Our Evaluation of Quality Airport Hotel”

After a 2 nights & 3 days Kerala Backwater & Cochin sighting tour we spent the night at Quality Airport Hotel for our morning flight. I was much surprised when we arrived at the hotel since I had a different type of impression from the reviews, posted on-line, of previous guests of the hotel. The hotel is very clean and its services are excellent. The staff members are very courteous and helpful. It exceeded all my expectations. The food is good. Although, it is close to the Airport yet it is free from all associated noises. The hotel provided free shuttle service to and from the Airport and a free breakfast. We were fortunate to have a Buffet Breakfast with good choices. In short, considering the moderate charge it is an excellent facility to spent a couple of days away from home. I do not hesitate to recommend it highly to any one.

nice hotel, friendly staff”

this was my last stop after 3 weeks travelling in kerala. quality airport hotel is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, still close to kochi airport. i had booked my room in advance, but after a long train-ride i arrived one day early, and i expanded my stay ; 3 nights. the staff was very helpful, even upgraded my room and gave me a free dinner on arrival. nice food, nice athmosphere for christmas, newspaper on my door in the morning,- view to the garden. swimmingpool. there is an ancient temple in walking-distance from the hotel, small shops and a local bus to the village. quality airport hotel seems to be popular among local people. family's came for lunch and dinner. the hotel bar ( seperate entrance) was popular among local men- and made some problems at night - . i advice the staff to learn more about alcohol to prevent abuse among their guests.

Nice Hotel very near the airport”

We stayed at this hotel for one night in Dec 2016. Our original booking was with a hotel in Fort Kochi, but since we had an early morning flight, and because the Kochi airport is 45 km. away (can take up to 1 hour 45 minutes during traffic hours). This hotel is located 5 mins from the Kochi domestic and the new International airport (being built). The hotel provides complimentary car service to the airport 24 hours of the day/night. The hotel is quite clean and provides all the amenities. Two Wi-Fi devices can be used on complimentary basis. It has a restaurant, which we did not use. We found the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone arriving into Koch airport late at night or for travelers having very early flights.

Really a 'quality' hotel”

It was a very comfortable stay with very friendly and helpful staff from the reception all the way to the doorman. I mistakenly left my hand-phone behind in the room, and checked out and went to the airport. After I checked in for the flight, I realized that I left the phone there. When the airline staff called the hotel, the receptionist was very helpful to look for my phone and arranged the driver to deliver the phone to the airport immediately. I didn't miss the flight and also received my phone back in time - really appreciated their extra-mile help. Only thing was because this is a 3-star hotel, the price is not so low. But if Agoda provides the discount rate, it's still affordable and nice to stay at such a 'quality' hotel. The hotel provides the free airport transfer both ways, and the check-out is within 24 hours from your check-in time - convenient. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I travel to Cochin.

Excellent budget hotel”

Kochi International Airport is 32 km from downtown, so for late arrivals accommodation near the airport is a must. This hotel is a very good choice in terms of value for money and overall service. The pick-up at the airport was very efficient. The driver also helped us to buy a SIM card and made sure it worked. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The Indian breakfast we chose was delicious. The staff was very prompt and helpful.

Very clean hotel and closer to the airport”

As first time travellers to India, we were apprehensive about staying in Kochin. At Quality Airport Hotel we were fortunate to find hospitable staff, a welcome bonus on top of good quality rooms and delicious breakfast. However, we would like to draw particular attention to the exceptional customer service afforded by the administration staff member, Mr Manu. Mr Manu was beyond courteous and friendly; time and time again he went out of his way to offer advice and accommodate our requests, and his patience and empathy attest to the fact that he is a man of upstanding character. A true professional who carries out his duties with dedication and conscientiousness, Mr Manu’s unassuming manner earned our respect and has subsequently motivated us to take the time to praise him in writing, in the hopes that we may be of some small assistance to him and demonstrate our enduring gratitude. Great experience”

Quality hotel is amazing with clean rooms, lush gardens around and ample parking space and very attentive staff. I had read reviews about food not being great. However, the karimeen fry ( an Indian fish) was top notch!! Other food items does need a bit of tweaking. The breakfast was amazing coz orders were taken and freshly made food was served! We love this place and would recommend this to anyone who wants a few nights around Kochi airport.

Great and Friendly Hotel”

i want to thank Mr. Alias and P.Y and Agoda for their flexible for allowing to changed the arrival date as the day i supposed to fly in. I dont know we have to get a visa for the family and my trip was delay for a week and they allowed me to changed the date without penalty when i reach cochin airport at 1.00 am they have a shuttle to send me without cost and we arrived safely. they have a great breakfast. for the price of these hotel we should be happy.

