainage issue and I had to call the engineering team to repair. Normally, such issues are not uncommon but I understand that the hotel is relatively new (just soft launched) hence I was quite surprised that some things are already falling apart. Secondly, the housekeeping dept did not replace the mini bar with the usual daily coffee and tea. Lastly, the water in the swimming pool was not very clean. Maybe it was because it rained quite frequently during that period that I was there, but it was a little disappointing. Nevertheless, the positive aspects greatly outweighs the negative ones and I have to say that the hotel is one of the best resorts I have ever stayed before.

Privacy low density with wide space ”

location just 5 mins walk away Naithon Beach, Naithon Beach surprise a more quiet compare to main stream beach in phuket but less commercialised that really chill us up. we love this beach. facilities wide is more than enough to us to spend few days over. the variety choices for buffet breakfast with delicious foods never bore us as two breakfast we can have totally different menu on the table. definitely strongly recommended resort beach style hotel for those prefer a little bit more privacy. provided the guests no mind to pay more to happening place like patong (as some distance to the town). Anyway for us we prefer slight out of town and enjoy our own self than tourist crowded places.

Refreshing and Relaxing”

Our stay here was excellent! The resort is huge. It can be hilly for some people, especially the older crowds but they have buggy to bring you around. The resort is fully-equipped with fitness centers and swimming pools. It is also kids-friendly as they provide a children playground (a huge one that is). We tried thai food at the restaurant and they are really excellent at affordable price. The best part is it is located at Naithon beach, which to us, is the clearest and quietest beach in Phuket and the beach is the a stairs down the resort where you can do a quick snorkel. Rating: 9/10

Great weekend at Pullman Phuket”

It was a great start to our trip to Thailand. We wanted somewhere close to the airport, which is why we chose Naithon Beach. Travelling without our kids for the first time, we wanted it to be special. It really was. From the initial greeting to the morning of our departure, we couldn't fault the service or standards of the hotel. It was very good value for money, and definitely a cut above other hotels we have stayed in that are in the same price range. The lobby area and general ambiance of the resort are fittingly described as 5-star. One recommendation I would suggest is that for a hotel of this standard, that close to the airport, I would expect a pick-up service for guests. Even if it was some kind of limousine bus to coincide with flight arrivals, it would make the first time guests' arrival just that little bit more reassured, ie., not to have to deal with currency exchange and deciding on taxi options after disembarking from a long flight in the evening. Otherwise, we couldn't fault the stay we had there, and will be booking there for our final few days when we leave Thailand next week.

Lovely staff and beutifull beach”

The most beautifull pullman ever stay before. 15 min drive to phuket airport and 3 min walks to naithon beach. Naithon beach is peacefull and clean compare to patong beach due to less people hang over and no water sport activity. Hotel room is big and clean. Quite relax to stay in the hotel and enjoy the facilities

Exceptional views and clean beach”

This resort is very suitable for those who don't mind to be afar from the city, or to unwind during the weekends. The staffs are very helpful, friendly from reception to the buggy controller (Tong and Tim). Kudos for the xtra mile- sending us to go to nearest restaurant and offer to pick us up back to the hotel. Thumbs up! The room is generally clean, the facilities are amazing here, breakfast is great, not as busy as some other hotels near Patong beach. Naithon beach is super clean- the shores are not exactly really clean but there are areas where you can be comfortable. Water is still very clear and Naithon beach is not crowded so you still have some privacy! Definitely coming back- They made you feel like home away from home.

Truly five-star hotel”

Overall, we were very satisfied with the services we received from the hotel. The hospitality of the staff was outstanding. They were always attentive and helpful, and treated us with respect and care. The room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel environment was serene with a good ocean view. The Naithon beach is just a few minute walk. The beach was very quiet on that day due to the virus pandemic so we did enjoy it as if it was our private beach. The hotel is a bit far from the city center and other beaches. If you have your own transportation, this is a good accommodation choice for a nice vacation in Phuket.

