Comfortable and nice spa”
Location not easy to find, if road trip maybe better. The river view is so great and you can buy some Souvenir inside. What’s more you can enjoy TATAMI here and Japanese pajamas has provided. You can find spa in hotel, I love it so much. But I suggest you can prepare some snacks or food before check in, it’s so hard to find other restaurants at that area. Nice hotel, nice experience.

Comfortable country experience ”
I loved their herb hot tub, which I took early in the morning. It was the best way to start a day. There were paper making and weaving classes although I didn't have time to participate. (I wish I could have.) It was about a 40-minute car ride from the central part of the city. Not too far, yet I got to experience country side of the area. The hotel is right along the most beautiful river of Japan - Niyodo River. I heard that its water quality is number one in Japan. I got to take a morning walk on the river bank. The hotel is beautiful, a good balance of traditional Japanese architecture mixed with some modern style. It was well designed. To the hotel rooms, there is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage. That would be the only thing that may give you a bit hard time if you had a heavy suitcase. Otherwise, the hotel rooms were clean and spacious. I loved their futon bed mattress. It was the most comfortable bed I've slept in Japan. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Hideaway with a French twist ”
Das zum Hotel gehörende Restaurant und sein Chef waren eine kulinarische Überraschung und ein absolutes Highlight. Genießt das französisch inspirierte Dinner und lasst euch vom aufmerksamen Personal verwöhnen. Wir waren wegen des Taifuns Jebi länger da als geplant, haben es umso mehr genossen. Das Konferenzhaus könnte eine Renovierung vertragen, aber Lobby, Restaurant, Onsen und Zimmer sind geräumig und auf gutem Standard. Service ist super und spricht z.T. auch Englisch. Eine kleine Perle und ein guter Start, um die Präfektur Kochi zu erkunden.

このお宿、客室に行くためのエレベーターがありません。 なので、階段が苦手な方や荷物が多いとか、重たいとすごく大変な思いをします。 私は、徳島で一泊してからこのお宿で二泊させていただきました。 寒くなって来た時期でもあり、荷物が多くて重たかったので、階段で3階と言われたとき、どっと疲れました… スタッフの方も手伝ってはくれません。 大浴場があるのはとても良いですが、朝は入れません。 ロケーションは最高ですし、お土産のコーナーはオシャレなものがたくさんあって、雰囲気は良いです。 スタッフの方は、とてもいい感じの接客でした。

不思議なつくりの宿”
目の前を四万十川が流れているところ、紙漉きなど体験施設が併設されているところはとても魅力的なのですが、、なにせ施設内を歩く。お部屋までが遠い。。施設内の移動が寒い。。バリアフリーとかどこか隠れた場所にあるのでしょうか。。

予想以上に料理が美味しかったです。 1コースのみ5.500円 料理、スタッフの方とても素晴らしかったです。 ただ、4階の部屋だったのですがエレベーターが無く食事、お風呂の為に階段で移動がしんどかったです。

素晴らしい景色と最高のお料理！”
初めて高知へ旅行するのに、絶対に仁淀川の近くに泊まりたいと思い探していたところ、Qraudを見つけることができてとてもラッキーでした。 ちょうど桜が満開の時で、お部屋からも桜を見ることができ、歩いてすぐ仁淀川にも下りていくことができる抜群のロケーションでした。 和室8畳のお部屋に二人で泊ったのですが、お部屋も大浴場も快適でした。 中でも絶賛したいのがお食事！夜はフレンチのコース料理、朝食は和と洋から選ぶことができました。夜のコースは前菜もお魚もデザート、紅茶まで「美味しい」としか言いようのない素晴らしいものでしたが、特にフィレステーキはこれまで食べたどんなお肉よりも柔らかくて最高でした！ （前日までの予約が必要とのことです。） スタッフの方も感じ良く応対して下さり、また行きたいです。

朝夕食事付きで予約したのですが朝食だけになっていてかなり揉めました。 契約書を確認したところ朝夕食事込みと書いてあり ホテル側の落ち度ということで夕食をつけてもらうようになりましたが かなり不愉快でした。

ここのフレンチは食べる価値あり。 建物自体は古いが、清潔に保たれていて不快な点は全くない。温泉も良い。 唯一、和室の掛け布団が小さいです。168cmの私でも足先が出ちゃうサイズなので、これはもう少し大きいのに換えて欲しい所。

道の駅としてならグッド”
紙漉きや機織り体験ができ、地元の特産物やうどんなど食べられる施設が隣接しています（←15時までですが）。 レストランで朝食を頂きましたが、美味しかったです。 ただ、宿泊棟にはエレベーターもなく、荷物は自分で持ち階段を上っていかなければなりません。 いちいち渡り廊下を歩き4階まで行くのは面倒でした。 ここのレストランを利用する以外は、車で10分ほど離れた街まで行かないと、 お店もコンビニもありません。 （ちょっとしたものは上流に数分行ったところにスーパーがあります） サービスもレストランのお味も、施設のお掃除も、問題は一つもないのですが、 宿泊するならそれを覚悟で行った方が良いです。
