Dirty and rundown even after renovation”
This is a cheap hotel in a location that is close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and gas. The place looks old and tired even after it's renovation. The rooms are quite dirty and were renovated very cheaply. The pool is small and the water looks cloudy with some sort of skim on it. The place is very loud with a lot of kids running around late as the pool closes at 10-11pm depending on the night.. There are several rooms around the hotel so good luck if you get one of those. Also note that they don't have do not disturb signs for the doors.

Do not book this hotel!!!”
This hotel had probably not been cleaned in weeks. Every floor space and most walls were stained and dirty. The floors a d floorboards in the bedroom were filthy. I realize perhaps there is a staff shortage but it wouldn't take long to swifter mop the floors. It was disgusting to say the least!

This is a nice hotel to stay in when in Niagara Falls NY. Its far enough away from the less desirable areas to stay in near the border but a short drive from the shopping spots and easy to get to the border. A great places for a few nights.

The beds were very comfortable. A coup.e of things went wrong in the room but these were dealt with. When we went to the restaurant for breakfast there were no staff to be seen. We eventually found them and breakfast was fine. My overall impression was that the place was in a mild state of disarray with the small things left unattended.

a couple of things....one; the indoor swimming pool water was soooo hot you could barely step into it. when asked, the staff informed me that there was a problem with the pool and it was being worked on. two; we had to extend our stay by one day and they were very hospital...same rate for additional day.

Bathroom not clean. At all!!! There was hair from former guests in the shower, on the toilet and on the floor. Manager didn't seem to care! Don't stay here!