This is the 2nd time we stayed in Pullman Arcadia Phuket. Stunning sea view from the room, still no regret to choose this Orel for staying.owesome food serving in hotel restaurant.we had tried both of the Thai cuisine n Italian cuisine restaurant. the best eperience we ever had”

We're celebrating our first year anniversary as a couple and we can say that Pullman gave us the best celebration. Me and my partner travels a lot around the globe and I may say so far this is the best experience we ever had. To summarize my review I'll categorize the details: room: elegant, spacious, beautiful scenery food: breakfast buffet was the best spread we ever had; the foods are absolutely stunning; they even have the almost 24 hour kitchen in which you can order during the late night staff: they are very well accommodating specially the manager, TIPPY. She well entertained us even before we got there, every inquiry we had she promptly answers. location: 15 mins away from airport which is an advantage, walk 5 mins and you will be by the beach transportation: they offer transport to city and other parts of Phuket pool: very stunning and you will have the greatest view you'll ever had value for money: all services are within reasonable price Tippy even prepared surprise decorations in our room, bouquet of flowers in our dinner date and even milk bath! it is simply amazing. I'm surely will be coming back again and will 100%recommend it to my friends.

Top quality”

The hotel is new and really amazing due to its unique location in the national park, with direct access to the beach. The Naithon Beach is one of the best on the island, not overdeveloped, with its unique atmosphere and charm. The hotel area is very secluded and surrounded by nature, overlooking the beautiful bay. We liked the Vero restaurant for its delicious food and spectacular ocean view. The room was tastefully decorated and very modern. I hope it's not our last stay in this luxurious hotel. Highly recommended. Absolutely worth the price.

Amazing Resort | Superb Location | Great Staff”

Without doubt the best beach and the best resort we have seen in last few years. The beach is slightly rocky, but has awesome waves at the shore. It is a short walk down the resort. There are small shacks and shops at the beach. The room and the view from the rooms is beyond expectation. Very modern and comfortable. Breakfast was wide spread with good variety for all tastes. Staff was very prompt and helpful. Next time we go to Phuket, it has to be Pullman without a second thought!!!

Real Paradise for Couple”

I don't use to write often a review but this time I wanted to share with you our experience regarding our stay in this facility where I booked initially 2 days to stay but decided to extend to one week despite some negatives aspects described below: Let me start with the positive points: Wonderful hotel, wonderful view, extremely quiet, Incredibly clean, you feel yourself out of the world, the only sound you hear is the wave of the ocean, the sound of water falls everywhere around the hotel and the birds signing.. If you are in honeymoon or in romantic escape then it's the place where you need to be. Check-in is fast, welcome is warm, staff is friendly like everywhere in Thailand. Room are big, well equipped, decoration is ZEN_attitude style which is matching the spirit of the hotel. Mattress are new and comfortable, Nespresso machine with enough complimentary water. Rooms are spread around the facility and not in one building where you will cross all customers in corridors or elevators like in most of hotels or resorts, you feel yourself in pedestrian village within a tropical green and flowers. Most beautiful pool view in Phuket, fantastic Gym facility overlooking the bay… The breakfast is great with all kind of food, fruits and drinks are fresh, it is a lunch itself… We went to many places in Phuket but nothing could equal this Hotel in term of location, environment and services. Negative points: Fare from everywhere which is normal if we are looking for a quiet place. The most inconvenient point is the food, actually they have very limited choice of restaurants, only 2, one is open all day and second (the Italian restaurant) open only at lunch and dinner time and last order at 10h30 so if you are in the city and arrive late then the only choice is to have room service!!! If you stay more than 2 days then the food becomes a challenge as you will be almost eating same thing every day.. For the bar, it's really disappointing as they close at 11pm, incredible when

Ideal for a Peaceful Getaway”

My wife and I were at booked the Pullman Phuket Arcadia Naiton Beach Resort for a short vacation, where the plan was to do little beyond relaxing and enjoying the tranquil atmosphere. With it's good food and facilities, and friendly service staff, it proved to be the ideal hotel. Despite the fact that our room was in a building near the top of the hill, it only took a phone call and few minutes before someone drove over with a buggy to pick us up and transport us to the main lobby, pool, restaurant, car park etc.

Big sprawling hotel with areas to improve on”

Naithon is has a really nice beach but the place is dead in low season. The Pullman however seemed incredibly busy. The location, beach view and pools are really nice and has a good gym and loads of restaurant choices. But the place felt a bit over run at times. Especially at check-in which seemed to take an age as those checking in and checking in caused big queues. And there's a lot of kids at the main pool which we weren't expecting. Overall nice hotel for a couple of days, especially as so close to airport.
