It Was The Best Choice ”

Im a frequent traveller to Kuala Lumpur. I will stay at different location nearby every time but R&D Stay Services is the best one so far! Definitely will be back for my upcoming trip! Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the stay.. ”

I rented a one-room suite for me, my wife, older child and a one-year child. The suite was as very good as expected. It is located in the South Tower of the Swiss Garden Residences with nice swimming pools and a small children playground. Debbie welcomed us and has been the continuous support during our stay, she is really great and very helpful. In summary, this is a great experience with great value for money. I would recommend R&D Stay Services for friends and future travels.

Clean, responsive staff, secure”

Loved the area. Nice apartment supplied daily with water and a good view of the city. The washing machine with laundry soap was a huge bonus. If you don’t have a way to use your phone and need WiFi to make a call, I wouldn’t stay here. Only one key was given and my guest and I were on different schedules and to get access to the floor 17 in the elevator, you need the one key. The R&D Staff were excellent and responsive, but the Swiss Residence Hotel were not very nice. There’s no WiFi available the lobby. Pool was cool and clean and my friend said the gym was nice.

For Long term stay and self cooking”

The place is good for long term stay and if you are ready to cook because it has got kitchen with few utensils along with washing machine and oven. There wont be hotel kind of feeling for sure. It is situated at Swiss garden which itself has given its various rooms to few agents who deals with rent out the rooms. Due to this reason you wont find any banner of R&D stay. Its only swiss Garden.. You need to call the R & D and they will come at swiss garden to further show you the room. This was something totally new and weird for us. If you are looking for a stay in hotel then this is not a place. No toiletries will be replaced daily, no change of towels or bed sheets.

Tempat yang bagus, bersih, keamanan ok.. kemana2 dekat tinggal jalan kaki ( alor dan bukit bintang ). Kolam renang luar biasa view yang bagus, anak2 saya puas sekali bermain. Perabotan semua baru, ada mesin cuci + detergen sampai setrikaan semua komplit dengan ruangan yang sangat luas dibanding kamar hotel sekitarnya dg harga tersebut. Puas menginap disini, staff nya semua ramah dan komunikatif ( thanks Debbie )... Mereka menyediakan transport antar jemput bandara jadi kita tidak perlu susah mencari gedung dll.. Semua ok, sangat puas sekali..

Pros -Location is a stone throw away from Bukit Bintang. -Nice clean apartment with clean bed. -Amenities e.g fridge, washing machine, toaster and microwave oven. -Swimming pool nice n big. -Air-con and water heater working perfectly fine. -Room will be cleaned daily. -Convenient store on 1st floor. -Wifi very strong. Cons -Need to inform them earlier that you're driving as season parking cards are limited.(hourly parking very expensive) -Park car near lift lobby A as apartment are using that lift. -Pepare Rm100 as a deposit. -Tv not many channel as owner did not subscribe to most channel.

nice place to stay, good location, helpfull staff, when we arrived at midnight the staff waiting us for check in process & good communication, complete with home appliance & ammenities, just accross the street to get Jalan Alor street food, Bukit Bintang & have minimart in ground floor. Recomended place

Service is above and beyond. Close (genuine walking distance) to everything you need - Pavilion and Sungei Wang shopping, food street late at night, Bukit Bintang area. Great stay.

Convenient location and very clean”

We wanted a space of our own in Kuala Lumpur and this apartment offered us exactly what we wanted. We were able to come and go as we needed and could prepare our own meals if we wanted. The apartment was very clean with good WiFi and the staff very helpful.

Prime Location with All Necessary Amenities”

The hotel is in a prime location in Bukit Bintang, with landmarks, attractions, and shopping malls being close to it. The apartment have all the necessary amenities and was very clean.

bad experience”

i decide to book a service apartment is convenience for family gathering. But looks like R&D stay not really understand this. i make my booking one month before, and fully paid for the apartment with two room. Yesterday when we arrive, was told no more unit with two rooms for us, and they will replace two unit for us, but at the different floor. i so annoying why already booked, but no unit for us, the staff told me is under maintenance. If not enough unit for rent, why open the reservation to book? i have book early, why cannot do the right arrangement for us? some more at different floor. i have no choice to except this arrangement, but the staff promise will arrange at least two room at the same floor for us. unfortunately the next morning, they wants us to shift out our luggage and keep into the lobby for waiting the room available, but cannot confirm when will have it. is it a reasonable ? i have to out from the room and waiting for changing room??? So disappointed.

Great Location. Near Bukit Bintang & just 10 minutes walk to Berjaya Times Square. Room were super big.

Apartment was dirty”

Cons: Whole apartment was dirty including the bedsheets. Wifi was only working for a day. Kept having to contact the person/agent. Response was quite slow. Pros: Really strategic location. Minimart downstairs. Hipster cafe/Restaurants just next door. 15 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang area.

i was stayed in one bed room apartment. Yes its located in Swiss Garden Residences. Its private residence that change into hotel. So better check yourbooking confirmation to get Debbie's number. room was nice... we got early checkin with pay some money... well i dont mind cause its very early check in... staff were nice Ms. Lyn guide us nicely. and its just 5 minutes to Jalan Alor which famous by Food stall at evening... so perfect for me who like culinary... and about 15mins walking to pavilion Mal... so far so Good

I love this apartment! We went as a family of 4, 2 kids & 2adults. Called the management to inform we will check-in late, upon arrival , Bill was waiting for us with key card & carpark access. Stated king bed but comprises of 2 single super bed. Aircon abit stuffy, other than that, the living room, kitchen and bathroom area is very spacious! Best part is I can wash my laundry in my room as washing machine is provided. Will definitely return again next time I visit KL!

The staff here are polite and will greet you whenever they can. Check in and check out process was a breeze for me. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Housekeeping did a good job every single day.Location was excellent - it was near major shopping places; Staff were super nice and friendly and made my stay very comfortable;We absolutely loved everything about this hotel and will be back if we ever come back to KL!

My room number wss 1709. Drain out pipes of Aircoolers were not working. Srews of toilet paper holder were loose. Drain out pipe of bathtub was slightly raised, so improper drainage. Otherwise our stay were excellent, special thanks to Ms. Lyn for her allout support.
