Nice apartment with affordable price”

Ceiling/plafond in my room was leaked with brown water (maybe corrosion), according to the technician might be from the sink. I was offered move for 1 night only to another room, but I think that's not the best option to move just one night and back again to the same room after that. I choose to keep staying. But the front desk operator and technician had a quick response for my problem. I exactly no problem with that. Maybe in the future the Quest Apartment St. Leonard could be do a regular check/maintenance to every guest room to avoid this problem in the future. I still recommend this apartment for traveler. The price still affordable in good location and the staff were nice. Thanks Quest Apartment St. Leonard.

Outstanding Hotel”

If you want to escape the hustle & bustle & prepared to travel on the train for 10 minutes The Quest Hotel at St Leonards is a perfect choice for your Sydney stay. In my opinion Quest has the lot, a 200 metres walk to the railway station, hotels & restraunts adjacent, clean spacious rooms & at a very reasonable price for Sydney hotels. Staff were friendly but didn't go out of their way to make conversion. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others. Very satisfied.

Excellent Location and Superb Staff”

Location is easy short walking distance to transport, shopping and cafes. This was essential for my stay. The staff in reception were excellent. Always friendly and professional providing a wealth of information when local knowledge was needed. Apartments are well appointed and spacious. I would highly recommend Quest St Leonards for anyone needing accommodation in this area of Sydney.

Exceptional”

We stayed at the Quest for two weeks to visit our new grand daughter. We were very comfortable in a well serviced apartment. It was a pleasure to return at night to a clean room with clean bed linen and towels. We were provided with coffee, tea, sugar and milk. dishwasher fluid, tea towels and bathroom toiletries We were booked in a deluxe studio and had a washer and drier which I used regularly as we got back. The reception staff were very pleasant and immediately helpful with a couple of problems that we caused. It was very convenient to catch the bus to our son's home, from the front of St Leonards Station. Crows Nest is 10 minutes walk away and has good restaurants and bars. The pool is not heated I didn't use it but my husband did, however I did use the Jacuzzi. A changing room would have been useful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Exceptional”

The purpose of my trip was visiting my cousin. My cousin recommended me to stay at Quest St Leonard as it is near to her home n near to train station. It is an excellent recommendation. The room is clean, bed is exceptionally comfortable and bathroom is clean n spacious. The staffs are helpful and friendly. There are many eateries in walking distance too. I will definitely stay at Quest St Leonard again during my next visiting trip.

Stayed here for a weekend while in Sydney for a wedding. Stayed in a studio room which was very good with all the facilities you would expect, plus a kitchenette. The shower was good and the bathroom large. The bed was comfy. The hotel has a pool and spa, however I didn't make use of them. The staff were great and prioritised my room for an early check in. The location is near perfect. About two hundred metres from St Leonards train station which is the fifth stop from Wynyard Station in the CBD. There is numerous cafes which I would happily return to, a couple of pubs (upstairs at Gilroy's is serviceable), mini supermarket etc in the immediate vicinity, while there is Willoughby Rd which has a number of good bars and cafes less then a 10 minutes walk. No complaints at all.

the place close to st leonards train station just less than 5 minutes walk you can find food at train station. the room at quest also very clean and big the staff especially Gabriel very friendly and helpful will stay here again when visit sydney

Convenient location, clean and comfortable with an awesome pool”

Convenient location very close to St Leonards train station. Just took about 15 mins to travel to city centre. Room is clean and tidy, and is equipped with clothes washing and drying machines. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, incl. electronic stoves, oven, dishwasher, sink, kettles, toaster, coffee pot, fridge, pans, food storing boxes etc. A decent yet awesome covered swimming pool with a see-through bottom (though water is pretty cold at this season), with the complement of a warm jacuzzi.

This facility is situated at north sydney. It's far from CBD, u cant walk there. However, it's immediately beside the ST Leonards train station. Very convenient

Lovely room”

We enjoyed our stay at Quest St Leonards only problem was we requested parking and the Quest parking was full when we returned in the night. Room and staff were lovely.

Booked due to close proximity to royal north shore hospital. Efficient check in and out, courteous, friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful modern spacious apartments, well equipped, comfortable, well lit, clean. Could not fault an inkling. Would definitely stay again, keep up the good work

Good accommodation handy to Sydney”

Easy access to rail station (80metres) for easy 10 minutes trip to the centre of Sydney. Railway hub perfect for food outlets including BWS & Coles. Saved us the worry of driving into the city. Loved it”

You will have everything you need. The room is very clean and tidy. Except, window frame. The hotel is brand new. So it’s very modern and no nasty smell at all. I loved my time in this hotel. And would love to go back again if they have a promotion. Without promotion, the price is too high. Compare to the room size, the original price is not reasonable. But maybe it is bcox it’s located in St.leonards where is very safe and quite rich area in Sydney.

My third stay at Quest St. Leonard’s and as always I loved being there. It always feels like home as the stay is so comfortable with everything I need. I look forward to returning again soon.

We needed to do business in the City and on the North Shore so chose this for convenience. Location 1 block from St Leonard's train station was excellent and supermarket was very close. Would definitely stay again.

Great property in great location!”

I stayed at the Quest recently on business. I choose this property due to the location of my meetings. On arrival, my room was not ready, as I was early, but the staff rushed to prepare a room for me. The rooms are large and bright with natural light, high ceilings, modern fixtures and large bathroom and shower. I couldn't fault it. I would definitely stay here again.

We travel down from the north coast to this address. Parking available and an easy trip by train into the heart of the City. Sure beats driving into the heart of Sydney

We didn't had much time enjoying the facilities in the apartment as we checked in rather late, but the facilities within the room itself were great! Accommodation is Sydney is generally quite expensive, but given the location of the apartment and proximity to the metro station, this hotel is quite worth the stay.

Great but the deposit return time-frame is excessive. ”

Great location, walk to train in 5 minutes. Great price, free parking out front from 12:30 PM on Saturday. Room was spotless and was given an upgrade to a balcony room. A fantastic stay BUT... I paid for this room upfront on Agoda with a credit card but the hotel also wanted a $250 security deposit on credit card. Not just an imprint but $250 reserved on my card. Given that's more than the room rate I'd say a little extreme but more extreme would be the quoted up to 10 business days to return the deposit. I understand some people do the wrong thing but it shouldn't take up to two weeks to return the money. The room would have been cleaned and checked by 2 pm for further guests that night. Why the two week wait? I know it's picky but the only time I ever paid that amount for a deposit was in London and it was back within days. Great stay but that money on my credit card is better off back on my credit card with Christmas rapidly approaching.
