Horrified by traffic jam”

The room I stay was very small, no room service was provided throughout my 4 nights stay (do I have to request?). No even tiny table for me to do my work--I work on the bed eventually. However, the worst was the traffic jam at the bottle neck from Cyberjaya / Putrajaya to Seri Kembangan after office hours (5:00 pm to 7:30pm). I chose this hotel because I thought it would be convenient for me to access Cyberjaya. It was in the morning (thanks to the hardworking traffic police), but not on my return trips.

Nice”

Friendly staff, cleanliness, room space everything is okay. One thing I need to highlight. Location not suitable for single lady traveler especially at night time. I had been harassed by 1 local guy when i walk around to search for my dinner. Bad experience but I know it's not hotel fault.

Value for money”

The hotel is NOT located in Putrajaya but about 15km away. Checked in on wednesday evening and there was a pasar malam in the area making access to the hotel a bit difficult. Reception was friendly and helpful. Took the double room and cleanliness was satisfactory. Liked that the reception, staircase & room is brightly lit. Bottled water is provided in the room. Hairdryer provided in the room. Room size is small. Bed comfortable. Aircond was very loud. Rooms are not sound proof. Can hear neighbour showering in the next room, children outside. AEON is nearby but not easily accessible by foot. Have to cross the highway to get there. A few restaurants within walking distance. Mydin just next door. Access key card to enter hotel & room.

Fast internet”

Location is 15-20 minutes from putrajaya / cyberjaya. Hotel near to Jusco (walk distance) . Room price is acceptable . Hotel is going for renovation. Staff spray air freshener before I enter the room. What I like most is the internet speed since I need to do my job and require faster internet. Room size small, not enough space for jemaah prayer.

Great location but small room”

for the price i paid i will not complaint much about the room etc. if any, i wish there are hot water at the shower. i suspect that it actually provided, but the centralized system was not able to supply it effectively to the room. i was at the 3rd floor. wifi was great

always serve us with a smile”

Location is good, Jaya Jusco (supermarket) is just opposite of the hotel. Chinese hawker food and cafe just nearby. Hotel is still really new, and it's clean. Service is quite good, as they are really friendly. If you're looking for a budget hotel, this is a good choice.

Comfortable room with cheap price.”

The room is small with comfortable and clean queen-sized bed. We only have one small bedside table which is very far from our bed. The bathroom is clean. But no lift is provided with the storey budget hotel. We have to use stairs to reach our room. We're overall satisfied with the room that we paid.

Comfortable and worth the money ”

It was near to te place where I had a workshop. The bed size is very reasonable, enables good night sleep. The bathroom was amazing, very comfortable size, and is not haring between rooms. The hotel is also located near major cities, is very convenient.

Cleanliness and functionality of all the hotel facilities are still the same conditions as in the previous stays..it shows the seriousness of the hotel management in keeping up their quality of services

You get what you pay for - budget”

one of the receptionists was awful!! she was really lazy (didn't want to help me find a taxi) and didn't know (supposedly) how to get ppl to her hotel (she told my taxi to find the location himself).... I spent 30mins extra looking for the hotel because of that comment. the other ones were really nice. just the skinny one with dyed/bleached hair had a really really bad attitude. even gave me a lot of attitude because I came in late one night. that girl, nearly ruined my whole experience with the hotel. if the management is smart, they should really consider letting her go.

The place for one night is completely satisfying at a budget price. Definitely a place to stay next time :)

Very Accesible Place , You Pay For What You Get”

The price is justify it. Not that clean but it's fine for me , the place is old , but for the price I'm paying for a night stay I can't ask for more , surprisingly internet is blazing fast around 50mbps ! Surrounded by Speedmart , and beside a MyDin convinient store is great for me to catch snacks . Parking is by the roadside . Opposite a AEON mall and Starbucks . Overall I'm satisfied .

Simple and Clean”

this hotel is newly built, thus it is cleaner. my mydin, a well-known convenient shop in m'sia is located just besides of this hotel, hence, all sort of daily necessity can be grabbed easily at a very low price. not just that, jusco supermarket, restaurant "da chong", papa rich, boston cafe, kfc, etc. are just not more than 1 km from this hotel which make food, drinks, entertainment, shopping, night life not a worry at all.

this hotel is not located in putrajaya. it is located in seri kembangan about 25 minutes' drive from putrajaya. the rooms are very small. no place to put a big luggage. no cupboard available. water heater not functioning. breakfast not provided. there is an aeon shopping mall within walking distance.

Good budget hotel”

Room clean, breakfast quite nice and delicious, rates affordable and location not far from Putra Jaya City

Smell cigarette smoke when no smoke exists”

Overall is great, but there were smell cigarette smoke when non smoking hotel. Is TERRIBLE ever experience i ever had with the smell.
