Hotel is nice & I would recommend it for ppl looking for good & descent place to stay at, specially if you are not planning to stay all day at the hotel. Location was exactly where I wanted, near to patong beach, staff were friendly specially Yui, she was helpful & cooperative.

The Direct Pool Access room is a little small. Pool too shallow for a good swim, maybe well suited for children. Location of resort is good, walking distance to most eatery and pubs. Do not expect too much on their continental free breakfast which was included in room purchase. Beautiful Patong Beach just across the road, lovely night view of resort.

Great Value, New Hotel”
Stayed here with my girlfriend over the Songkran holiday. Apparently, this version of the hotel had only opened a few weeks before our stay. As a result, the facilities all seemed to be new and in good condition, and we didn't notice any real "bugs" as a result of it being a newer property. I consider it a great location--about five minutes walk to the beach and no more than 10 minutes' walk to anything you might want to get to on the Patong strip. The hotel is a bit down the strip in the "quieter" area, which I prefer. I want to choose when to party, not have the party right outside my door! As a frequent business traveler, one of the things that drives me insane is terrible hotel wifi. Even the fanciest hotels can have 15mbps connections (worse than your phone). During our stay, 50mbps was typical, which is basically as good as you get at a hotel. Of course, most tourist don't care TOO much about internet, but it's certainly nice to be able to watch YouTube at night without ridiculous load times. My girlfriend spoke to the staff in Thai and said she loved their service--found them very polite, nice to chat with, and helpful when we needed touring recommendations, etc. That said, there were some negatives. At the time we stayed, the complimentary breakfast was pretty lame. It's offered in the hotel's bar/restaurant and includes unlimited fresh cooked egg dishes, cereal, and toast. Sounds pretty good, though...the quality just wasn't great. As a westerner, it had the feel of western breakfast made by local people that don't really know that--for example--milk shouldn't be left out all morning to get warm. And for my Thai girlfriend, I think only having Western options was a bit disappointing. Other than that, the TV's in the room are better than some but still feel like the same 10-year-old TV's you'll see at other mid-tier hotels. Dear Mr. Abdulrahman, Thank you for choosing Quality Resort & Spa Patong Beach for your holiday. We are appreciate the feedback, it gives us a chance to improve the guest experience. We are sorry to hear that your stay was not up to your expectations. In regards to the issue with the insect we do have a weekly Pest Control scheduled with a professional company. The pool is cleaned every morning before 8.00 a.m., and we have chlorine based water. Since this is a tropical country, with our beautiful gardens just close by, unfortunately sometimes this might happen. We have a 24 hours Front Desk service, if you would have told us we would have taken action immediately! House keeping can do a deep cleanings and spray extra in the room. Once again thank you for your stay with us. Should you chose to return, it will give us a chance to do everything for you to be comfortable.
