Stayed for 6 days, love it everyday”
The whole PVL Suite Building is small but it's very pretty. Reception is always clean, everybody is nice as well. When we go out early on mornings, they initiate and ask if we would like to have room clean up, which is nice. There is 7-11 just at the side and a 24hr restaurant. It's also very close to everything else (e.g airport, bus terminals, harold's dive center, rizal blvd). As for the room, everything works. TV has an array of channels. Aircon lets the room cool fast. Changing to hot water is fast as well. Overall, we ready enjoyed and loved our stay here <3

We had a GREAT time in PVL Suites”
The hotel is easy to locate, near the ports and lots of establishments/stores around the area, there is a 7/11 beside the entrance of the hotel. The hotel is new meaning everything is clean, smells clean, ambiance is amazing, employees are very accommodating, rooms are big as well. We arrive in the hotel early and they allow us to do early check-in (as long as the room is already available), you just have to settle 1k for the security deposit that you can claim upon check-out. Over all experience with PVL Suites was amazing, will definitely come back and recommend this place.

The room was quite new, clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and responsive. Check-in and out was fast and easy. The locatio was ok though the tricycle drivers are not very familiar woth the area unless uou say it's near Silliman Medical Center. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. I will highly recommend it.

My stay at PVL Suites was super pleasant and it is definitely a gem to find in Dumaguete. Right from check in when I was welcomed by the lovely aromatherapy scent at the lobby to the warm and friendly hotel staff, the beautifully furnished room and the hotel’s ideal location next to a 7-11 store, pharmacies, cafe and restaurants made my 2 nights stay wonderful and memorable.

Clean and spacious room. Location is very conducive to travellers who want to tour the city and check out new places to visit. The only constructive comment that I could give is for PVL Suites' management to train or remind their staff (receptionists) to be more friendly, warm and accomodating. Out of common courtesy, they don't even bother greeting their guests with a simple "Hello" or "Good morning", etc. Other than that, we still had a good stay.

great hotel. very clean and modern room. the 711 downstairs is very handy because you can buy your coffee and snacks for bfast there. only down side is the area is noisy but still worth the stay.
