1) Host is very friendly and always give us quick response. 2) Great location, only 6-8mins walk to CIQ. 3) Very convenient as Jaya Grocer is located in the shopping mall. 4) Unit is clean and comfortable. We did suggest the host to install handheld bidet sprayer in toilet. Hopefully the host already installed it. We sure will come back for our next visit. Thank you Tan.

Number 1 problem was telco services. If you are using MAXIS, i told you it is totally out of services. Don't know about other telco. But good thing is, the Wifi are super duper fast. Overall, i would give 3.7/5. Because during my stay, the floor and furniture a bit dusty, need to vacuum and mop. The AC are not satisfying, the living area less cold even set at 16 degree and need to be service because very dirty.

The location is good, however most of the R &F shops either close down or not open. It is very hard to find the exact block to get the access card to the room if you drive because the block number is not prominent. We drove round and round even with the instructions given by the owner. None of the security officers there can speak English. As for the apartment, it is consider spacious but the service could be better. We ask for batteries because the batteries in the TV remote was wet (thing it must be in there for a long time) but it was never delivered to us. We have to take the aircon battery to put into the TV remote control.

Confirmation details never adv collection of apartment key. When came it was heavy rain show security confirmation details was pushed from one security to another. Soak in rain as location do has any shelter. At last one Indian security able to speak simple Eng adv to call apartment agent called and was adv to call ant no. D guy I've called has patience to attend on all my queries and lead me through hp to location for key collection. It would be better if everything is clearly explained when booking confirmation sent.Before visitor arrived at location. Toilet smells stink of urine ,mattress can feels spring wire when sleeping. Would be better if apartment has 2 toilet. Compare to convenient yes it is everything is just ard u.

This particular unit did not adhere to my late checkout request and was charged for an extra hour. There are plenty of ants on the unit and there is nothing British about the style either. The picture on this unit is not the same as the one we've got. Totally misleading.
