My first hotel in Japan ”

I am an Indonesian. This was my first time staying in a hotel in Japan. My experience was pretty nice. The staff was very helpful. They didn’t complicate things. The check in and check out process were quick. The food was delicious. But I didn’t know how to eat some of the food. Hahaha the bed was good. Not too soft not too hard. Just a perfect feeling for me. The room was quite big too. Overall, I’m satisfied.

初めて利用したのですが、ラウンジに目が釘付けになりました。 ビジネスホテルのように考えていたら、 まるで水族館のエントランスのような広さです。数年前にオープンしたことは知っていたのですが、汚れや経年を感じさせない綺麗さです。 朝食会場も、オープンカフェをイメージさせるインテリアですので、志摩の静かな場所にリゾート感の感じさせるホテルでした。

対応はスムーズで清潔、ツインバットも広めでした。”

口コミで朝食が良いと書いてあったので宿泊決めたのに、チェックイン時に朝食を予約しようとしたら、バイキング形式なのに予約いっぱいだと断られました。(ホームページには利用可と書いてあったのに) 温泉利用時に部屋から履いて行ったスリッパに番号札をつけて番号札のロッカーに入れたのにもかかわらず、なくなっていました。そもそも間違えやすいシステムにしているのが問題なのでは。隣の部屋が壁をずーっとドンドンするのでうるさくて不愉快でした。
