Quest is popping up all over Australia now and you get a mixed bag with the quality. This one is new and first class. I had a long day, and went to the wrong Quest up the road......But eventually found friendly staff, great shower, easy washing machine, soft bed, lovely breakfast; I’ve stayed in a few around the university and business park area, but will stick with this one from now on

Very friendly staff and great location to get heading North the next day. Parking was an issue as I got in at 10PM and all the allocated parks were taken. Room was well suited and very clean. Overall would happily use the hotel again.

A great hotel with good rooms albeit light on facilities.. More a purpose built corporate hotel but if you have your iwn transport, the free parking and easy access to Olympic Park, City or North makes this a great place to stay

Nice spacious apartment hotel. I would recommend the one bedroom apartment rather than the studio. Friendly reception staff. On site parking spots can be an issue though when Hotel is full, especially on weekdays as it is inside a business park.

Good location, close to public transport, free outdoor car parking available. Was good value for the price. Would be better if the room curtains waa black out style but it was not a big deal with all the other pros.

Great value for money. Location was not great but there are public transport options to get you around. The rooms and service is where your money is spent well. I was in the smaller rooms, studio apartment. It had everything that would make for a pleasant stay. Didnt feel like i was in a hotel. Felt like i was at home with room service. Highly recommended!!

Very comfortable and economical, a great place for what it's worth. The only slight downfall was the chlorine kind of laundry smell from the bed sheets which was a little discomforting at first but a bit of air and air con did the job.

Efforts were being made to protect against COVID19, but were somewhat nullified by requesting guests to complete forms evidently using the same clipboard and pen, passed uncleaned person to person. Perhaps an electronic touch screen that can be wiped before each use would be better. Until it’s know how long the virus lives on surfaces it might be an idea to move to individual packets (eg 2) of tissues in the rooms, with open packets being disposed of and unopened packs being wiped over between guests.

The one bedroom apartment was big and spacious.It has everything including a dishwasher,microwave and washing machine.The only downside was that check out was at 10am which I feel it should be at least 12pm.
