The best dorm!!”

Everything about this place is just impressive. Its so clean and new. Bed space is luxurious and they have an individual locker for each. It is VERY quiet at night so definitely a plus for me. Staff is friendly. The only thing I noticed is the staff seem to be quite new with things. My access card was disabled because they thought I had checked out. Also I wished there were a couple more bathroom stalls and that would help especially in the morning, since its a mixed dorm. Hope they can keep up the cleanliness and service!

Everything's good. ”

I've booked a room for 4 with shower inside. Staff good, facilities good. I reached Kyoto early in the morning, I originally just need them to keep my luggage for me and I will come back at 3 pm for the check-in process, but the staff just checked-in for me, so I get a good place to take a rest, so thankful for the convenience that I've been given. The nearest subway station is Gojo station, take the exit 2 and you will see a orange color Yoshinoya restaurant, keep go straight as the restaurant will be your right hand side, until you see a OC cafe ( I think is the second street) you turn right to the street and keeeep go straight again until you see a convenience shop (mini shop) on you left hand side, the hostel just opposite to the mini shop.

Very clean and comfortable”

I had a pleasure to use private room (2 people) while traveling with my mother. Place is very clean, staff is friendly and speaks fluent English. Location is quite good (you can walk on foot to Kyoto st.). I can fully recommend this place, and would consider it when traveling Kyoto again. The place is suitable for everyone in my opinion.

This place is so good till the point that no review would be good enough although i stayed in a shared room of 12 dormitory we never had any toilet issue or cleanliness issue. All the facility is perfect and everything is perfect there is no flaw and there even is a nearby convenience store nearby i cant recommend this place enough

Comfortable 1 night stay”

This is a really nice hostel and is very clean. We had a good stay and breakfast is included. Our room was very close to the lounge so noisy guests could be heard easily which did disturb us. Fortunately I brought ear plugs from another hostel, they cost at this one!

Great little cozy hostel”

The hostel are near to Gojo subway station, so it's quite easy to get there. Also, their nearby got many cuisine and places to go. Staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms is clean. They also will clean your bed and replace towel every day. And free breakfast also got provided.

Everything is great here. We arrived at 12 midnight due to our late flight, the friendly staff is there waiting for us at the reception. The toilet and bathroom is clean and privacy is good. The drip coffee is great too!

Great location, value for money”

We booked a two bunk bed room for each couple, the room was spacious for us to easily open our large luggage. Complete amenities, modern Japanese style of toilet and bathroom, nice pantry for you to eat or gather with others, near the Kyoto central station which makes your commute so easy. The price is totally worth it.

A nice place near Shopping area and restaurants”

Pros: - The place is clean. Staff regularly check the pantry, restrooms, and other places to make sure they are clean - walking distance to shopping area and Nishiki Market (15-20 mins walk) - 15-20 mins walk to Kyoto station, and less than 10 mins walk to Gojo station - Also nearby bus stops Cons: - Rooms are not soundproof. We can hear other rooms’ noise from our room. But after 11pm you’ll not hear noise anymore. - Shower takes long time to heat up. You’ll have to wait for 5 minutes unless you want to take a bath with a cold water Overall we love the place. We’ll love to stay again.
