Very nice staff ! I stay in Radisson Blu Seaside Hotel Helsinki, later on, I try to ask for luggage storage for a few hours in Radisson Blu Stockholm, they are willing to help, really helpful ! Good location for cruise to Estonia, Stockholm. Near the pier. Nice Room. Nice bed. Good Buffet breakfast.

We loved everything about this hotel, rooms, service and breakfast. The best thing that you can take a bike for free and ride all over Helsinki. There is a tram station across the road , so you can just take tram and go wherever anytime. Radisson Seaside is the best hotel I have been so far, makes you wanna come back and stay longer time.

Top notch 4* hotel for cheap in winter ”

We stayed 1 night in December on our way to Laplands - it was cheaper than 3* hotels in the city centre and included breakfast. Rooms are nice with lots of table space and very nice toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel). Large buffet breakfast selection in nice restaurant. Receptionist was helpful in getting us tram times and bus times to the airport on the morning that we checked out, but no porter was available when we arrived or left - this was disappointing for a 4* hotel especially since, at the entrance, there are a few steps with a ramp and our room was quite far from the reception including a few more steps. Location is good if you aren't staying long since tram 6 and 9 go from Central Station to the hotel every few minutes and there are a few restaurants + a supermarket nearby. However, if you plan to do a lot of sightseeing in the city, then it would be annoying to have to catch the tram for ~10min every journey between hotel and city. On our return journey from the Laplands, we stayed at a 3* hotel in the city centre because Radisson Blu was much more expensive for that date.

I really like to stay at Radisson Blu Seaside Hotel. Friendly stuff and nice view from room window. Convenient access to public transport and streets.

Service with a smile ”

Radisson Blu has a great location and it was very convenient walking to the port to take the boat to Tallin and back. The hotel also has a pretty view of the river and the boats docked around the river. The staffs are excellent, ever ready to help and smiling all the time. The shower head in my room fell off and it was changed to a new one the next day. I would recommend to friends and will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great hotel with spaciou room & great breakfast”

We had only a 25hr stopover in Helsinki and this hotel was in a nice location by the sea and only a 10 min walk to all the city attractions. The breakfast was amazing - a huge selection of delicious food. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and service was great. It took us 1hr by public transport to get there from the airport - 35 min on bus 615, 5 min walk to Hakaneima metro, about 4 stops then walk 10 min walk to hotel. If you have kids, heavy luggage or are not very fit, I would suggest you take a cab here. Once at the hotel is easy to walk everywhere I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent service by the staff and comfortable stay”

The hotel staff is friendly and helpful at all times!! I feel comfortable and safe while staying. On the con side is, the hotel breakfast menu is always the same everyday and my room heater does not seems to be working too. But overall I like the hotel and will come back again when I visit Helsinki!!

A very good 4 star hotel”

I had a business trip to Helsing and stayed for a night at Raddisonr Seaside hotel. It was a good experience to stay at a high quality/class hotel. It is very difficult to find minuses while staying there. Finnish people working there are pretty and friendly. Many thanks and keep on running the hotel the same way!)

Amazing stay”

The place is nice. And the location was good with a nice view. Tram was just walking distance. And the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Helsinki.

Fantastic hotel for old and young”

It was beyond our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located beside a tram station that takes you directly to the shopping street and other attractions. Hotel staff were friendly. Great buffet breakfast. We booked the new double king room, which comes with 2 king beds and sleeps 4 comfortably. The room design was thoughtful. The bath and toilet are separate, which is great for 4 guests sharing the hotel room. Ideal for family. Will stay here again.

Lovely hotel for solo business traveller ”

Great Location for City Trams and Walking”

A comfortable hotel in a great location. The front desk staff were all so helpful and went out of their way to help one......one of the best ever. The cafe for breakfast was very good and staff very attentive. The 3rd morning the chef at the omelette station said he had run out of eggs!!!! As I had ordered 2 fried eggs. Then a few minutes later a tray of eggs appeared!!! Housekeeping was hit and miss,the second day we didn’t receive any housekeeping and I had to call for clean towels (room 520). The 3rd day he turned up at 4.55pm....very late....they seem overstretched.

An excellent hotel”

My wife and I were very fond of this hotel. We found the rooms excellent, big and clean and the location pretty central. In addition, the hotel has a free of charge business center with two Internet terminals and a printer that helped us a lot to plan the rest of our vacation in Finland. Wxcellent value.

great breakfast buffet but not enough hot for hot dish (e.g. fried eggs, mushroom and tomato beams). front office staff is helpful and let us early check-in at 13:00 and late check-out at 14:00. free sauna provided by hotel as included in the room rate. great location with tram stop (tram no. 6 and no. 9) just in front of the hotel. rock church only walking distance from hotel and supermarket just nearby.

Excellent hospitality ”

I used this hotel for participating marathon and I wanted to use shower after having checked out. They kindly offered me to use sauna after the race so it helped me a lot. Although the breakfast tables were not cleaned on time(because of the peak time), The interior was fantastically featured and I definitely recommend this hotel.

Quiet hotel, not far from the center, Calm harbour”

The hotel is located not far from the center (15 min walking)The nearest food-shop just 5 steps. Pacific Harbour. Good welcoming staff. Nice buffet breakfast. Beautiful view from the business room balcony. It was romantic. It redeems all the disadvantages described below. Tiny bathroom is not for "big people" so mind it before you book "business room" Be ready for 2 levels room.The bed is on the second BUT the restroom is on the first. So it's not quite comfortable especialy if you are a couple. Also spiral staircase is not comfortable for climbing back and forth and dangerous. Please be sober. Air condition is not well. The hotel is nice for weekend staying for couples without children.

Quick check-in . Room was very modern, spacious and clean. Separate couch-area and coffee-corner. Garage underneath hotel, however quite expensive. Complete buffet-breakfast included.

Chill one in Helsinki”

The hotel is closely located at the West Harbour Terminal. Walkable distance from the central area or few minutes ride by Uber. I was impressed by the chill style of this hotel and rooms are nicely decorated. Clean room and has everything we need.

Locate by the sea in a quiet area of the city. Tram 6 stop right in front of hotel. High quality and good choice of breakfast. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Long and narrow corridors which conditions need to be improved. Room presented in basic, standard condition; good shower power. Slightly lack of space in the room.