Cochin, India”

We stayed overnight before flying on to Delhi. The room was very clean and comfortable and very welcome after a long flight. Breakfast in the dining room was very nice and of a high standard. We had to buy a new suitcase due to a broken zip, and they organised a tuktuk and driver to take us to the best shops to buy luggage.The staff were lovely and it was no trouble for them to ensure we arrived at the airport in plenty of time to check in for our flight.I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cochin.

Excellent hotel for layover or early flights”

Overall, the hotel was fine. I stayed only for 8 hours as I was waiting for an early flight out of Cochin airport. The only problem really is the bathroom. The shower head wasn't really working but I managed as I was only staying for a few hours. They have complimentary pick up and drop off which was useful. The location is a bit hidden from the main road but close to the airport nonetheless.

Check in was seamless. Room was clean with freshest linen and towels. Every inch of the room was thoroughly cleaned and beautifully lit. Tea/Coffee facilities were well stocked. The interior was furnished using quality furniture. The washrooms were on par with a 4 star hotel's. The staff were very attentive and cooperative. Check out was also seamless and offered an excellent airport pick up and drop off facility, free of charge in premium vehicles. Would revisit this no nonsense hotel definitely and recommendthe same to fellow travellers to nedumbassary area.

A CONVENIENT TRANSIT HOTEL”

We were in transit at Kochi coming in at around 11.00pm. The driver was at the Airport to pick us up with a prominent display board carrying our names. He enquired whether we had had dinner because the hotel kitchen had already closed and volunteered to take us elsewhere if we needed to eat. Check in was quick and efficiently handled. Rooms were clean and reasonably well furnished. A full range of toiletries were provided in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast had a wide range. On the whole a very satisfactory stay.

Everything was perfect....Congratulations! For your hotel, we really had very good time. This is beyond expectation. I am glad that I spent my holiday here. I will not hesitate to recommend my friends to put Quality Airport hotel on list. All staffs we met were wonderful and made us feel at home.

Convenient airport hotel for late night arrivals”

Quality Airport Hotel is a decent choice near Cochin/Kochi airport. We were able to arrange an airport pick-up with the hotel in advance. The staff were helpful and polite. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a decent shower and effective AC. The complimentary morning newspaper and included Indian-style breakfast helped to make the start of our holiday relaxing. The front desk helped us to arrange a taxi to Fort Cochin and advised us honestly on the cost.

Pleasant stay”

I booked this room on Agoda.com and thought the Executive suite (2nd tier pricing) looked like 3 adults could stay in the room. Later figured out it would be too crowded and ended up getting two rooms. The room was quite comfortable and spacious; the bed was particularly comfortable, clean and roomy for two. Had to stand on the bed to adjust vents on AC which tended to blow cold and had to be adjusted several times. Only thing that was rather inconvenient was the series of events which started with the lack of water pressure in the first room they put us in. When I called about the problem, they just wanted to move us to another room right then and there. The new room, however, had no fridge which I really needed to keep some gourmet cheese I'd purchsed that day. The bellboy most helpfully assured me that he would personally keep it safe in the hotel fridge, and I should just ask Housekeeping about it on leaving. I said I was worried I"d forget and would have preferred they simply move in a fridge from another room, but acquiesced to his insistent helpfulness. Sure enough, I forgot the cheese and had to pay someone to go get it for me later - all because of low water pressure in the shower. The front desk contact person that handled the cheese pickup was EXTREMELY efficient and instilled confidence. They registered us and checked us out in record time - fast as any hotel I've ever seen - and gave the passports back immediately. We had the complimentary breakfast which consisted of ordering anything we wanted on the menu! We got traditional Kerala food which was quite tasty. The strongest quality of the Quality Hotel is definitely the efficiency and helpfulness of the staff.

Impressive stay ”

Excellent facilities are provided, very clean rooms with basic amenities, i must appreciate the quality of food and its taste. Too awsome environment and near to international airport. We had a pleasant stay and highly recommended for family as well. All the staffs in this hotel was very much helpful and prompt on their actions.

Value for money”

For the price, its very reasonable. Good hospitality by the Manager and all the staff. Slight let down is the cockroach smell from towels and bathroom cleanliness could be improved. But definitely value for money, especially for its breakfast and distance from the Cochin Airport.

Really good as somewhere to stay close to the aiport”

The quality aiport hotel picked us up from the airport within 5 minutes of calling them in the early hours of the morning. Nice room and good pool area. Would recommend.

Well arranged Airport Pickup and fast Check In.”

The stay was very comfortable as we had landed at 2355 at night and we were in our bed by 0020 hrs after collecting the baggage. This was possible due to well arranged Airport Pick up and hassle free and fast Check In. A good place to stay while transiting from Cochin Airport.
