Worst Service, Rude Manager/Staff.”

My parents visited the hotel recently. And we have been to this hotel many times. There was never an issue until now. But this time the service has been real PATHETIC. The MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE and failed to comply/provide us with the proper services such as broken kettle, denied providingcomplimentary welcome drinks but it was specified on the booking recipt, no provision for complimentary tea/coffee. Bad service. Moreover, he also rejected them to provide us with complimentary taxi service to Sai Mandir. My parents found it very inconvenient in mid of rains. They were very dissatisfied with the service and due to manager/staff's unpleasant/disgraceful behaviour. For the first time, they faced alot of inconvenience at the hotel. We don't know what the issue must be with the management but will definitely would never want to come back at this hotel.

Pathetic service ”

The service of pushakar is very poor. Even their house keeping staff is not maintained the room properly. They have not keep the basic things in room and after calling number of time ,they were not able full fill the basic requirements. TV was also not recharged. Overall there is lack of mismanagement

There were few issues that we faced including delayed check in and missing basic toiletries from rooms but overall stay was okay. The breakfast was really good.

Bitter experience ”

We have a very bitter experience  We thought of enjoying this trip devotional and fun with the family by staying at @ Pushpak resorts. The main reason for choosing it is the swimming pool. Pros:In my opinion, the ambiance outside of the resort is beautiful with a lot of greenery and an excellent location  Cons: 1 ) Swimming Pool: we have access to a swimming pool, but the water is not clean, not done chlorination ( no chlorinated water)2) Washrooms:  a) Both bathrooms flushing is not 100%,  you need to flush it with a bucket of water b) wash basin:  very low pressure/flow of water c) Shower:  very bad design/location:  unable to control the Hot water d) no proper door mats3)  TV not working and finally,  when you enter the room after opening the door you need to switch it on by climbing the table and switching on the MCP same way, switch off MCB before you leave the room. complementary water for only one day, 2nd day they have denied 

Think before you book”

We had to change 3 rooms and it was no change Ac not working Exhaust not working in the washroom Shower not working in the washroom Tea kettle was repeatedly asked and given after 2 hours Was of no use booking superior room and getting such inferior service. Staff was cooperative but issue was not resolved

Pathetic experience ”

No tea sachet provided that's one of the basic amenities. Fridge not working. No cleanliness Staff not supportive No room service available washroom leakage

Very poor facility and unhygienic rooms , bedsheets, washroom

Should shut down the resort. Waste of money. No cleanliness was there. Even the AC were not working

Location is very good”

The resort has swimming pool. Cleaning is not upto expectation. The bedsheets are not very clean. Swimming pool maintenance is below average.

Not a hotel a stay, i would suggest Agoda to remove this hotel from listings.”

Hotel doesn't have basic things working like A/c, bathroom condition is worst, keeping customers waiting in lobby just like that without any reason, inter-com not working, overall I would say experience is pathetic, I would also recommend "Agoda" to think through once whether such hotels has to be listed.

Old hotel”

If deep discount like 1700 or less per night is there go for it on agoda.com . swimming Pool is cloudy. Bedsheets are old. Light fixtures are gone. Paint not good. Ac cooled ok. Old hotel not being maintained well due to covid losses. Food ok . Used to be good hotel with big rooms but not maintained well now. Not worth for 3000 per night.

Charge you extra”

They Charge extra, bedsheet and blanket absolutely dirty and insects in the room

Pathetic services ”

Worst room services a/c are not working, water bottles are not provided after so many reminders , room was not ready at the time of check in after 1.5 hour as well.
